I went to the part store on independence the employee need to be more helpful and not so rude I got a water pump need to get some casket glue I was told it's on the back I couldn't find the brand that I wanted so I asked him for help didn't want to move from the counter want go back there I will not use this location anytime soon

I went to this store on September 15 to check the ABS light that appeared on the dashboard and the person who helped me told me that they didn't do that, they only check the engine light which is a lie because I have gone before with other problems and they had checked them for me, apparently the person who helped me is a lazy person who didn't want to help me

Wonderful employees here!! Gotta call the lady that helped me today named Ruth! She was beyond amazing. My husband & I went in to get a new air pump for our tires as the one we had just broke. I was telling the man checking me out that we were buying a different one than our last bc we had now had 2 of them break even though the most recent was not even 2 months old; that's when the other employee working asked if I had the broken one with me. I went and got it and after some looking Ruth was able to bring up the warranty on it so I could be reimbursed for the broken one! It was awesome, times are hard all the way around for everyone and $30 bucks means gas for work or pet food or groceries. Thank you for your awesome customer service and give RUTH A RAISE!!! Pronto!

People there couldn t even help me get the correct fuse . Not helpful at all. Cheap prices tho . They don t seem to know their stuff or name of car parts . So know your stuff if you going to shop here .

Well they could make the designated section smaller so they could add in some miscellaneous stuff, say maybe the stuff that I was looking for period because I scan through all the shelves looking for a radiator cap, found dust cover caps and oil caps and everything except the radiator cap. However, it being a Saturday there was quite a crowd, and once I worked my way up to the cash register, they were able to accommodate me with efficiency and effectiveness. The help is invariably friendly, they all seem to know their job pretty well.

Manager in Richmond, Mo was really awesome and matched up bearings and races that we couldn't identify by the part numbers using calibers and catalog. Had to go to the warehouse to get the parts. Had them in stock no problem. Great service!

Ive been a Loyal customer to O Rileys for years and called to put a car battery on hold for me. The battery on my car is dead dead like couldn't get down my street without dying dead. I called to try to get a battery put on hold for later in the day when I have someone to drive me there and they refused to put it on hold for more than an hour ( according to my mechanic its not a widely used battery either). Save your money and go elsewhere if you want decent customer service.

Ya know you just can't never really seem to get good service here - either a staff is ignoring you or because they got a line backed up out the building, no hurry to move anybody fowarrd or to acknowledge anybody waiting. Are they are understaffed or are their staff under qualified and unknowledgeable? Either way like I said I can never seem to get good service here. I'm usually bringing back parts or never getting parts. This was the last of my visits to O'Reilly on the avenue I would be hard-pressed after this last experience to ever shop another O'Reilly's again.

Rude staff, poor management. Manager refused to let me purchase my items on my commercial account because he was too lazy to look up an out of state account. So far I ve accessed my commercial account in GA, TX, NM, CO and NC. This is the first time an employee / manager refused to even try. Passed two AutoZone stores to get to O REILLY and it was terrible, Manager has a bad attitude. Go somewhere else.

I was told when I called over the phone they take checks after traveling all the way to the stor. I felt I was treated unfairly by the 2 Hispanic men Al and his manager they would not take a check all of suuden ive filed a complaint with the BBB and NACCP AGAINST THE STORE VAN BRUNT AND INDEPENCE AVE THIS is really sad

I ordered a part. The wrong was sent. They reordered the correct part and it was in a few days later. Even took it out to my car. Nice service.

Drove over 30 miles because someone at the store told me that they "price match any competitor" I also asked if I had to print it or could I show it on my phone. They said I could just show it on my phone. When we got down there they told us that they do not price match online.... DO NOT BUY FROM O REILLYS when you can get any part for nearly half the price online...

Didn't have things in stock and still weren't there after ordered from another store, in town, until next day ( a sparkplug, yes one spark plug). Employees not personable.

O Reillys auto parts have a reputation for locating and distributing the correct parts the first time. They have high quality parts and knowledgeable staff which are very helpful. When time is money this kind of service is essential.

I am not sure what is up with the parts stores on Independence Avenue but I went in here today January 21st at 12:30 p.m. to get a voltage regulator. They say my car doesn't have one when it clearly does I know Jeep's I've worked on them all my life and then I asked him to hook a computer up to test my alternator output and she told me that I'd have to unhook the alternator and bring it inside which is total BS probably the worst parts store experience I've ever had in my existence

Well, store may be crowded, and of course talking very technical things that check out and everything the lines move slow, but the help is very knowledgeable about the products, and they're very proficient at the operating system to the computer to bring up the things that you need specifically.
