I recently experienced my first roadside service and was pleasantly surprised by the efficient and convenient service provided. The technician informed me about the importance of changing fuel filters, which was a valuable piece of information for me. The diagnosis of my truck's problem was made promptly, and the repair was completed quickly once the necessary parts were obtained. Overall, I was impressed with the mobile service and plan to continue using roadside assistance instead of relying on dealerships. The fact that they come directly to you is a huge bonus.

I always opt for road service when I face a truck breakdown as it saves time compared to repair shops, and I don't have to bear the expense of towing. If I could give a zero I would. My truck broke down. I called at 9:30am they said they could have a mechanic out by 11:00am. At about 11:30am I called to get an ETA on the mechanic. The lady said she would call me back after she calls to see where he was at.. no call back after 45 mins I called back an my number was blocked. So I called a different service. An got treated way better. Then at about 5:30 pm the mechanic from onsite calls An said. So if you still need a mechanic he could be out by my truck maybe by 7:00pm or so. I told him no thank you I have some one on the way.
