I recently had my new to me Ducati 1198 serviced, they process was great, they were very upfront about costs and time frame. In the process of getting the service done, they found that the rear shock was leaking. They let me know right away, got the unit sent out, rebuilt, and back on the bike in a pretty quick turn. It s like riding a new bike. Great service dept, also great parts people.

Update: i appreciate the owner of reno reaching out and trying to make things right. That goes a long way. I been riding for 25 years and owned more than 10 bikes. Being a transplant from california, i absolutely enjoy the bike scene here and often rode to blips on sunday. I will give this business the benefit of dobt and will try them one more time...hopefully we can deal a hypermotard in the near future.Second time I visit this dealership. And it is the second time I spent more than 10 mins looking at bikes and not even once someone came to me to ask if I needed any help. Been looking to trade my R1 for a hypermotard but will definitely go out of state if I have to. Never visiting this place again. Worst customer service ever

I live 225 miles from Reno PS but they are the closest Aprilia dealer. I needed warranty work on a 2022 Aprilia Tuono. The service guys were great, helping make sure everything was in order so my drop off and pickup went smoothly. The parts guy helped me pick out some tires and I was pleased that Reno's had a fair price on tires. Overall, a great experience.

I have purchased several motorcycles from this dealership with my last one being a 2020 CAN AM RYKER; I recently went to find out how much they would give me on trading in my Ryker for a New Ryker, I must say, one of the Sales person made a Racist comment; I blew it off, but I have always felt like they don t value customers that are not white; I have referred several non white individuals to this dealer, many have told me that they didn t feel like they were valued by the dealership and would never go back. I generally don t ever write reviews on products or services, but after yesterday, It bothered me; my Bible tells me that Jesus Christ died for all of us, and anyone that feels like they are better then someone else because of the color of their skin really don t understand the Love of Christ or know who Christ is. With that said, I hope the owner, who I have met (which my spirit tells me is a good guy), reads this review and will consider what type of Dealership he want s to be. I will try and find another dealership that sells CAN AM s that values all individuals no matter who they are and what they look like.

Jackson did an outstanding job of getting me additional pictures when I asked for them. I live about 2.5 hours away from Reno's shop, and asked many, many questions. Jackson responded to every one precisely and timely. He helped greatly through the entire sales process as well! Thanks Jackson!!!

Drove about 45 mins south to buy from Reno's. Great company and even better prices. We had Matt as our rep and he was really knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. Thanks for the bike!

These guys are great! Staff is very helpful and the facility is nice. If you re in the market for a power sport, I highly suggest Reno s. I had Matt as my salesman but also interacted with Spencer and the owner, Steve. All of them did a great job and helped me pick out my first bike. I am thrilled with my experience!

Many great bikes here. Aprilia, Ural, Yamaha, and Ducati were my favorites. There is a good parts department with a lot of great clothing and riding gear on hand too. And Andrew was a super nice and knowledgeable salesperson to speak to with when I visited. I recommend checking this place out.

I bought a 2009 Harley Sportster from them and when I noticed 1 week after I got my bike that the tires were old they didn't hesitate to give me top-notch service and slap on a pair of michelin's no charge. I will definitely be coming back to them for future services. Thanks again!

I want there 4 or 5 time and I always have bad experience with them I go to the part department they order me a wrong parts and me and the sales person we ve been talking for good 30 minutes they want to charge me restocking fee for fault is not mine And I also take 2 4wheelers one of them needs repair and the other one overheats the one it overheats they could not figure what is the problem with it they charged me a service fee and they told me to pick it up and nothing wrong with it so I got it back and it still overheats. I got an argument with them, they say Yamaha, ATV or any of them it should overheat when you leave it running, not moving. After the arguing, he don t like the situation they refused to do the service for me for the other four wheelers they told me to pick it up and after a big arguing, he refund the service money for the one overheating. I have a very bad experience with them. Looks like they don t have a professional people work there. I advise anybody to go there

They did great getting my Ducati on the road when I had a flat from a nail. I Brought it in one morning and they were able to get me on the road again with 2 new tires. And Even a new bike:-) Great Group very helpful in explaining differences in motorcycles and finding the bike for you. Only reason I give 4 star review is the riding shoes that I purchased the soles separated from shoe within 5 days. Hopefully they ll take care of this and earn a 5th star?

Bought my can am x3 here in 2018. It's only had to come back twice for unique issues. One a wire came disconnected from ecu. Found it pretty quickly.Other ecu went out. And it took quit awhile to get it figured out.For as much time as they had to put into this issue I believe they charged me very fair. Unit was there awhile and the was running short on ideas since no way to check a ecu.But they got it, then sent it to Evo Powersports for retune.The was very fair on price. Highly recommend them. Not the cheapest but they will fix it.OTHER SHOP I took it to before going to them on ecu problem diagnosed it as bad turbo wanted me to spend 2600 on new turbo.Reno powersports kept it alive and kicking.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this motorcycle dealership. I brought my bike in for a specific issue, and it's now the third time they've had it for the same problem. It has been over two months, and they still haven't been able to fix it. This level of incompetence is beyond frustrating.The fact that my motorcycle has been sitting in their service department for such an extended period with no resolution is unacceptable. I have been patient and understanding, but my patience is wearing thin.To make matters worse, despite their inability to fix the issue, they have refused to refund my money or replace the bike. The bike is a 2023 Aprilia RS660 with less than 900 miles on it and I got it brand new.I expected better customer service from a reputable dealership. Their lack of communication and failure to provide a viable solution to the problem has left me feeling taken advantage of and extremely dissatisfied.I urge anyone considering doing business with this dealership to think twice. Their inability to fix my bike and their refusal to refund me have left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.Overall, my experience with this motorcycle dealership has been nothing short of a nightmare. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone, and I sincerely hope that others can avoid the frustration and disappointment that I have faced.

Had issue with wife's 2019 F3t and service was quick to get us scheduled and diagnosed. Quickly identified the problems, opened case with BRP on known issues. Flushed brake fluid, changed pads and parking brake motor. Explained larger warranty issues and helping us every step of the way.Staff is extremely knowledgeable and willing to explain problem and solutions, work warranty claim along side customers. Overall fair prices for the service and work completed! I highly recommend this shop for any needs.

The sales person we worked with was wonderful, but unfortunately this service department is awful. Once we bought the bike, we no longer mattered as customers. We have had several warranty issues and the service manager is disrespectful and not helpful. We have a current warranty issue that needs fixed, and we have received no support from Reno s in getting this done. It s unfortunate they re the only authorized Aprilia dealer in the area. I definitely recommend looking for ANYWHERE else to do business with.

Very misleading wait times. We were told to drop off our machine 6/13 and pick it up 6/14. It was not ready for pick up until 6/16. All we needed was a first service on a Waverunner which is a glorified oil change. If it wasn't an issue of trying to keep the warranty in-tact I would not recommend Reno's for this, or plan on your machine being there for a week.

I stumbled upon Reno's last fall when in search of a new wave runner. Placed an order and they allowed me to move my deposit to an even nicer machine. Picked up my craft last week and can't wait to get it in the water. Jackson and a few members of the staff I met have been fantastic! So far this has been a great experience. I look forward to doing business with them for years to come. If you are in need of anything powersports, Reno's is worth the drive.

I cooked my front tire riding from NH to CA, the service department... with no notice... went way out of their way, same day, to replace it and keep me going. By the time I got to Colorado in cold rain at 11,000 feet that mattered a lot.

Salesmen were extremely nice and sorrowful that they couldn t offer me a decent amount for my trade. The service department gave me great advice that saved me a few 100 bucks. Parts department was well stocked and had 4/5 parts I needed with the other being only two days away. This is a great place and I m happy this is my new Ducati shop.

I came out to Renos to return unopened, unused parts that I had purchased from them. They would not take the returns even though they were brand new, unopened, and still in package. I had to wait over 20 minutes for the owner to make this decision. Will not be coming back to this dealership. Will be shopping elsewhere for future parts and machine purchases.

I highly recommend Reno's. Reese gave me a great deal on a new 2020 Spyder RT Limited even though dealers have just started receiving them. The Spyder had an issue out of the crate. But Reese and John made sure it was fixed quickly.
