Always a fantastic experience at the Volkswagen Service department! Corey Klee is my representative and always does an excellent job. He has wonderful customer service skills, and is always very friendly. They took care of my tire quickly and efficiently and performed a tire rotation for me. I would highly recommend!

I had a really enjoyable experience. As I have been to other VW dealerships servicing centers, Molle service center truly went above and beyond with customer service. They made sure I understood what was going on with my car and that I had all the information need to make an informed decision. I felt that they took very good care of me and my car. I will most definitely be returning for all my future servicing needs with my car.

When I bought my car, I only had one key, so they had to order another one. I dropped it off to have it programmed. They estimated the time being an hour and a half. They called me 40 minutes later and told me it was done and I went and picked it up.they also changed the battery in my other key fob.customer service was great

My A/C has not been working right since last summer and decided to get it looked at before the heat started. James McManus was very helpful and honest about possibly not being able to get every component looked at completely since the weather was still cold. They did find the problem but due to a car accident after dropping it off (different car) I had to decline services for the moment being and was able to pick it up a few hours later. And they didn t charge me for the diagnostic at the time either so that was a bonus. Been going here forever for my Volkswagen and will be coming back again.

We had a great experience getting our Atlas serviced at Molle VW. I highly recommend their service team! James did a phenomenal job communicating and helping with an issue that a different service department failed to address.

Molle was very courteous when I arrived with a very roomy clean environment to wait on my car. Service on my car was excellent and done on timely manner. Molle is a Great Dealership!

Corey (service advisor) has been absolutely fantastic in helping us get our 2012 Jetta Sportwagon functional after the previous owner had left it sitting for the better part of a year. We have 2 other VW's (all 3 are TDI's) that are in process of getting maintenance done / issues corrected.

My 80 year old mother bought a vw passat that I had to go 180 miles to bring to kc for service. These guys were great. Comfortable waiting area and great service.

It was a good experience. I was there on a Saturday morning for a scheduled appointment. The service guy was very kind and patient. They actually complete my service in less time than expected.

I bought my VW from Molle and went to them for my first vehicle service. I was pleasantly surprised with how easy the whole process was and with how quickly my service was completed. Not at all what I m used to in regards to dealership service centers.

Stopped in since my tire light came on..... figured it was just change in pressure due to the weather. Sure enough had a nail in my tire and they were quick to get it in and repaired. I also didn t have an appointment ! They have def improved their customer service !

I have had a couple lights come on that I couldn t turn back off. Instead of charging me or telling me to make an appt they were able to get right me. Even topped off my fluids.

I always have a good experience here. The gentlemen who checked me in and out was extremely kind and friendly, they worked on my car s 70k service so quickly it took half the time he told me it would. I won t bring my Jetta anywhere else.

I am extremely satisfied with the service I received and highly recommend this group to others. Shout out to Ricardo for dealing with me during a snow storm and for being honest and up front. I never felt like I was being misled or cheated. I would be amiss if I didn t mention how friendly and accommodating Sal was during our financing. He had everything setup for me when I arrived and got me out quick. No pressure sales is how you win my loyalty. I look forward to future business with Molle Audi.

Pay well over $40,000 for a vehicle and when I had to have warranty work done I was not offered a loaner. I should ve bought my vehicle from Bud Brown.
