Michele Wagaman was wonderful to work with. We were driving from the U.P. of Michigan to Nebraska to visit family and were just browsing the vehicle sales in the area. We stopped and talked with Michele. She was so helpful. No pressure, answered questions and gave a us a to do list to complete the transaction that made it so easy for out of state purchase. We just put our first thousand miles on it. It runs perfectly and is so comfortable. Thanks again, Michele!!

Gregg and all of the staff went well beyond "the extra mile", for us. We bought a used car, at a good price, and they went well out of their way to make sure it was running tip-top for us. They seem like they really want to help people. Great service

Went looking for a solid used car for my son. Ran across this small used car lot and was pleasantly surprised by the cars that were available. They were upfront and very honest. I took the car to my mechanic and he said it needed a few things but for the price it was a good safe car. Returned to the car lot and made a deal. They were very friendly and everything that they told me checked out with my mechanic. You don't find that in the majority of used car lots! I will definitely buy from this lot again. The prices are fair and the cars are as described. If you're looking for a decent used car and need a no nonsense experience I definitely recommend this lot based on my experience. Remember they are used cars and not new. If you can tolerate some wear and need a solid vehicle, I think you will find it here. Thanks again Royal Auto.

I was looking for a late model 4x4 four-door pick up with relatively low miles and in good condition. I found one on their website, made sev calls to Michelle and told her I would be down the next morning when she opened to test drive & possibly purchase it. Needless to say I loved the truck & purchased it. Michelle was very thorough and polite during the whole sale. The experience was seamless and very worth the hour drive to get there. Highly rec Royal Auto Credit for quality used vehicles.

I can't even speak higher than ever about Michelle from this company! She really worked with us and at the end of the day unfortunately 2 to 3 weeks later she ended up making us the happiest people in the world! They will work with you! If anyone can say that it's me. Everything was extremely smooth and everything was well thought out. Thank you guys so much I'll be back! Plus sweet as pie! Thank you so much

I was on the hunt for a 2006+ Toyota 4Runner V8 4WD and I found this particular one from Royal Auto Credit on facebook marketplace. I sent a message to Dan asking about availability and he told me to reach out to Greg, who I texted back & forth for a couple days. I told him that I didn't live local to the KC area anymore but used to and traveling to purchase was no problem. Greg sent me photos and videos, anything that I had asked for about the vehicle, Greg did not hesitate. We agreed on a price and when I came in to purchase, Greg had all the paper work ready for me to sign after my test drive. Everything went very smooth and the 4Runner is doing great.As someone who has worked in the Auto Industry for many years (a handful of years working at local KC dealerships, too) I can say that Greg and Royal Auto Credit are some stand up folks. Thanks for the easy transaction!

We purchased a 2008 Honda Element and Michelle was great! The price was reasonable and we were surprised that there were no added fees. We paid the asking price and no more for our cash purchase. If you are in the Kansas City area I recommend checking them out.

Greg was beyond helpful as a salesman and an educator. As a first time buyer, I was as nervous as can be. Greg and Royal Auto Credit made sure I was comfortable, gave me options, and there was no pressure at all. Very happy with my purchase.

Greg is a thief! He was scheduled to pick up three cars and took four.. He picked up my running Toyota and crushed it. It has 124,000 miles on it. Without permission. And wont do anything to rectify the situation.

I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone. They don t check anything over on the cars. The day after I got my truck I found out the sunroof wouldn t close called and spoke to the person who sold me the truck and his words were we would look at it. When I called that weekend I got the excuse of the mechanic is at lunch and they would get back with me. Then when I m close to getting it legal I call and see about getting another inspection and the guy stumbles over his words and says well they work by appointments and says let me see what I can do and I ll call you back. Yea I won t hold my breath on that call back. Sad these guys can t stand behind their words.

Do yourself a favor, skip this lot and go to any of the other 20 dealers down the road. We purchased our vehicle here from GREGG and he promised us the moon but delivered on NOTHING. I would ve continued buying cars from him if it weren t for the HORRIBLE experience I had buying from this man.At first I gave out his cards to my coworkers talking about the great experience I had but after he failed to keep his word MULTIPLE TIMES and uphold our contract (leaving me to fend for the repairs at my own cost) I retracted my statement from every person I told and steered my referrals FAR away from him and this lot.I understand that mistakes happen and life doesn t always pan out the way it s supposed to, but in no way shape or form has this man even tried to do right by us since our purchase and it s coming up on 3 months - I have no more excuses to give this man and for that this is my review.You ve been warned.

Very friendly and was willing to do whatever it took to get me in a vehicle, driving home that day. Call it the code of the salesman or friendliness to the upmost degree. Either way, call it what you will, because I do know this. At the end of it all, everybody was happy.

Had an excellent experience. Michelle and Dan got me into a REALLY nice Chevy Tahoe. I took that vehicle to my mechanic of 35yrs and he hasn't seen an 01 in this good of shape for a while. KUDOS TO ROYAL AUTO CREDIT. Only issue was that I bought it off of their lot too fast. LOL! Waiting for the title in the mail at the moment.

I would buy from them again! In November 2018, I purchased a truck at Royal Auto Credit. I was greeted with very friendly sales associate (Michele) she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable on all the questions I had in regards about the truck. The negotiations on price went well & she gave me what I ask for on my trade in. They have fixed every concern I had initially about the truck before and after my purchase. I would recommend Royal Auto Credit to anyone who asks me about my truck, as well as anyone looking for a newer used vehicle. Service is great and mechanic is good at what he does. I found out this is a family owned business and the honesty of the business holds true even after the sale. Thank you Royal Auto Credit. Oh! I forgot to mention they delivered my truck right to my driveway. Sign and go! It was a great experience. _Mike C. in Independence.

Test drove a vehicle on 4/25 and had no problems. It is now 4 days later and the transmission is going out. This company doesn't want to take care of their customers plus they want to make you pay for repairs.when you haven't even put 100 miles on. I Definitely do not trust this company nor would I recommend anyone to buy from them!!!

I purchased a Ford Ranger here January 2022, through Greg Fensom. I found the truck online and I was pleased the truck matched the photos and description. I feel that in the current market I paid a fair price. The title was switched over in house, and they were able to offer a 30 day tag. The Jack and bar needed to get the tire down was missing and Greg offered to get those for me and I was able to pick them up a few days later. Before picking up the jack I noticed that the e-brake wasn't functioning and I had signed an AS-IS agreement. When mentioned to Greg while picking up the jack he offered to have it fixed with no additional cost to myself. Which he has since done. I was left very pleased doing business with him, in a world where one sometimes is left feeling everything is a battle Greg embodies good business practices and integrity that can be rare to find. It gives one confidence in ones purchasing a vehicle through him.

Went in on a Saturday just to talk about buying a pickup. Monday I was an owner of a 2011 Silverado. Greg hooked me up and my family and I are very thankful for him. Kind and friendly people there and very straightforward. Will gladly come back in the future.

My Wife and I met Dan and his group. Our experience was enjoyable. We even paid for a separate check on the vehicle we wanted and it passed with flying colors. They only deal with clean cars because they are clean people

I had looked at Royal Auto first and thought that even with third party finance I would not be able to buy one of their high quality cars. WOW was I wrong!!! I went back with my wife to just show her several cars they had that I liked. She was of the same opinion as I,we are not going to get the kind of deal I needed. Several days later after looking all around Independence, it was apparent that no one else had the quality of cars and personal service as them. I then went to them and talked financing. Michelle came back to me with a number that was just outside of where I wanted. I said, let us try another car you have so I can get the numbers where I need them to be. On that they showed mr several more cars and trucks that would fit my budget. While I was on my next test drive Michelle took it upon herself to try to get me into the car I wanted. Upon arriving back from that drive I was ready and willing to make a deal on that car. We went inside to talk and she asked me what car do I like more? I said the first one. She said I got the numbers to where we can both be happy. That was yesterday,. Today that car is now mine!!! I am extremely happy with every aspect of my experience with Royal auto. I will be telling everyone I know that is looking for a car to go to Royal Auto. Thank you to everyone there.

This company has been nothing but amazing to us. We bought a 2009 dodge charger from them about 8 months ago. They have gone above and beyond to help us with the small repairs that happen to every older car. They are very friendly and truely do care about their customers needs. Being new to the kansas city area we really are blessed to have found such a gem. We plan on buying our next suv from them bc they have shown themselves so trust worthy.

The vehicle we purchased was in overall great condition. We purchased the vehicle knowing that the a/c did not work. We were assured that a new new a/c compressor was put on, and not a used one, and that it only needed charged a little more. After taking the car to a shop, we were told it would cost at least $1,000 to fix the a/c. A salvage compressor was put on, and was mule rigged onto the vehicle. Only 2 of the 3 bolts were on it. And the wiring was rigged onto it, so it shorted out in wiring somewhere in the vehicle. The a/c is still not working due to currently trying to figure out what all wiring has shorted out. One, we do not like being lied to. And two, if you are to "fix" a vehicle, fix it right..

We just bought a car from them. We drove down from st.joseph. this was one of our best experiences buying a car. They were very nice and honest about everything. We definitely recommend them. Who knows we might buy another vehicle from them.
