I had to schedule to get my windshield fixed last minute before going out of town. I wasn t the clearest on the day and time I needed, and I thought I wouldn t get helped all together. Ray showed up the day I was expecting, and came a bit earlier than he said. My windshield was fixed in 30 minutes with no problems! I m super happy with the service I received. I ll be recommending that everyone goes here, and when I have any future repairs I need done I ll always call here first.Service: Auto windshield replacement

Excellent response time and service from NKC Autoglass!! My windshield was hit by a baseball the night before and I called Ray around 9am the next morning. He was able to come replace my windshield by 11:30am! If I ever have any future glass repair, I will definitely be using this company!! I came into work today and they were working on another truck. I asked about their rates he gave me an estimate and a card I texted the number. They replied within minutes came back a hour later and replaced my windshield!! I could not be happier and would definitely recommend them to everyone! Was supposed to show up Tuesday to remove a windshield didn't come said he forgot. Was coming Wednesday didn't show up said his truck had to get new tires would come Friday but had his installer call and tell me leavenworth was to far from Kansas city. Wasted my whole week.

Had a quote within an afternoon, had my new windshield by the next afternoon.They showed up at exactly the time they said they would and I had my new windshield within 30 minuets.They are fast, prompt, respectful and courteous.

NKC installed a new windshield for me.I had scheduled the install for 11am. This was scheduled with about a week notice.At about 11:20 I sent them a text to see if they were still coming. About 5 minutes later they reply saying they couldn't get windshield from the supplier that day, but they could come at the same time or earlier the next day. Not sure why they couldn't have told me that earlier in the day, but ok, things happen.Next day, they showed up a little after 11. They got right to work. About 10 minutes later they called me out saying my truck had the wrong rain sensor, asking what kind of vehicle it came out of. So I googled the part number and about two minutes later I'm pretty well convinced this is the correct sensor. They keep saying it supposed to be a smaller sensor. I suggest they brought the wrong windshield. They act like that's not possible. Fast forward 5 or 10 minutes, they looked up their part number and sure enough, wrong year windshield.At the time they had the windshield already cut out and said they'd be back to finish later. 4 hours later one of them show back up and install the correct windshield.They were the second lowest price mobile installer I found, about $100. One of the best service experiences ever. I found the cracks on a late Friday afternoon and needed it fixed by Monday. Ray came out the next day (in the heat) and had the windshield replaced in under 30 minutes. Very responsive, courteous and at a reasonable price. Had a weed eater incident and my driver side window shattered. My dad called Ray and his quote was so good that I got a driver side window and a new windshield for less than what safelite quoted me for just the windshield. I ve been searching for a replacement windshield for a couple weeks now and happen to see that this company was located pretty close to my home after getting two other quotes from two other businesses, which I had to take my vehicle to them to have a replacement done both of those quotes were double what I paid this company very very satisfied. Ray was running late, but he was very kind. He was able to fix my window the next day after I called. I called 6 other places for a quote and nobody picked up the phone, but Ray was quick to answer. He is very affordable and responsive. He did a great job cleaning all the glass out of my car. I am thankful he was willing to work outside under freezing temperatures. My window was broken into during an attempted car theft. It took some pressure off when I found NKC auto glass. Super easy to set up and he works so fast! I liked how he was able to come to me. Went to another place for a windshield replacement who quoted it $500 and only had appointments available for three weeks out. A friend recommended NKC Autoglass instead and we called them- paid half the price and they came out to us same day. Super efficient and extremely friendly, they were done in 30 minutes and on top of that fixed a peeling dashboard problem for me too. Car looks amazing, go to these guys for EVERYTHING. I had a huge rock hit my windshield on a Thursday afternoon. I called Ray that night and he was willing to help the next day! I called him Friday morning at 9am and he was at my office by 3pm that day to replace the whole windshield. It was Labor Day weekend too! Had it done in less than 30 min and it looked perfect! Have had 0 issues or leaks since then. And it was less than half the price of what SafeLite and Glass America wanted to replace it. 10/10 would recommend to anyone needing a quick repair or replacement!!Service: Auto windshield replacement

NKC AutoGlass was incredible! They communicated early and often (which I appreciated as I had a lot of questions, lol). They traveled to my apartment complex at no cost and did the windshield replacement there. It straight up took them 15 minutes and they performed a flawless job. They even took the extra step of cleaning the inside and outside of my windshield before leaving which was a nice touch. The cost was leaps and bounds better than any of the competition, and who doesn't love supporting a local KC business? Unbelievable!! Several competitors quoted almost double the price and wanted to make appointments 10 days out. We called them (daughters car) said they would be here next day. Showed up, on time, were professional and kind. Cleaned all the broken glass, removed sticker from window, cleaned window in and outside. Highly recommend NKC Auto Glass. There is no doubt that this Auto Glass business is the best in the whole state.The guys replaced my Telluride windshield in no time!
