I was just in at my location store. To drop off my used oil. From where I purchased my oil from this location. I was informed they was full and couldn't leave the oil. I was going to purchase something else but decided not to. I will start going back to Auto Zone. Even for the extra miles I will know it will be one stop. That's worth it!!! I want to give this 0 stars but again I can't. I have to give it a star just to post. So again I had to go back to just to post. I have made my,,,,Point!!!

Employees are super nice and helpful. Unfortunately, the place stinks like cigarettes. During my last visit a guy actually walked out of the back with a cigarette hanging from his mouth. I'll be looking for another location or going to a competitor in the future.

They are alright but seem to have hard time finding my parts for my jeep even brought the right one I need and the crew still could not find the part. Also it seems when put on hold they ignore u and u get disconnected

They have no drive to help you find a part Or the motor size. I told Jacob I need a filter with the oil I was buying. He asked me what kind of car I know the car but not year I don't have the car book. But told him it was a trail blazer pointed to the car he told me either this size engine or car year I told him I'll go out and look and see if I could find it. I'm not a car mechanic but he offered no help. Came back in told him I'll come by later and purchase oil filter cause I'm not too sure he says fine! Then I say well how do you tell all I see is something that says 4200 not 4._something like he said! He says that's the size then tells me the filter size then says you need me to write it down remind you filter number MGL51522 yes please write it down! Then tells me they are in a green box and some nice customers helped me find it in a red box. I will be returning all this product and going to advance auto parts

I was from out of town. No one helped me put my battery in. They wouldn't even let me take the tools outside to change out the battery myself. I could only get one tool at a time. Plus, I had to leave my drivers license.

Went in to look for a master cylinder cap. Found some on the floor that might work. Ask the young kid if I could open the package to see if the cap was a screw on cap. The young kid had an attitude. And so no you can buy it and then return it. I had the original with me oto compare. Hethrnr I asked if he could look up to see if they had one in stock or I could order....the young kid just pulled up one page. And said nope. Ain't got it. Then that was it. At that point I went and put the items back. Said I was going to advanced where they will at least help try to find one. This kid smarted off something...he is to young to be working there...you can tell the lack of experience. Cause he wasn't listening when I explained the brake fluid cap was the master cylinder. He had no idea, and was just attitude. Never again... that was totally uncalled for. When if you pull into ilon the sighte. You all have them online. He would not even try.

This place went above and beyond for me. I changed my alternator last week but it was a dud so not only did they replace my alternator free of charge but they had sent a mechanic over to help me do it. They were great with customer service and I m grateful!

I've been coming here whenever I need parts for over ten years. I've never had a bad experience here over that time, and that really says something. They're always very friendly and fast. Even when it's busy, you can expect not to wait very long. I like being able to get in and out much faster than at other places, but yet have the flexibility to get great advice when I'm not in a hurry.It's not often that they may not have an item on-hand, but in the rare case they don't have it, they will move heaven and earth to see that you do get it.Parking is also close to the door no matter where you park.Great folks, great service, great prices.

Went their to buy a battery at 5pm tye female employee said they couldn't install the battery, the installer said be would do it. The price of the battery was 259.99, which I thought was abitHigh. I used to fix autos at sears. Which is why I gave 3 stars because the installer expressed that the installation wouldn't be a problem.. I drove to Sam's club and they sold me the battery and 2 new tires. The installer reset my tire pressure sensors. At no charge and tgey They did a fabulous job?!

I tried to purchase a battery. Had the old battery with me. The person behind the counter couldn t understand the make was a Polaris rzr. Walk out with old battery. Went to auto zone had a new battery in a few minutes

I went today to get a headlight for my van.The man who helped me was able to find the one I needed but when I had asked for help putting it in he said that they were too short staffed. They had 3 registers open so not sure what he meant by that. Then he said if they didn t care to schedule anyone then he didn t care. He also berated another employee in front of customers. I will definitely go somewhere else now.

Had the part I needed, good price, and I appreciated how quickly they pulled it when I ordered online for in-store pickup. The email said it would be available in about an hour, but it took more like 20 minutes. Very convenient.

I guess store hours depend on who's watch they go by. I call at 9:35 940 + 945 . No one answered the phone at any of these times . So I decided to just drive down there . I was here at 9:55. The big sign was still on open sign was still lit up but the door was locked. I stood in front until 10 o clock. I saw a long haired kid walking up to the front he saw me and turned right back around and went to the back.. if you're not going to stay open for the store hours they should change the sign to say from 7 a.m. until whenever Jack or Jimmy's watch says 10.. these 3 vehicles were still in the parking lot . I sat in the parking lot for15 minutes waiting for someone to come back up to the front. So I could ask why they didn't answer the phone and why lock the door early.. so I gave up after 15 minutes because they were still in the back hiding or doing something to each other.. so I went next door to grab something to eat and what do you know exactly at 10:30 they both walked out. Do O'Reilly employees get an extra 30 minutes a day for make out time in the back of the store?

This store has knowledgeable helpful staff. I've only been in here once when they were short staffed and they apologized for the inconvenience from the get go. I always call ahead to check for the parts I need. O'Reilly's has always been able to get what I need by the end of the day since they have a big warehouse in North Kansas City where they can pull stock from. I like the staff at the Vivian Rd. store. I'm most familiar with them, but I've had good luck at each of their stores.

I bought a battery. I asked about any on sale clerk said no. Then while I was waiting for my friend to pay for his purchase I looked thru the sale paper....there was a $5-20 mail in gift card with purchase of a new battery. Clerk didn't tell me about it. A good clerk would know what's in there weekly ad and let customers know of sale items & rebates along with gift cards for purchases.

This place has got some bad management. I pulled up 15 minutes before they closed. The door was locked. I knocked on the door. I called the phones. All I needed was a couple little exhaust bolt nuts, would have taken them 2 minutes. They had 15 minutes till it closed. I stood out there for 15 minutes knocking and calling. But 10:01 on the dot, They come around the corner and say oh no. No sorry. We're closed. I told them I had been outside for 15 minutes, they said no couldn't be, no it couldn't be... That's pathetic and lazy. Terrible customer service, I'll be contacting their corporate office first thing in the morning

Its mostly good bc i usally get what i need. But sometimes it makes me have to make extra trips because of the knowledge being low. Thats my only problem with orielly auto. The employees are kinda low on the knowledge department. But if you go to a certain orielly and find a employee that helps good and really trys to make sure you have the right stuff is good stuff. They dont pay attention to that enough. Seems like most employees are there just to collect a pay check with out caring

You're going to get a mixed of young and old guys helping you here but regardless of their ages everyone there seems to at least have a few helpful theories that can be helpful in doing you're repairs. Fact is if you're buying parts and don't know how to fix what you're buying parts for relying on guys who sell parts for mechanical advice is a hollow hope at best.Put you're faith instead in knowing what you're doing and why you're there. If it isn't about parts and about other products like oil or fluids they have alot of options. Remember that all auto parts stores are competing so they will generally have similar products at a similar price.You go here because it's convenient. And I prefer this particular place because the guys working there are alittle more into cars.Lastly, had to replace an alternator and had electrical work to do in some moderate rain. The girl behind the counter wasn't afraid to drag the tester out to the car and test my battery and alternator. Now see... those are the Americans that make me proud to be one too. Fearless and looking to handle buisness.

I came in to check a check engine light only to not be helped and deal with a rude guy behind the counter. He was upset it was slightly busy and that he was the only one upfront. When I approached the counter to asked for help he replied " Well it's going to be a long wait I'm the only one up here". I had planned on buying some equipment from them while I waited but after hearing how the cashier was to others decide on leaving and going somewhere else.

Make sure to ask for help from the older employees. The young employees are typical kids who don't seem to care about anything and don't have much of a work ethic. I need to add that in the last month the store I frequent all the younger employees have all been very helpful since I posted my last review.

This place was very nice Kevin was very good came out replace the battery then I must have better job then pArt's advantage where I normally go because their computers were all down so they couldn't do any work again it's been like that for a week
