Everyone connected with the dealership and been excellent to work with. Had my first oil change just a few days ago. The service writer was friendly and efficient. Got me right in and finished much quicker than I expected. Follow up by Nicole has been great. I'm very impressed by this dealership and the vehicle I purchased from them.

It was a pleasant experience because Bobby was a big help, getting me in and out. My wheel bearing went out and I was so relieved it wasn t my transmission. I must say The Rogue had been an amazing car. 210k miles. This was the first issue!!!!!

I brought my 2021 Rogue in for a recall and to have the oil changed. Everyone was very pleasant and helpful. It took about 90 min to complete everything. When I got in my car everything was great and they even washed it for me.

Oil change and vehicle inspection was completed in a very reasonable amount of time. Car maintenance is very important to me. Appreciate the vehicle inspection making sure everything looks and works the way it should.

DO NOT HAVE AMY AS YOUR SERVICE ADVISOR!!! Very poor communication . I would call and every time it was sent to her voicemail. Then she would mistaken my vehicle, fleet company and diagnosis with another vehicle. Definitely was not the best experience wouldn t feel comfortable buying or repair vehicle here

Met with an advisor when my HVAC system was acting funny- blower speeds would not increase, appeared to be sending air through the incorrect vents. Bobby and the guys at Reiselman got me a loaner car while they figured it out, and got this resolved for me with my warranty company's assistance and no money out of pocket for me. Thank you!

This would be 5 stars if I hadn t noticed that an extra item was added to my oil change cost without my knowledge. It matters to be up front with all services and to not just what you want to the service that was requested.

Got my oil change done and tires rotated and steering fluid flushed and tried making an appointment the week ahead to make sure it wouldn't be a long wait and the lady said just bring it in and we will have you done in no time?? 254.98 dollars later after I get home I check to see if they topped off windshield fluid like the use to but that's a no cause mine was empty and the brake fluid wasn't even to the max level so if you're wondering if they top your fluids off it's a no

Overall the service I received on my Nissan Maxima was great, but I was disappointed that the department did not know I had my shocks and struts replaced during the Spring or Summer of 2023.

Kinda of slow for an oil change. Had an appointment took about 15 minutes for them to get me checked in. Had two people to check us in but one person really wasn't doing anything.

My service rep. Amanda Sweeney was very friendly. She walked me through the process and directed me to the waiting area. Three recall issues were fixed quickly while I was drinking hot chocolate that was provided free. A good experience.

To put it lightly, the service folks at Reiselman are pretty great. Bobby and JD always do their best to get our vehicles taken care of quickly and properly. It's vehicle maintenance/repairs, so sometimes parts aren't immediately available, or the shop is just super busy, and things take longer than anticipated, but the crew does their best to keep us informed of progress. Yesterday, I had the oil changed and the tires rotated on the company's 2021 Nissan Altima. Lindsey in the Service Department was outstanding. She treated me with the utmost respect and she was able to get my car in right away without a prior appointment. I appreciate the speed and the customer service with which Lindsey handled the service needs of my car. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. No one treats you better then Reiselman Nissan! Very friendly and professional crew. My Service Rep, John Davies, greeted me and walked me through the process and directed me to the waiting area. He consulted me when the scheduled service items had been completed and shared other findings. There was no high pressure to do those items but I elected to. Had my oil change and tires rotated great service easy to get appointment was able to reschedule when my schedule got chaotic. Kept apprised of time. Looked at a vehicle no pressure asked if I could see one given access still not pressure took reading material home to review. I am blanking on the guy but he is tall with a beard and works in service department great guy very professional all in all you want a Nissan go to Reiselman dealer.Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance

Everyone I take my car to Reiselman for service I have a great experience. The service manager is professional and always shares progress on my car. At least one, if not several, salesman and others check in on me while waiting in the service waiting area. I had my vehicle serviced recently at Reiselman Nissan. As usual, it was very easy to get an appointment and the work was done in a timely manor. The service advisors Bobby Leslie and Bryan Magnuson are very customer oriented and go beyond expectations to ensure the work is done and of the highest quality.
