Ordered a replacement piece of moulding for my Rogue's door, and Reiselman called me to alert me that it arrived in just 2 days! Very happy to have her looking her best again!

Honestly buying a car from this company has been the absolute worst experience of my life. I bought a car that was in my price range and what I wanted. I had it literally 2 days and the engine stopped working and needed to be replaced. There was a recall on it. Why was sold a car with a recall on it? I should have never been sold the car. I don t think it had been inspected at all. They said there was no way to get our money back, even though we hadn t even had it a weekend. So they fixed it and it took three months. Three months of us switching their cars around, that they gave us to drive. Then when I got the car back they hadn t cleaned it and my brakes are dragging. I haven t even had this car in possession for a week! Everything should be working great.It was in our contract that they were going to detail it. It was still dirty from the previous owner and was supposed to be cleaned by prestige Nissan. So for another week I had to call multiple people and went through them saying they would call me back and never doing so. Finally I got it cleaned by them. But of course nothing was easy and when I arrived no one knew who I was and was confused. I will say that all the service men and maintenance people were nice and courteous. I think they could tell I was frustrated.I have never wrote a review on somewhere in my entire life. I m not someone who usually complains. But this was such a bad experience. No one who works there knows what s going on. They apparently don t care if they sell cars that don t work. I m trying to save someone some pain, so don t buy from here.Now this prestige Nissan is closed and for a good reason.
