What a relief it is to find a repair shop that is honest! After a bad experience at a local Firestone shop, we took our daughter's car to NTA Fleetserve to Joe and his staff. The technicians at NTA have demonstrated exceptional knowledge and skill. They diagnosed the issue accurately and efficiently, and the repairs were completed within the promised timeframe. Her car now runs smoothly, and we have peace of mind knowing that the repairs were done right!Overall, I highly recommend Joe and his staff at NTA to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy car repairs. The friendly staff, expertise, and quality of service make them stand out in the industry, when good car repair shops are hard to find!

Joe and his guys are by far the best shop anywhere. Took my truck to him after the dealership pulled some shady stuff. Joe at first told me it would be a couple days (which I was fine with) due to how busy they were it s a holiday week. I dropped my truck off around noon and he had me driving it home before 4:00 pm. Throttle body, seal and valve is what they fixed. Communication is outstanding and everyone I ve spoke with has been friendly. I cannot thank them all enough for coming through for me.

I took my pickup in for an alignment, and they did a partial alignment , even though I paid for a complete alignment. When I left, they told me that the tires wouldn't wear poorly, but it will pull a little to one side. Great. I drove that way until I got tired of it, and then took my truck to a more reputable shop.

Took one of our cars in due to awful front end noise. They diagnosed it and gave us a quote. We added a couple other things on and expected the quote to go up by a grand, it only went up by$400.I will be telling everyone to go here for honest good work.

This is a trustworthy and reliable repair shop. Joe is great at what he does. He was able to solve a squeaky break issue that Van Chevrolet just told me "just happens." I highly recommend this company.

very professional and knowledgeable staff. Joe always goes above and beyond to get your vehicle fixed as quickly as possible. Have taken several vehicles in for different repairs, always returned fixed with no new issues that pop up a few days later. If you have a heavy duty truck and want to ensure your tires are balanced properly, take it to NTA Fleet. They road force balance tires here, makes a huge difference in keeping the tires balanced for a longer period of time. Joe and his team do an awesome job of fixing what needs done and his integrity is as impressive as his work. He has never tried to sell me something I didn't need.we use this shop for our mechanical service needs, wheels, tires, alignment, brakes, and front end service.NTA was a referral from a friend. I'm referring them as well. Great experience.

Joe is great. I love this shop. Never had an issue taking my personal vehicles here. Always knowledgeable and willing to answer questions. I took my CR-V to my local dealership and they wanted 2K to fix my AC Compressor Clutch. Joe took a look and told me 600. Not only was the price so much better but, the service is top notch! I will continue to take my cars here for whatever needs they may have. A great local shop.

I've had a great experience with this shop the few times I've been there. Always courteous and professional. I especially appreciate the way they have never talked down to me. I've mostly dealt with Joe and he's been nice, helpful, and respectful every time.

I've been a customer of NTA FLEETSERVE for over 20 years, and every repair job on my vehicles over the years has been honest and at a reasonable cost. I would not trust any other shop in the city with our vehicle repairs. Joe and his staff have a strong work ethic, and show honesty and integrity each and every time I need their repair services.

As long as I live in Kansas City and as long as Northtown Fleet is around, I ll never take my car anywhere else. Joe understands that being upfront and honest with people pays off in the long run, and it shows. He takes the time to explain what s going on with your car in plain English and bases his service recommendations on what s best for the well-being of the customer. It s refreshing and much-appreciated.

NTA is the best place to go for any work needing done on your vehicle. Joe is so friendly and helpful and will go out of his way to help fix the problem. Every time I call with a problem, he makes sure that he takes care of it right away. Great place that you can trust to do the job right.

I've taken 4 different cars here starting in 2008. I moved from Kansas city for a few years, when I moved back I began taking my cars here again. Same great trustworthy service. They've always done a great job and I trust their opinions.

Four trips and $750 and they still haven't fixed the AC. They are friendly but I highly recommend going somewhere else. (Update - they refunded the money, but a lot of time was still wasted)
