Service Department is great. Took my Expedition into them after CBA -Barry Rd butchered my timing chain install(had it for 6 weeks and $8900 bill). Northtowne Lincoln found the problem in a day or two and I had my vehicle back quick. I received detailed updates and descriptions.

Service department is the worst. Bought our car there and have spent thousands on a new motor (car was $4,000 out of warranty), new battery, and all oil changes since 2019. Took the car in for another oil change and to look at a tire with an air leak. A week later, the same tire started leaking again. My husband noticed the valve stem was broken. Took it back in and they fixed the valve AND charged us $42 to fix something they broke. Husband was so shocked, he didn't say anything at the time. I called to speak to the Service Advisor. When he said, we'll who broke it, I was done. They just lost our business for $42. Never again!

Sold cars like I remember...people like that experience, you go to the business office,handle your paperwork while the salesperson gets your vehicle ready to deliver,carwash,full tank of gas,then the salesperson person goes over sone basic features of the vehicle ,I loved it thanks Frank and the rest of the team good job.

Northtowne makes buying a new car a great experience. A special thanks to Ed Bethard. I have purchased three vehicles in the last six years from Northtowne. The service department is great to answer my questions and keep my vehicles safe and in good driving condition. Overall, this is a quality dealership.

I bought a car 2 years ago from Ed at this dealer with an extended warranty and I never had any issues with it. It got totaled last month so I came back to cancel my extended warranty and Keith helped me cancel it even though he probably had more important things to do. Great dealer!

Came down from North Dakota for Thanksgiving weekend and didn t have an appointment for an oil change but Bob in service treated us very very awesome and made it happen. Thank you Bob and the service dept and JVP in sales will be my next guy I purchase a Lincoln from. Thanks for great service inside and out. Very much appreciated. The North Dakota Family!!!

Amazing dealership and staff, speedy buying process. I had the pleasure of working with Todd who was cordial and polite while never being pushy. Very matter of fact and to the point. From walking into the dealership to leaving with my new (used) car after some service was barely over 2 hours. The dealership also had plenty of coffee and free donuts and fruit as well. They truly go above and beyond to provide a great customer experience!

Very easy car buying experience. I found the car I wanted on the website and didn't care to spend a bunch of time looking at options. John made the process fast and stress free. With my most recent cars being a Land Rover Discovery Sport HSE and an Audi Q5 Prestige (both fully loaded), the Lincoln Nautilus Reserve I purchased for $20k less is proving to be a much better value in terms of comfort and quality.

I did purchase an awesome Lincoln Aviator at this location. We don t have a Lincoln dealership in BENTONVILLE, AR. If another dealership had this vehicle I would have easily went elsewhere. I was treated like if you don t buy it the next person will. It s like the sales manager encouraged our salesman to become arrogant with us.Not buying this vehicle almost happened! Thankfully the other customer backed out and our salesman called us back the next day.

There us no service tech better than Scott Williams that I have met in any dealership, ever. I bring every vehicle I have back to him, Ford or not. He knows his job, customer service, and understands warranties. I never have to worry about him adding on additional items for a commission or him hustling me for sales. He just takes care of my car and gives me peace of mind. You can not buy or teach loyalty or morals. He has both.

Auto was worked into schedule after we had a minor accident damaging wheel and tire. Repairs were completed and car returned as soon as tires were available.

I was very pleased with the experience at Northtowne. There were no high pressure gimmicks or upselling. Prices were very competitive. There was a little wait to process the sale as they had a busy evening with a lot of customers. Josh and Colton were great to work with.

I m glad it wasn t my car. A friend of mine had his car there over two weeks when he got it back the things you want to fix were still broken and the car was filthy. They didn t even bother vacuuming out when it s been almost $3000 and getting it fixed I wouldn t recommend this place to anyone, in fact, I d recommend that they do a complete overhaul of their own department before even suggesting that they can provide any level of service. Very disappointing.

The service department at Northtowne Lincoln was very helpful. Tim was my service advisor. After I informed him what was going on with my car, he repeated everything back to me and explained the issues my car was having. He provided options to get each issue resolved. My car was ready the day he said it would be. They washed my car and everyone in the service department was very kind. I highly recommend Northtowne Lincoln.

Tried to charge 2,400 for a part that only cost $75, as well as charging $200 just to diagnose the issue. Not only that, but they tried to sneak an additional $60 charge onto the bill on something I did not consent them doing to my vehicle. Would not recommend getting your car serviced here.

I have all the confidence in the world with Northtowne Lincoln. My vehicle had an issue in Colorado this past November and I was so distressed that I wasn t able to have the service department at Northtowne handle the issue for me. Since then I ve had Northtowne check it over, tune it up and now I m ready to roll.

DO NOT get your car serviced here, back on May 24th I had my car serviced for a SYNC update. That update took over 3 hours, and they told me there had been an error with the software and they had to restart the process ( they gave me a discount for the inconvenience). After the update to my car my radio/car screen would not turn off (it would stay on all night and nothing I did would shut it off), I scheduled an appointment for this issue, but was worried my battery would drain before they could take a look at it, and when I called to express my concern they stated they couldn t commit to taking care of the issue not knowing what caused it. Long story short my car died before my appointment and I brought it in, they had my car for multiple days and stated that the software issue that caused my radio/screen to stay on for the two weeks in between the update and when I brought my car to the shop wasn t the reason my battery died and they would not be replacing it. My car had another issue they needed to order a part for so after 3 days without my car it was picked up on June 10th and I was told by Bob ( Manger) someone would call me when the new part arrived. Since my car battery was dead and they refused to replace it I got it replaced somewhere else, and guess what my new car battery died due to the issue that was caused from the sync update, it is now July 3rd and I still have not heard back about the updated part. So, I am both now out a few hundred dollars for a battery that they refused to take care of, and still do not have an update about the other car part. I bought this car from this dealership two years ago, and It s safe to say I will not be buying another here again nor have my car serviced here after/if this issue gets resolved.

I had a good experience buying my Lincoln Navigator here. I have brought it here for service since I purchased it. There have been a couple times that I have waited a very long time on an oil change and I understand sometimes things run behind so that's no big deal. Two weeks ago I called to schedule an appointment for service. I told the service guy on the phone that I needed an oil change, my brakes looked at and my heater looked at because it's not working correctly. I told him that I would drop off a little after 10:00 am. I arrive today and am told that if they look at my brakes and heater I will be here a very long time because just "looking" at my brakes will take 3-4 hours!! I then said that I was not told that it would take that long but it was fine if they had a loaner. I was then told that all the loaners were promised out for the day. I then told them to just do the oil change and I will go somewhere else to have my vehicle looked at and then serviced. As the service technician put my information in the computer, I was then told that I wasn't even scheduled for an appointment!!! He did say they would do the oil change today. I would recommend this dealership to purchase a vehicle. I do not recommend this dealership for service. I will now get on the phone to schedule another appointment for my vehicle to be "looked at" to see what service needs to be done another day at another location because I like to spend all this time at dealerships....

Great service, clean environment, friendly salesmen.EDIT:Not sure what happened between now and 2 years ago, but tried contacting the guy my late husband and I bought the car from to possibly trade it in. Its been about 3 weeks since the initial inquiry. Noone has contacted me back.If you couldn't help me or didn't want to help, just say that. Dont leave people wondering what is going on! This is why I'm changing my review.

I bought my first car from Northtowne in 1988. Between my own cars, friends, family and other referrals there are easily two dozen cars, SUVs and minivans since then along with countless visits to the service department for routine maintenance. They never fail to exceed expectations and by now, those are pretty high. I just picked up my Lincoln Nautilus after it's first complimentary oil change and I'm pretty sure it was as clean or even cleaner than it was on the day they delivered it.

I took my Ford Expedition in for repairs and just picked it up a week and a half ago. Immediately, I noticed things that worked fine previously not working at all as well as a few new problems. I told them to fix everything and it cost me just under $6,000. Took it back a week later and it's been in the shop for a week and half, they're saying somewhere in the $5,000 range give a take a couple hundred, and they want money up front before they start any repairs. Maybe it's because I'm a black man or maybe because they don't look like I should have much money or maybe both. Just waiting for it to be done. What an experience!! Now I just have to wait and see what's next! Just gave them $1,500-my up front cost.Smh

We moved with Paul reeves from Bill Woods Ford to Northtowne Lincoln and have bought from them since! Friendly and reliable! As a carpenter they in turn have hired me for projects, so that was an added bonus!

Northtowne has been my Lincoln dealer since 1987 and they treat me like I'm a prince. I have no complaints and it has been a 30 year business relationship and buying experience that I would repeat without question. Their service department is excellent and the sales support from Larry, Scott, and Ed has always exceeded my expectations. Great job ,,, great dealership.

Outstanding dealership, made my first time buying on line a great experience. They went out of their way to send an additional picture of front hood of vehicle at husbands request. Even made sure it had not been smoked in. And then went the extra mile to drive vehicle to me, so I could get before the end of the year and go over all of the new functions of the car. I am so very please, wished they were closer to me for future needs.
