I called intending to get a quote and make an appointment, and wound up bringing my car in within the hour, and it was finished the same day! My car has never been so quiet! Jeff did a fantastic job, the work they do at rock garage is well worth the price.

If I could give half a star, I would. The only thing great about this place was the one guy that looked at my Jeep. My blower went out, and I had already changed the blower motor and resistor... still nothing. I called, and the owner said to bring it down for them to look at. I asked what it would cost, and he said, "Don't worry, we won't hurt you."I got there the nice mechanic looked and found nothing. The owner said to take out the new blower motor and return it and put in the old one and come back in, and they will try again.That visit cost me $120. I have no respect for a place that says one thing and does another. I paid and did not go back.

I couldn t even explain my problem with my car over the phone .felt like I was being push to the side or something. So it s a big no go for me.

Great place! We had a transmission issue with our 2004 Ranger. We called and had spoken to Mike on the phone. Very professional and to the point. We expected it to be there for a while. Every other shop I had called told me two or three weeks. These guys fixed it quick! Also were great to work with and highly competitive when it came to price comparisons. They even fixed a corroded battery terminal and plugged my spare tire at no charge. I didn t realize my spare under the vehicle had a nail in it and was flat.Services: Transmission, Battery

Would NOT recommend. This shop has very poor communication and were not helpful in determining what was wrong with my car. And when we were able to get ahold of them, we were told we needed to replace the transmission and we were quoted prices for new and used. Had a bad feeling about the whole experience, so we took it somewhere else for a second opinion. They ran a diagnostic and found NOTHING wrong with the transmission. They then test drove it and looked into it more and found out it was just a malfunctioning sensor!! Rock Garage was ready to charge us around $3,000 for a new transmission and we got the car fixed elsewhere for $250. I doubt they even ran a diagnostic since there were NO transmission error codes found when the other shop ran it. Rock Garage just wanted our money and it wouldn't have even fixed the real issue.Service: Transmission

Rock Garage did everything they promised for my transmission and even under budget. I am very impressed with their work they did. If you need transmission work done, Rock Garage is highly recommended.

I took my truck in yesterday for a repair that i thought was going to cost me much more then they charged me so i was very happy about that. they also did a great job on my repair. Very happy i took it to there shop i will definitely be bringing it back for all my truck repair needs and would recommend them to everyone thanks so much for taking good care of me yesterday

Honest auto repair's??? Oh yeah they still do exist!!! Good place for any one looking for a fair price on auto repair's!!! So worth it

Went in for a transmission rebuild fir a plow truck f350 twice it failed since it was rebuilt in fall of 2018 costing us 4 snow storms worth of work and thousands of dollars. We opted for an aftermarket HD transmission cooler ($350 part purchased by me ) which was in the truck when they pulled it in the shop but has since disappeared while inside their SHOP. Mike the owner is now refusing to pay for the cooler and insisting the transmission is fine. Transmission was way overfilled 2+ inches but insist it was fine. And owner has offered no resolution as of yet.Update picked up the truck after it has sat at their shop for a month and they changed the oil but left the old filter on also the oil is at least 2-3 quarts over filled and so is the transmissionSat 3/30 went to collect a check for the stolen cooler Mike's son had agreed to pay for and as I'm getting out of the truck he runs and hides in the bathroom can see him through the windows and 20 + minutes later still not back also the guy working ok n the grand marquis has an open beer on the lift

A friend of mine recommended me to this place and I wish I had not gone. My transmission was slipping so I took it here for them to look at it. They called me a few days later and told me what they thought it was so I ok'd the procedure because after all they are the professionals. BIG MISTAKE!! After having my car for a week and not hearing from them I finally called only to find out that my car still wasn't done and the part they put on there didn't even fix the problem. I told them to stop working on it and I was coming to get it. They told me I had to bring $475 cash (they were "nice" and discounted me $100) and didn't even have change after I got there!! I picked up my car and had more sensors going off then before I took it in. Now after taking it to yet another shop, I find out that the part that they put on is incompatible with my car and it's going to cost me another $800 to fix their mistake... Save your money and go somewhere else!!

Fantastic place. They really helped me when the clutch went out in my truck. I was job hunting at the time and this was my only mode of transportation. They had originally said it would be a few days before they could get it in but after I mentioned my situation they worked hard and squeezed it in the next day for a very fair price.It really does not get any better than that.

In my opinion this place is absolutely horrible! Mike double crossed my aunt and grandpa. Mike took over two weeks to diagnose my aunts car, he diagnosed it wrong and said it was the computer. He put a new computer in the car then gave my aunt the car back and said it was fixed. My grandpa did not know mike did not fix the car yet and went ahead and paid the total price of 2,100 dollars, Mike cashed the check in less than 45 minuites. Then a day later the car broke down and had two be towed to rock garage. Mike put three new transmission's into the car(As he said) and said it was fixed again. He gave it to my aunt same thing happened. Then my grandpa had it towed to Certified Transmission's. They diagnosed the car and said it was the transmission. Later rock garage had it towed to their shop from Certified Transmissions. My grandpa gave him 10 more days to fix the transmission which is more than enough time. Mike said it was fixed, my grandpa then gave him a 300 dollar check. The car broke down later and he put a stop to it. Now we are going to court.

This shop is a joke! They took my wife's car for over a week spent over $1000 and issues still were not resolved. Mike was also very rude and refused to give me the money back when I asked because he DID NOT FIX ANY OF THE ISSUES. PLEASE DO NOT GO THERE HE WILL MAKE IT SEEM LIKE HES CUTTING PRICES AND HELPING WHEN HE IS REALLY SCREWING YOU OVER!
