I first went to KC Customs to check out side steps for my new Gladiator. James was able to point me in the right direction and even demonstrate the AMP Research Power Step XL on one of the shop trucks. From the time my wife and I walked in the door to the time I picked up my Jeep the service was friendly and professional. In fact, I have gone back to have a 4 lift installed and purchase wheels. I highly recommend KC Customs. Thanks for all the help James.

Darren is awesome!!! Old schoolCustomer service driven amazing dude. Thank god!!! They are lucky to have him. I walked in clueless about what to do, he worked through so many options for me and communicated like the way it was used to get done. Expects to make a fair profit but wants customers happy! Just so pleased

KC Customs just installed retractable running boards on my Bronco. I couldn t be happier! They are friendly and professional, and their showroom is worth the trip alone! I highly recommend KC Customs!

I've been a customer for years (since 2009). I've had just about anything and everything installed at some point. Cab lights, brush guards, bed liner, lifts, leveling kits, wheels and tires ect. Never had a reason to take my truck anywhere else. Appreciate the customer service and quality work

Bought four tires from them about 3 weeks ago. One of the tires blow on my way to work. I didn t hit or run into anything. I called to ask about the warranty and told him I believe it was a faulty tire can I bring it in and you look at it so I can get a new one or a refund. He told me there is no warranty on the tire. I emailed the manufacturer of the brand tires and said they are supposed to look at it to see if there was any foul play and if not replace it. Long story short I got a new one somewhere else. They didn t care or want to help if I was you take it Business some where else.

They were too quick to set up an appointment for something they didn't have the knowledge to work on. They did lead me to a more reputable shop that listened to what I needed and completed the work.

These guys are amazing. I thought about buying rims online and installing myself. Then thought about buying online and paying them to install and align. Then I called Darin and he asked a few questions. Before long i knew I had to use these guys. They are experts on sizes, fit, spacing, longevity and material, and of course what will look good. They were flexible on my times and dealt with me canceling then un-cancelling with my hectic schedule. my vehicle looks amazing. I would have screwed this up if I did it myself. For sure. I would have ordered the wrong size, spacing, etc. highly recommended. The before and after pics are great and love my Toyota even more now.

They did a great job on my truck, level and bigger tires. Made sure I was happy with everything. Made my six year old truck look and feel like new. I'll be back for exhaust as soon as I can make up my mind on which one I want.

I just had new tires and wheel s installed on my Jeep. Darin was great through the whole process. I highly recommend these guys if you want it done right.

KC Customs did a great job putting a lift on my little Jeep, which allowed me to put bigger tires on it. I'm sure they don't have many requests for lifts on the Renegades but they didn't blink a eye at it. The Renegade actually seems to handle better now also. They are busy, but they take their time discussing what you want. I talked several times on the phone and in person with Grant and he was friendly and very knowledgeable. Great overall experience. I will definitely go back.

I've been to this location twice now. I found excellent service and on time appointment service. They did an excellent job on my RHINO Lining and they did an excellent job on window tinting. I thought the people were very informed and helpful about the products that they are selling. I will return for some other items. I was also able to see a few of their finished lift projects. Very nice. Most importantly for me, they were affordable.

I am extremely disappointed in my experience with KC Customs. I came to this company because I was seeking professional advice on getting roof racks purchased and installed to haul my kayak. These racks were installed in early June of this year and completely failed in July after using them only a handful of times. I followed the yakima instructions for loading the kayak precisely and was well below the weight limit for the racks. The entire front rack came off while I was driving on 435. I went to KC Customs with the failed bar and they found no fault with their install or yakima and told me I could just call the corporate line. After spending over $1,000 on this system & install and I beyond disappointed with the response I received. I came to your business seeking out your recommendation on a system and a professional installation. I am used to companies standing behind their work and representing their customer's best interests, not the best interest of their distributors.

Had lift bags put on and they work great. Also had a tank replace from 25 gal to 55 gal. After it was all said and done they informed me that I had to go to a Ford dealer to have my fuel gage reprogramed. I thought this was the norm so accepted what they said. Ends up KC Customs should have let me know prior to install they couldn't do the whole job to include anything with a computer. Ford and other truck upgrade companies all said the same thing. This is an install that should've been completed in full by KC Customs. They need to have the correct parts and knowledge to do the complete job. If they would've told me at the beginning that they couldn't do the job correctly I would have gone somewhere else.

Had these guys do a lift, new wheels, and tires. They worked with me on the time line and through a few tiny errors. These guys went out their way to make things right and stayed in contact with me. They even had my truck back in to look things over and make sure I was happy. I will always recommend these guys for work on your vehicle.

My new Jeep was in good hands with Grant, Darren and the whole team. They did an excellent job all the way from matching my requests with the right products over the phone to communicating pricing accurately when I added features on-site and then executing the install quickly and properly...what I call complete work on-time and on-budget. I plan to tell everyone to use KC Customs!

We ordered rims last week for our 7.3 powerstroke, and once mounted found that they were the wrong offset and wouldn t work. Kc customs was happy to let us return them and help us find rims that would work instead. I m super happy with the customer satisfaction driven staff and look forward to continuing to work with them for other custom parts and accessories for the truck.

Was in a dilemma and Darren helped look for a solution. After multiple calls to other places and manufacturer, we ended up having to buy a whole kit. KC Customs was the cheapest and got it ordered and in the next morning. Darren called me right away to let me know he had it. Great group of guys to work with. I will be back, probably for that black jeep grill!! Thanks guys!

I m a fairly new truck owner of 2 years.After these past 2 years of owning a truck I decided I should probably purchase some necessities/accessories.A couple days ago I walked into the store having very little knowledge of spray liner, a cover and side steps.I spoke with Grant about what I wanted .He went through some of the items & info pretty fast.Of course veteran truck owners would ve caught on quicker.So I restarted the conversation.I need something easy for my tiny, 4 10 active 75 year old mom to get into the truck. Not pricy, but I want it to look good.I need a cover that s easy on me with little to no maintenance and will best protect my items during travel. Again, not too pricy.Spray liner was already understood.I knew the quality of the job would only be known after the job is done.We went outside he peeked at my truck and gave me his opinion on what to buy.I was pleased with it so I took it.My truck was done well within the time frame they gave me.After I got home I decided to really inspect the spray liner.I had to call them back to tell them I loved the job they did.I love the way my truck looks!Customer service was great in person & over the phone.My rookie mistake, not doing this sooner.I ll definitely be a repeat costumer maybe some new rims in the very near future.

Had a spray liner (Rhino Liner) put in my F150. They did a great job, very professional. This is not a city truck, so now I can load firewood without destroying my truck bed.

These guys came recommended by my lift manufacturer, and I can tell why! After dealing with all my worries over the phone and email for months, with exceptional service, I finally pulled the trigger! I can't be happier! The workmanship was excellent, from the powder coating, to the spray in bed liner, to the install. They kept me informed all the way for a great experience! I drove over 5 hours to have them work on my truck, and when I do more or another, i will go to them again! Thank you for the great job Darin!

Had a lot of work done on my Jeep wrangler, couldn t be more pleased. Came back & purchased ladder racks, side steps, power inverters, & camper shells with tool boxes for 2 of our company trucks. All around great service, quality products, & great to work with. Had a little issue on one item & they were quick to make it right. Fair pricing for the quality you get. We will be bringing more trucks to you in the future!

Great place! I had my Tonneau Cover installed there a year ago. The clips on the passenger side fell off. I returned there after a year. They reinstalled the clips, fixed the trim, (a friend had pulled out) and returned the truck to me in minutes. No charge! Wow! Exceeded my expectations!
