Super easy experience from beginning to end. I live across the state and was able to arrange everything over the phone and online. The application and price negotiation was clear and straightforward. Lyric was my salesman and he walked me through the entire process. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with. Bruce was my sales manager and was also great. After completing the paperwork from home I traveled out to KC the next day to pick up the car.The only negative I can think of (and this is very minor and doesn t reflect on my salesman or sales experience) is that the dealership did not install the mount for the front license plate. Instead I will need to do that myself when my plates come in. Just an inconvenience that isn t enough to change my overall opinion of the dealership.

I had an exceptional buying experience at Oakes Kia. If you can ask for Steven to be your salesman, do it. You won't regret it. He was so informative and helpful throughout the entire process. It was stress free and efficient. Great selection of cars too!

Buying a car here is a very pleasant experience. Steven Carroll was wonderful and answering all the questions making sure we are comfortable. There's no stress there like at other dealerships. I highly recommend if you're looking for a new vehicle that you give Oaks Kia and Steven a try. Even if you don't buy a car there you'll still be glad you went.

If you are in need of a new car go see Brandon Vail at Oakes Kia! He and his team were awesome and were very helpful. They did a great job of listening to our needs and wants and even worked with our payments we were wanting to stay within. We really appreciate them working with us. I love my new sorento!

They are easy to work with. They listened when I said texting was the easiest for me and they got me all pricing and out the door pricing when asked. Never went back on what they offered on my trade. Jared was very nice and accommodating! He s new and still learning but overall a good experience! I do wish I had gotten out of there all little sooner to get home to my family but I ve experienced worse wait times. Thanks again!

Jared is the MAN! He made sure i got the vehicle i wanted for a fair price! I would recommend oakes kia to anyone. Traded my 2016 chrysler 200 for a 2021 kia sportage sOh and Dillon in Finance made sure we left happy and taken care of down the road with a crazy warranty!!

He was accommodating and professional through the whole process of our son buying his first car. Derrick got us through the final process of closing the deal. First off: The car buying experience is nothing to take lightly, it s a big purchase in peoples lives and the guys at Oakes understood that from the start. Noone pressured me, they knew I needed time to ask questions and think about it to make sure I picked the right ride and didn t bother me when I said I needed to think on it overnight. They listened to my 1001 questions and answered them all so nicely and kept me laughing the whole time. It was the best car buying experience I ve been in. Hands down. Girls know how it is buying a car alone out there!! It sucks and it s intimidating. This was not that vibe. They were so nice and honest.Dom helped me on day 1 test drive cars (one being the one I ended up buying). I had him running all over finding cars for me that fit my needs. Super nice dude! The real MVP that day. Day 2: Chip brought it home. Made sure the car was warmed up and ready for me to test drive again the next morning and the rest of the car buying experience was easy with him. THOUSAND percent recommend working with either of them and letting Oakes help you find your car!

I bought my first car here, a lightly used Kia optima, I went in 3 times to look at the vehicle. Steven Carroll helped me and was my guy every time I came in. I had been looking at the car online and went in the first time to just look, 2nd time to consider getting it and 3rd time actually purchasing the vehicle. The process of all that was professional, fast, and very easy. they didn't try any shady car sales man stuff, I felt like they honest cared about my situation and wanted to work with me, instead of just making a quick sale. Mister Carroll is a fantastic salesman. they sold me my first car and the car is still going great. I greatly appricate it and I feel I made the right choice.

I had a great experience! Chip helped me! He was very helpful went about and beyond to help me find the perfect vehicle. The vehicle I needed up purchasing came from the GMC dealership on Main Street chip traveled all the way over there to help me and made sure the process was easy for me I appreciate him so much I will be sending more people his was to purchase vehicles! Jose Ramirez was my salesperson. He did an amazing/excellent job walking me the process of finding a new vehicle that was within my price range and that suited my needs. Even though he was new and still learning, he was wonderful, and I couldn't have had a better person assisting me. He was respectful and didn't try to sell me something I didn't want. He is a great asset to your sales team! I would highly recommend him. The Management Team was great as well. Another big thanks to Bruce in the Finance Dept. He rolled out the red carpet for me and was able to get a better deal than what was quoted to me. Thank you all!

Best experience I've had at a dealership. I went in kinda nervous not knowing exactly what I wanted. Tim was my salesman, he worked very well with me. Was a good match. He was easy to talk to. He asked me what I wanted out of a vehicle, what I couldn't go without and what I didn't want. He never wasted my time, found something perfect for me and walked me through everything. Very knowledgeable, showed me how everything worked and was extremely patient with everything. 10/10 go with Tim at Oakes Kia

I recently purchased a 2023 Kia Forte GT from Oakes Kia and my salesperson, Lyric, made my experience absolutely outstanding. Right from the get-go, his level of professionalism and dedication was evident.Lyric was nothing short of phenomenal. He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, and he guided me seamlessly through the entire process. From understanding my needs and preferences, to answering every question I had, Lyric exhibited every quality one would hope for in a salesperson.The customer service didn't stop there. Even after finalizing the purchase, Lyric ensured I was comfortable with my new car and fully understood its features. His follow-up was very much appreciated and it is a testament to the excellent service Oakes Kia provides.

Chip has made the whole process so seamless and easy. I am able to leave same day in my dream car and I could not be happier with the whole experience. He was great to talk to the whole time as well and we joked and laughed during the whole process. He also saved me from forgetting my garage opener in the vehicle I was trading in. Steven was a fantastic salesman and taught us everything there was to know about our new vehicle. We didn t feel pressured at all and were convinced by him that this was a great purchase for us! And he was right! We are in love with our new Kia Carnival! The entire process was so easy from financing to pickup of our title. Fantastically nice people, great product, and easily the best car buying experience I ve ever had.

I walked into the store thinking that I wasn't going to walk out with anything and then ended up getting a 2024 Kia forte. I just want to thank chip. He was my dealer and he's the one that got me into this brand new car. I couldn't ask for a better sales person. He was kind. He seen that I was in a bad predicament and he did his best to find a resolution and I came in with a car that was totaled. Basically I was just a money wasting bucket and chip and his team got me set up with this new car. I love the Kia forte. Not the car that I originally wanted but I ended up coming with a brand new car instead of a used one and couldn't be happy. Thanks chip, thank you thank you thank you

Recently went to Oakes Kia for an oil change and also needed some new tires. I was shopping around but they had a buy 3 get 1 free deal so their price was extremely competitive and the service was exceptional!Both times, the service manager, Mike Stinnett, helped me out and truly went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of. He proves to be very knowledgeable when answering my questions and gave honest recommendations regarding my vehicle and recommended maintenance.Although the entire staff was friendly and the environment was welcoming, I will definitely always ask for Mike if he's available to help when I return!Side note- for me, its a HUGE plus that their service department provides transportation as well as I can drop my car off in the morning and request to be dropped off at work since I'm not too far. I did check out their waiting space and it is nice as well with some snacks to enjoy while you're waiting.

Chip is the only reason I felt comfortable buying a Kia and why I would refer my friends and family to this Oakes dealership! He is a great communicator and tracked down the exact make/model/trim/color combo I wanted. He was fantastic and made the process as easy as it could be without any pressure. I also want to shout out Darah in used car acquisitions for making me aware of Oakes originally because she is the one who made the initial reach out to me about my trade in. If it weren t for her, I probably wouldn t have looked at Kia in the first place. Thanks to you both for helping me get my dream *mom* car and making me feel good about bringing my business to this dealership.I visited multiple Kia dealerships around the area and spoke to several out of state. Oakes transparent pricing and customer service by Chip made it a no brainer to keep my business local. Well done everyone.

We bought our very first new car today at Oakes Kia and Steve was great to work with! He did a great job of explaining the differences between the cars we were looking at, and then did everything in his power to get us the best rates he could. He also made sure to explain all of the features of the Telluride to us in detail so we felt comfortable before leaving the lot. We had a great experience!

I can t say enough about chip and his excellent performance from start to finish. He had the car detailed and ready to go when I walked in the showroom. We talked via phone to start the process and work all the details prior to me coming in. I test drove the Kia and then finished the deal 100% recommend chip

Buying a car with Lyric was such a great process! At Oakes they don t work on commission. So I didn t have to worry about hassling over a price. The price was what it was and I didn t have to worry about a bunch of added on fees. Lyric was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to work with! I ll be honest, I wasn t looking forward to the salesperson experience and having to deal with the pushiness that comes from most places. And I recently dealt with that at another dealership. Working with Lyric on this was a joy!

I would highly recommend going to Oakes Kia if you are in the market for a new car. This was probably the smoothest and least stressful experience we ever had purchasing a car. Everything was upfront, no hidden agendas, no commission based salesmen. We worked with Lyric, who is absolutely the best. We told him our top price and he showed us only vehicles in that range. He was laid back, answered all my questions and was genuinely a good person.Go to Oakes and ask for Lyric!

Steven Carroll helped us purchase a new Kia today! He went above and beyond.. even driving us to another Oakes dealership to look at a different car. He was very informative, and answered all of our questions and was overall very easy to talk to. At the end of the day he was even willing to help make up .43 cents that our check was short out of his own pocket. I would definitely recommend Oakes Kia to anyone. Overall a great and stress free car buying experience.

Great customer service. The staff was courteous, friendly, and knowledge on their inventory and products. The process did not take excessively long, we didn't have to do a lot of waiting, nor did I feel overly pressured to buy their products. They were able to get me a good rate, making my payments affordable. Karen was great to work with and she took good care of us!

My experience with Oakes Kia was amazing from the amazing service I received from my man Alec to getting to drive and experience the car I ended up falling in love with. From the second we walked in to the second we walked out Alec gave us all the attention we needed, made sure we were taken care of and made the car buying experience something special just by making it easy and by being respectful and kind. The car ended up being perfect with no problems and they also helped by cleaning it and filling up the tank which was the icing on top of an amazing experience. If you go to Oakes Kia, which you should, go find Alec and he ll take phenomenal care of you and make sure you re leaving in your dream car.
