Excellent service! We needed a pre-purchase inspection for a vehicle we were buying, and nobody else in the area was available on short notice. Kris was able to make room in his schedule the same day, and gave the vehicle a very thorough inspection, in a short time, for a fair price of ~$50. He seems very knowledgeable, and found some issues that helped us to negotiate price. I wish we lived in KC, I would definitely return there!

I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Reynolds Services! I bought my car new back in 2017 and haven't been the best at preventative care and general upkeep. When I contacted Chris, my car had a whole slew of issues. He never made me feel bad and he took the time to explain everything in ways that I understood. I really appreciated how he showed me the old parts and communicated through the entire process! The pricing is very reasonable, his work is wonderful, and everything was done in a timely manner. I won't take my car to anyone else now!

Chris did an amazing job on my son's 1995 F250. Chris kept me informed on all parts that needed to be replaced to prevent further breakdowns and took extra care cleaning other components while he had the wheel assemblies apart. I have nothing but total confidence in the quality service Reynolds provides. Chris worked on my 18 Tundra today and caught a major issue that wasn t what I originally thought it was. Saved me a few hundred dollars. Really nice guy. Worked efficiently and in a timely manner. Highly recommend and will continue to go to him for future work.

Chris was very thorough and explained everything to me. He didn t over charge me or fix things I didn t beed to get more money. He picked me up so I didn t have to walk back in the cold. He sent an invoice to my email address. Very professional! I would definitely recommend this auto shop! I will be going back in the future! Great service

This is my second time coming to Reynolds Service and can say this is my new go to for services needed. He always gives a good and fair price and is very honest and up front. Very fast service. He explain things to you about what he s doing and doesn t make you feel stupid about it. Always accommodating and kind. I recommend this business 100%!

Chris was great. He helped us at the last minute after we got scammed by another "company". Repaired a few things that were a problem. Prices were as fair as they could be. When it came to the point he didn't know any more, he referred us to a great shop that fixed the remaining problem. Chris was honest with what issues he could find and what it would take to fix it.

My wife's Honda civics alternator went out and I called shops galore every shop was the same story can't get into look at it until next week sometime .. well they got me in very fast got the job done and he was very communicative every step of the way I highly recommend this shop he is now my mechanic for when things go south

Found Chris from recommendations on a Facebook page. Looked at his Google reviews and decided to give him a try. I contacted him on a Friday, was able to drop off my car Saturday. Car was done that same day. Just like all the other reviews stated that I have read, he is very detailed and breaks it down to where you understand what was done and what may need to be done. Very thorough. I definitely will be using him in the future and I would definitely recommend his business to anyone who may need it.Service: Auto maintenance

He was able to come out to my house the next day. He was flexible with my schedule and very nice! Had my car battery swapped out quickly and even cleaned some of the plant gunk that had evidently built up under the hood gave me some recommendations on oil and was on his way. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing car repair experience like none other.Chris was awesome in the whole process. I never had a mechanic as thorough and took the time to explain what the issue was with my vehicle like Chris did. He communicated with me and sent pictures on the progress he was making on the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle, he went over every detail with old parts to show us the issues . I contacted Chris to have an old push mower repaired that wouldn't start. Unfortunately my mower had some larger issues and wasn't worth the cost and effort to repair. Chris didn't charge me a dime for taking the time to look at it! Lifesaver! When you need a real, trustworthy mechanic, this man will throw you a rope. He gave me the gift of his knowledge and time (I was frantic and he took note) today at the last minute. I went to him thinking it was my tensioner, but it was the alternator! He was very upfront and even showed me how he knew it was the alternator. He is so thorough with his work that he even cleaned up a huge oil pan mess I just paid $460 for at a different shop. So thoughtful. Shows his character. Charged me hundreds of dollars less than the big box store would have. Thank you, Chris. I can now go to my first day of training with my new job and feel safe. Just a head's up for anyone thinking of getting a 2012 Chevy Sonic 1.8L....do NOT, I repeat, do NOT get one. You will regret it and have to sell your soul to keep it out of the shop.Service: Electrical repair

Awesome.. I see myself pretty mechanically inclined but oh boy did I get myself into a job a little to difficult to complete. I was working on replacing the coolant temp sensor on my car which happened to be in the valley and not easily accessible with any tool. I was able to get it removed but likely cross threaded while removing old temp sensor. This made it impossible to get a new one back in. I tried for 4 hrs. After throwing in the towell I decided to give Chris a call. I did not have high hopes as I was thinking I was going to need to tear it the rest of the way down to the block and have the threads tapped. Chris took the old temp sensor and got to work creating basically a custom tap. After that he was able to screw the new one right in. Chris thank you for all the help and teaching me that trick. Chris really helped me out when in a pinch. I needed two differential mounts replaced and an exhaust clamp done, a rather unique job, that the dealer wanted thousands for. A few hours, and my car was good to go. Chris gave me updates and kept me in the loop the entire time! We had a squirrel eat thru my husband's wire harness. Chris came out the very next morning (we contacted him around 8pm) and fixed it for us in our driveway where the vehicle wouldn't start.
