Came in for a synthetic oil change on my 2018 GMC Canyon bought somewhere else out of state. They seem to be fairly busy for a Saturday, and the wait was typical of a dealer service oil change. However, the customer service was nice once we were checked in, and they have a decent waiting lobby with a nice variety of hot drinks and a vending machine. At check out, the candy bar was pretty cool to receive, so the customers know that they aren't such a big company to let their customers know they appreciate all and any business. With that said, I think there should be more than one available employee managing the front desk b/c when I arrived I had to wait for check in until the person behind the desk was finished with a lengthy phone call. Overall, I had fairly good experience but expect to give them time to service your vehicle.

10/10 recommend Reed Collision for all of your dent needs. I went through State Farm when my vehicle got hit and was able to choose my repair shop and I m SO glad I chose them. Not only was the repair timely, but they did a fantastic job on the repair itself. My car looks beautiful again and was even CLEANED before pick up. Cannot recommend them enough. Great job!!

We brought my daughter's car in and were very afraid the repair would be expensive and involved. We gave them every reason to sell us something she didn't need but they did not! They fixed her car, got her back on the road the same day and at a very reasonable price! Pleasant and friendly from beginning to end. Thank you!

My transmission went out on my truck I recently purchased from another dealership. Jeremy at Reed got my truck right in to figure out what the issue was and called me the next day. Unfortunately the transmission was on backorder, no fault of theirs, so it took a while to come in, but Jeremy kept me in the loop and updated me every time something came up. As soon as they received the transmission they got right to work and got my truck done ASAP and got me back on the road. I would recommend their service to anyone in the area. They helped make a situation that was not ideal into the best experience they could have for me.

Was recommended as an "Express Repair" center from Geico for a claim on a deer strike. After 8 return trips to rework the salvaged replacement door they put on my truck, my windows do not operate correctly and the door does not seal properly. At highway speeds the door they put on sounds like the window is open. The staff was extremely friendly and very apologetic but in the end I received a salvaged door that is just unacceptable.

A lesson in customer service nots. I rarely write reviews, but this time enough is enough. Every time we take our vehicle in for service or inquire about a service price, it always ends up being more than the price quoted for simple, run of the mill services. When my husband and I were in the dealership a couple months ago he asked a service advisor what the dealership charged for an oil change (with the filter) and to balance and rotate the tires. He was told just under $100. He also asked about a lifetime balance and rotation and was told it was available if the tires were bought and installed at the dealership (these were). Last week, when he set up an appointment to bring the truck in for service he again asked about the price and when he dropped it off this morning, the service rep read the ticket back to him and it was confirmed that every service item my husband wanted to be performed was in fact on the ticket. However, once the work was complete, the total bill came to over $200. Why? In reviewing the ticket, the oil, filter, tire rotation and balance was just over $140. My husband clarified with the service advisor that the quote was for just under $100 and the replied he received was, That price doesn t include balancing the tires. Time out. He asked more than once about the cost and it s clear someone misquoted the price, which things happen, but the proper way to handle a situation such as that is apologize and honor the price quoted. You should not expect your customers to eat your error as they may never had had you do the service knowing it was going to be a much higher price. Unfortunately, it is a pattern here it is always $20, $30 - $40 more. Additionally, my husband asked again about buying the lifetime balance and rotation warranty on the tires only to be told that service option isn t and was never available. Why do we keep getting different answers to the same questions? It s difficult to know what is correct or not at any given time. For Father s Day I bought my husband a set of tailgate lights and pre-paid the labor cost to have them installed. He ended up installing them himself and the pre-paid installation was no longer needed, but it took over 3 months to get a refund. We had to drive up to the dealership twice, as directed by you, and then would get punted back to GM who affirmed the dealer does the install and therefore, received the payment for it around and around we went.Guys, you really need to go back to the basics when it comes to working with your customers because as it were, if this is how you deal with things, it shows making a few extra bucks is more valuable than retaining your customers. This type of low level of service leaves you feeling taken advantage of and furious. It should not be this way. Today, my husband addressed the fact that we own/have owned multiple Acura s, Toyota s and Honda s and the service issues he s experienced with Reed GMC have never been an issue with those cars. The answer he received: Well, maybe you should stick with foreign made cars. Seriously??? He has nearly 30 years of GM brand loyalty maybe the issue isn t foreign verses domestic. Maybe it s one dealer verses others. We just took in my Acura MDX for it s first oil change and tire rotation (all free) and the service advisor made no secret that anything less than a 100% perfect score on the service survey was a failure. This is our third Acura and we go back time and again for one simple reason - their service is excellent. You can learn do to better.

Had them do a Missouri state inspection & it took an hour & a half. And I had to walk out to the service desk to remind them if it was ready. My car was just sitting outside ready & no one told me, I had to ask. Very poor service.

My car was making an odd sound and they figured it out quickly and offered to fix it that day! Their customer service and communication was above and beyond. I am so pleased by the experience as it was my first time servicing my car there! Thank you Dan G. for your honesty and kindness!

Had to return my vehicle to collision as it was returned covered in paint dust, nor was the damage fully repaired. They did take accountability, however, there should not be any oversight when it comes to someone s brand new vehicle. I chose this center as it was recommended by GEICO. Will NOT be returning here in future for any reason. Edited in 6/15 - had to return again. Still NOT FIXED. JASON is a liar and fool. I hope he loses his car keys and his phone is always dead.

Good conversation with service manager, due to forgivable circumstances it did take a bit longer than I would've hoped given the end diagnosis but I am still a happy customer and I'd still refer business.

I was highly impressed by the service I received. Phil was the initial person that met me at the counter. He was very professional and courteous. My car came in with a recall type of problem. It was approximately 4 hours later that I received the call that I could come and get my car back. I could not have expected more. Congratulations Reed Buick GMC service center on a job well done.

They do a great job of talking you through everything and taking care of your vehicle while it's being worked on. At times it can take awhile for work to be completed, but it's not so bad to downgrade my view of their overall service

We bought our car here a year and 5 months ago, we were in KC today and for whatever reason our vehicle over heated. We called GMC and they had us towed in and in a rental in no time. Very fast and efficient.

I scheduled to bring my car in for a recall. They took it in and put it up on the lift immediately. They did the work and returned it to me in about 2 hours.

I called other places and they wanted in parts what Reed service center charged for the entire thing. I was out of there in an hour. Customer service is great and price is better.

Told me all vehicle parts were in and that repair was on time, then the night before the estimated date they delayed the repair another week.
