I have taken my car and my kids cars here this last year and have had many oil changes, tires rotated and other random maintenance performed and they have been extremely thorough and very detailed on how well they have taken care of our cars. The price is always very far and they just do a fantastic job! Very happy with this family owned business and will keep coming back for years to come! Love their service!

Randy and the Kwik Kar team consistently provide quality and timely service at a fair price. Great family run business that cares about their customers. We have been using them for many years for everything from oil changes to major car repairs and never had any issues or complaints about the work performed.

I ve generally always had a good experience with Kwik Kar with all of my vehicles.The staff are friendly and attentive, they pay attention to your concerns and the cost is equivalent to the service. I ve had quality service since I ve been going there.

I always have a great experience at this shop. Most recently I had an oil change and they were very timely. Randy informed me it was time for new air filters and battery due to severe corrosion. I never feel like they are taking advantage or selling me something I don t need. If I decline an extra service or say I want to check for a better price elsewhere they are never pushy. I will be a customer of this shop for many years to come.

Been coming to Kwik Kar with all of our car needs for over 4 years now. We have never had any issues and always feel like they give fair prices and recommendations for our needs. I also appreciate the extra things they do like free coffee and the cat that hangs out in the lounge. We won t go anywhere else!

It was a holiday weekend. I called 6 other repair shops and no one could help me. I called kwik Kar and not only did they agree to work on my truck they had it finished in 2 hours. Staff was excellent. Highly recommended them for your automotive needs!

This shop is pretty sleazy. I had a diagnostic done and a quote provided, it all seemed very reasonable. The next day I gave them the go-ahead to do a couple thousand dollars worth of work .. later that morning I got a message saying that one of the parts that I needed was discontinued at their supplier and that they would need to get it directly from the dealership .. that change added several hundred dollars to the original price quoted, but Tanner who I worked with said that it was the only option.I told them to hold off on the work and called around to other shops, other shops had no problem sourcing the parts that Kwik Kar said had been discontinued ..When I told Tanner that I would get the work done elsewhere he sent me a picture of their 20% cancelation policy. At that point he had only provided me quotes, I had not committed to the new work. I explained that and he quickly gave up on the scam, told me my keys would be in my car.They rope you in with a good quote, the first scam is a discontinued part .. it's going to cost more to source the part somewhere else .. The second scam is that cancellation fee .. save yourself money and a headache, go somewhere else.Update: one of the items Kwik Kar quoted me for was not even an issue. Two other shops looked at my car and said there was no issue .. and they didn't miss it, I told them what to look for based on Kwik Kar's quote.

I had to have my car towed here after an accident. Unfortunately my car was declared totaled but the team here was quick and efficient and communicated clearly and easily. They also had a list of buyable and rentable cars which was so helpful and informative. Great service all around!!

Close by and Kwick Family owned and offers a lot of convenient services too. Receive good communication when vehicle is being serviced, which is appreciated . I also purchased a second hand car from them, for my son, and it s been a positive experience and one does receive discounts on services for the car for purchasing it from them. Thank you and thumbs up.

Went to kwik Kar to fix my headlight problem. They charge me over almost 400. I had to go back to check why one of my headlights went out. They charged me 145 to change a headlight and never told me what was wrong. 2yrs later driving with one headlight I found out the adapter connected to the headlight was burnt out. The wires were connected wrong I was told by a different mechanic. I do not recommend this place to anyone especially minorities. I say that because they were so rude to me. They made it seem like I was the one scamming them lol

This has to be the best kept secret in North Kansas City.My first time at Kwik Kar Automotive, very friendly professional young man greeted me.I had an appointment, he was on time and thorough. Checked out my car and completed my paperwork.I definitely recommend the Kwik Kar Automotive. A nice knowledgeable guys.

End of the month car inspection time and you got me right in. The job was done in 45 minutes and it cost me about the same as a cheap lunch! Great service and I got to pet a kitty while I waited!

Great price, great service and best of all quick.. i mean KWIK!Edit: Welp, I was happy when my back window was replaced, but it wasn't over yet. Discovered the hatch wouldn't open a week after having the window replaced. Another $300 to have that fixed. Then I come back to pick up my car and am told I have an "electrical nightmare" on my hands and they can't figure out how to shut off any of the lights. So now I have a car with a dead battery sitting in my garage. Well done, guys. Well done. That's one way to spend my christmas bonus real KWIK.

had car inspected. told right ball joint needed replaced. took the car to the place I have do my work. found ball joint good but wheel bearing bad. not good when they identified the wrong front end issue.

I was helped out with an inspection on our vehicle. The service was polite, done quickly, straightforward, and helpful. The office is clean and staff was friendly. You came highly recommended by our neighbor and did not disappoint. We will be back to have our vehicles checked, repaired, and serviced there from now on!
