Superb! This is a professional top of the line collision repair facility. Service manager Randy was excellent. Called me with updates about the progress without fail. Listened and explained all my concerns in friendly professional manner. He is very very knowledgeable about collision repair. Would not take my Ford Explorer ST to anyone else.

Randy and his crew are absolutely wonderful! As a Mom with her first baby, I was terrified about being in an accident... but Randy and his crew treated me like family! They were there through the whole process. I honestly wouldn't recommend any one else. TRUST RANDY & HIS CREW!!!!

Have been confident in their abilities for years now. Wouldn't go anywhere else.Accident on icy roads in January 2024. Subaru Forester & it took them roughly 6-7 weeks to repair the car. Thrilled with the results.Randy was awesome!

Randy at the collision center was absolutely amazing. He kept me very informed the entire time he had my truck. He told me right from the get go what I should expect. He has been in the industry for over 40 years. Thank you very much to the team at Rob Sight Ford. You guys are awesome. I will not be gong anywhere but here from now on with any of my Ford needs.

I ve had outstanding experiences with the whole team here. We ve had a run of bad luck and needed collision repair on several cars in the last couple years. These guys do high quality work to get your car looking great again, and won t cut corners. They make sure it s right and safe, and will battle with the insurance company for you. I highly recommend Rob Sight for collision damage. My car looks good as new. Because of supply problems lingering from Covid, it took a long time to get my car fixed. But Randy kept me up to date on all the delays and was so helpful in dealing with all the parties involved in getting my claim processed. He is a wealth of information and never makes you feel rushed or like he is annoyed with your lack of experience with cars, repairs, parts or insurance companies. Don't think twice, just take your car here, you will be glad you did.

I noticed that my front tow hook cover was missing and it had been bothering me for the last couple of months. I purchased the part and had them paint it. Turn around time was quick and the price was fair. Hopefully I have no need to come back anytime soon but if I do this is my spot.

I highly recommend this place. Thanks so much to Randy at Rob Sight Collision Center for all your help after my car accident. You were the calm in the insurance company storm. Even though my car was totaled, you explained everything so well, assessed my car quickly and communicated with me every step of the way. Let's hope this never happens again, but if it does, I feel I have a new friend in the collision repair business.

I had significant damaged on the right front of a Toyota Camry. Even though the parent company is a Ford dealership the body shop excels at repairing all makes and models of vehicles. I previously had a Mercedes repaired here with great results which brought me back. Ditto for the Toyota. It was repaired at budget and (even though parts are slow coming) before the time estimated. I experienced my first totaled car after a tree smashed my Mazda and Randy has been an absolute angel from the moment it was towed and in his hands. He is so kind and knowledgeable, offering all sorts of tips on how to deal with insurance and explaining how the process would work. He walked me through multiple options on day one, explaining the repair process if it would have been repaired and was honest about the timeline. Every time we've called he knows exactly who we are and only needs a second to remember which car is ours out of the dozens I'm sure he's dealing with. I cannot recommend Rob Sight and RANDY enough.

Randy and his team did an amazing job on my 2012 F150 FX4. It looks better than it did coming off the line. Communication was exemplary and should be the model for any business. They paid attention to what I wanted and told me things I needed to know and the results were perfect. Thorough is too weak for a word choice. My poorly repaired car, another shop, got measured every way available and returned to factory numbers. If I'd had the car back more than 45 minutes as I write this I might give my review that 5th star.

We had a great experience with Randy and the people at Rob Sight Collision Center after our pickup was damaged in an accident. Randy explained in detail exactly how the process would play out with the insurance company (estimates, repairs, etc.); advocated for us with throughout the process, insisting that the insurance company pay for replacement parts of the same or higher quality than the ones damaged; and regularly called us with status updates. Communication was fantastic throughout. And though our pickup was ultimately totaled, I had peace of mind knowing Rob Sight was not going to settle for repairing it with cheap, old, or damaged replacement parts. I don't think I would have had the same confidence if we'd gone to one of the insurance company's preferred service providers.

Another motorist ran a stop sign and totaled out my car. I had it towed to Rob Sight collision repair and they did a good job of evaluating the damage, and when I came to get my belongings out of the car two employees helped me and were so polite and kind. They shared the fact that they felt valued and well treated and liked working for Rob Sight.
