I've been a customer of Molle Toyota for several years and currently have three cars serviced there. Dealerships are always a more expensive option for service but they have taken care of me and do a good job only recommending services that I need. I'm willing to pay a bit more for honesty and they never disappoint. If you are in the market for a vehicle, buy a Toyota. If you need it serviced I suggest trying Molle.

Magnificent Molle!!Best VW dealer in KC hands down. Corey K went over in detail service, approvals super easy. Loaner was provided too, which is awesome and extra appreciated (your timing and availability may vary).Updates to service all online or text, which is appreciated as well, nice touch to keep in contact with status updates if service requires parts to ship. Waiting area is nice with free wifi and quiet spaces if needed.Pickup was easy, fast and payment clean; No struggles or download needed.Again, best VW dealer in town.

Gloriously Surprised! After getting an oil change at Meineke and leaving with a list of needed repairs, estimated at $3,800, I called Molle and got all the work done for only$2,300 with original Toyota parts and a 1 year warranty on the parts and the labor.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON This is going to be long buckle up, if your car still drives when their service department is finished with it. In August I had my oil changed at molle 6 weeks and 3000 miles later and my truck was 2 quarts low on oil. Their response was dismissive at best stating that they use an electronic pump and they can't guarantee me that a piece of calibrated equipment is operating properly and that my trucks oil reserve is much larger and that 2 quarts low was nothing to worry about but I should start an oil consumption test because the truck is probably using the oil. (2023 silverado) September 16th my check engine light came on with two glow plug circuit failure codes. I contacted molle and asked for any information prior to bringing the truck to them to be serviced, their reply was "well its something I haven't necessarily seen however we cannot rule out that a rodent hasn't chewed on the wires because they're soy coated and it happens way more than people think" This issue escalated quickly to receive any update I was required to call them because I had heard nothing after 5 hours of them "working" on my truck. The update I received was that the main ground for the truck was broken off and that all the grounds on the truck had been tampered with by another dealership so it appeared that they caused this issue. (Service performed 4 months prior by other dealer was not related to any electrical issues) they have since retracted this statement and are now claiming I received the truck from the factory with a broken ground. I was not offered a loaner/rental vehicle. As I have come to learn GM pays for rentals through a rental service for vehicle repairs under warranty. They told me that they had done everything in their power to get me in a vehicle and that I should "just borrow one from a friend or family" and that they had called every rental place in the Kansas city area and that none had a gm vehicle that they could allow the dealership to use. (I'm in a GM vehicle from a rental service using a different kansas city area dealership) They did put me in a "loaner" vehicle on day two of having my truck. This Loaner not only was 500 miles from requiring an oil change but also had expired tags. They also wrote on the paperwork that the gas tank was full and the tank was hardly above half (I returned the truck with more fuel than I received it with) picture below of fuel gauge. I never signed for work to be done with the vehicle. I was told on Tuesday September 19th I could not pick up my vehicle as it was not driveable and that they had dropped the exhaust to find the problem (attempting to relocate my truck to a more reputable dealership after reading the reviews here about Molle's service department) Wednesday September 20th I called in the morning to ask about the part that they "overnighted" they didn't know where the part was but they had a tracking number. At this point of being run around and lied to I told them to get my truck out of their shop and I will have it towed to a more reputable dealership to be serviced at which point I was met with "well haven't we been bending over backwards for you" if lying is bending over backwards then yes. After this discussion and having to search who I needed to speak to by calling other dealerships their GSM contacted me and said they would move my truck free of charge to me and that the dealership would eat the cost presumably as a way to hopefully put an end to my pursuit. Thankfully Wednesday afternoon my truck was taken to a dealership worth taking a vehicle to and I have been provided with updates during this entire process as well as having been put in a rental the day after they received my vehicle because as I guessed there were gm vehicles available. DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE FOR ANY REASON

Wonderful people. After an oil change and tire rotation. I took off to leave and heard a click sound when I pressed the breaks. Took it back inside, and all the men and women looked and checked everything. Came back and said everything was fine. Thank you, everyone.

Always great service. I've been taking my cars to molle Audi and Volkswagen for years now and I've never been disappointed. Call ahead for appointments as they can be booked up a few days to a week in advance, but they always find time to get you in. They're dog friendly too, so if you have your pup along, you can wait inside without issue.

Molle Toyota truck service has been the best. I have had more 4 runner serviced at several different dealerships in different cities but they are the best. I feel they have been more honest about what I need and don't need than most service places. They never seen to recommend what I do t need the way other places have. I highly recommend their truck service.

Credit score went from 755 to 712.The salesman Steve Heneke I was working with said that they would only run a soft-pull on my credit, but in the time of working with him they ran two hard pulls and that s what caused my score to plummet. This is all before I even drove the car I put a deposit down for. Avoid signing any document that gives them authorization to run your credit. The dealership I went to just accepted my deposit and they ran my credit AFTER I had driven and accepted the car I want. I was disappointed when I found out I could ve gotten a better interest rate had my credit score been higher. If you re a fan of Toyota, avoid this dealership or don t sign anything until you ve accepted the vehicle. Please learn from my mistake.

Can't begin to say enough kind words about the staff at Molle Toyota. I drove 9 hours to get a 2018 Honda Accord from them and after purchasing the vehicle noticed a couple of bad tires. They offered to replace them but it would take a day to get them. I had to drive back to Shreveport Louisiana the next day so they wrote a purchase order to reimburse me for new tires and an alignment that I would have to have done.Well on the drive home a 3rd tire ended up going bad and I called Connor ( my salesman ) to inform him of the issue. He notified his former boss of the situation, oh I forgot to mention that my salesman was literally there on his final day when I went to get the car, and they still honored the purchase order and just told me to get the 3 tires as opposed to the initial 2 that the car needed. Then when my dmv told me I needed a better copy of the bill of sale they sent me a new one and emailed me a clearer copy. I'm sure Mr. Herder got tired of my calls, (lol) but they were incredibly accommodating and made sure that I was taken care of. Thanks to John the manager over used sales too for sending my temporary tags overnight. Made my 18 hours of driving worth it! THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

Molle Toyota was a really good group of people to work with. I was buying a used car, but they treated me like I was buying new. I did paperwork online which made the financing really easy, no sitting in the dealership for hours. I love my new-to-me Rav 4 Hybrid. They were able to give me the history of the car, they sold it new then took it as a trade. I'm very happy with the experience and likely to buy there again.

10 year customer here but I just can't move on. Deceitful service writer ruined the entire experience/relationship for me. I fell for the lie. Bought a new vehicle to avoid $4500 repair & found out the recommended repair was not even necessary. Last visit was with new car for first service. Guess I'm still just angry. It was not a pleasant experience. Other shops are more convenient. Not going out of my for Molle Toyota anymore. They've have lost a loyal friend/customer!

Our last two vehicles ( both Highlanders ) were purchased from Molle Toyota. On both occasions it was a pleasure doing business with them. On each occasion we were greeted by pleasant and informed sales representatives who were low key, pleasant and well informed on the autos they were selling. In addition they listened while we explained our needs, wants and financial restraints. On both occasions we came away not only with a new car but with the sense that they had done their best to offer us the best deal possible. It is wonderful to feel that the dealer truly cares!! We will return!

Ask for Clayton if you want to buy a Toyota. ..and No he isn't a relative nor am I getting anything in return for this recommendation. He is a knowledge and honest salesperson and I respect his abilities. Thus is why we have purchased several cars through him. We also like the Molle Service Department. They do a good job and don't try to talk you into stuff you don't need. I've even had them tell me I didn't need work that I thought was needed! This is why we only use Molle for service work.In contrast other dealerships that we went to years ago had a habit of recommending add on services that aren't recommended by the automaker and they seemed to enjoy pressuring my wife to agree to these services. Clearly the priority of the staff at these dealerships was up selling services for which they received a commission.
