Amazing place to go for your everyday driver.Always a great job done thoroughly, Mr. Amer is very attentive and will always do his best to get you what you need done.He's definitely got a lifetime customer out of me.Remember folks... lube it.. or lose it.

Charge me $100 deposit and gave me a quote of $250. The next day he said $375 but no more than that. He called me several times and kept increasing my total. By the end of the day he said it would cost $1200. As soon as I said no he wanted me to pick it up. When I showed up he had a picture to show me the broken part. You could clearly see that the cut it with a reciprocating saw. You could also see where the blade was bouncing before they got it to bite. I do not recommend this mechanical shop to anyone the employees of this business is unprofessional, not knowledgeable with mechanical work, the workers are very rude. I went in for an inspection that was $12 turned out to $800 plus the manager Rod decided to tell me that he will not give me my vehicle inspection paperwork until I get the exhaust fixed, electrical third light and a tire. Okay that s cool and all but to refuse my vehicle inspection which I paid. First off it took four different through out entire 30 days or little more to fix the issue of my car problems that they messed up in the first place. Then they always want you to drop your car off which gave red a lot of red flags. This company is very horrible, I strongly suggest that you do not waste your time going to this mechanic shop unless you want more damages added to your vehicle or you want to be charged $100 s of dollars paid in just taxes alone. I had two cars serviced at this business. The Mechanics does great work. With my Ford Taurus the subframe was dented and they installed a new one with my G6 Pontiac two motors went out in my power windows which had to be replaced.To me, They are a bit pricey than local mechanics but the quality of work is wonderful and they were friendly and I did receive a ride home while my cars were being repaired. And they will have a Auto sales business to the shop I will be back for more repairs eventually and I do recommend people go to them I also thinking about buying a vehicle a family vehicle from them.Services: Electrical, Engine repair

These guys are amazing! My car started having problems immediately after moving here and I needed it fixed quick. These guys delivered on fixing it right and doing so in a timely fashion. Amazing service at a great price - I recommend this shop to anyone needing some car work done. This is now my go-to place for car repair!

The service is impeccable. The owner is very nice and so knowledgeable. They aim to provide quick, high quality service and deliver. I plan on making this business as my go due to my experience. Service in Raytown can be spotty and inconsistent but not this place. I came back today after being here yesterday for a safety inspection. I plan on coming back. I highly recommend lube it or lose it.

I love tihs store, he does the best work for good prices. I've had engine replacement and much more done from this shop. He always does the best thing possible and makes sure your happy. Great place to go for mechanical work. He recently saved me $700 dollars and I am very thankful!

The Lube Shop, is a very Honest, Dependable, & Affordable Shop to take your vehicle. I have had work done there before, & won't take my car anywhere else.I trust them & they take good care of Thier Customers.HLMc

Mr. Shawn & Mr. Gilbert were very helpful & polite. I'm glad I chose Lube It Shop for my inspection. They also helped with removing my old car plates, to MO plates, as my old bolts were stripped. Thank you!

I have an Audi Q7 2007 and I bring it to lube it or lose it for maintenance. I've been using this auto shop for 2 years now and I have no complaints. I come here and know that I'm going to be taken care of very well. I wouldn't go anywhere else for service. So thank you lube it or lose it for your terrific service.

Under the new ownership of this shop, i have my ford ranger to be repaired, I was ready to pay 500.00 to 1200.00 for the bill, when I heard the total bill is 50.00, I was shocked , it's missing coil, easy fix, small bill, thanks to the honesty of new owner, as a female, no knowledge of mechanic problem, lucky enough to have this shop to fix long time problem. There's garage everywhere, but not many honest owner,By the way, my truck running like brand new again.

Would not trust this business or the cars Alan sells down the street. We bought a car from him at his lot down the street and he stated it was in good condition. He serviced it at his Lube it or Lose it shop during the process. The engine looked very clean for a used car and that should have been my clue to ask more questions. ***Unfortunately, the car has been leaking oil since we bought it from him. When I brought the issue to his attention a week later he said he was too busy to look at it and to send it some where else for repairs. We found many more issues with the vehicle since then that were not disclosed. Willfully hiding and denying known issues the car is having is the problem.

Went there to get my car fixed to fix a leak. They guys were suppose to fix that and found some other problems going on with my car. A few weeks later my car was still leaking fluid and the other problems they were supposed to fix were still not working properly. Took the car back up there for them to repair correctly and the responded saying their were other issues causing the leaks and wanted to charge me another $600

I took my car into Al for Erg valve and had all sensors replaced. The problem is still not resolved....check engine light keeps showing Erg faulty. Had Al put in a new blend door actuator, and ever since he replaced it I have had nothing but electrical problems since. Now he is trying to tell that it went out because it was burned up due to electrical issues, when at the time he said it needed replaced because the door was stuck open. I check with Nissan and they said the door was stuck open not burned out like Al to say now. Ever since he worked on the sensors and blend door actuator my car has nothing but electrical issues, when it had no electrical issues before Al and his shop worked on it. He keeps you coming back because of the warranty, every time I leave his shop I have a bigger problem thsn I started with. Al refses to fix the electrical problem that he caused. I would recommend this shop for anyone unless you have unlimited money and are a mechanic yourself to fix what he screws up. Al has been nothing but dishonest about the electrical issues that he has caused.Replying to Al's response....My 20 year old car had zero electrical issues until it was worked on by the staff at your shop. My car had no electrical issues at all until you put on a new blend door actuator and an erg valve ....which were not bad due to electrical anything. The blend door actuator door was not closing, stuck open. It was not burned up or anything to do with the electrical system. Erg valve went out. You put 2 new on and check engine light still remaines on. You tell me that my computer board is bad. Fento Nissan checked the car and said the only thing wrong was Erg valve that you claim you replaced. Fenton Nissan said to take it back to you and have it replaced because it was covered under warranty. Fenton Nissan did not agree with any of your diagnosis and doubted that the sensor was bad in the first place. Fenton also tightened the spark plugs that you and your mechanic left loose. Granted you changed it a second time after I took it into Fenton Nissan . Ever since you did the Erg valve the second time and the blend door actuator the car has has nothing but issues with electrical that it did not have until you worked on it. You are good at fixing brakes. Anything more than brake job people shouldgo elsewhere. Your response to my original post is a flat out lie and you know it is a lie.

Walked in, AL was extremely helpful and nice, asked for an oil change, got in and out within 30 minutes. Decent pricing and friendly staff, highly recommend this shop to everyone.

I've been going to this repair shop for the past 2 years, Al is the name of the owner has been very honest with me and my car is repaired that same day unless he's waiting for a part to come in, i highly recommend this shop you won't be disappointed!!!
