We have had a wonderful experience working with KC Comfort Champs. Chad is professional and friendly. From the initial call to the time of service everything is done in a timely manor. I won t call anyone else to work on our HVAC system.

Really friendly staff, but terribly unorganized. I waited for over a month to get a quote back to me, reached out multiple times even had the owner come out but they never followed up or through. Reached back out a couple more times before I decided to give up on them. They never called me back. I'm sure if you had a really simple work for them they would do a fine job but they don't seem equipped to handle jobs that aren't cookie cutter.

They fit time into the schedule to check the furnace before the really cold weather! So far so good. Easy to work with schedule and pay. The technicians Brayden and Jordan were very professional and knowledgeable. Learned some new information regarding furnace care. Thank you!

Chad was courteous and informative when my AC stopped working. I was waiting on a different company I called the day before and my house was 82 degrees. Chad scheduled Jordan who arrived within an hour and he did an excellent job. Jordan explained everything he was doing and was upfront about the prices that were very competitive. I received a 20% discount on my service with the yearly maintenance. I highly recommend KC Comfort Champs!Service: A/C system repair

Chad is awesome!! Very knowledgeable, responsive, and respectful of time and my property. Installed a full HVAC replacement for me, hauled off all trash, cleaned up site, and was done in two days. He came back after the exterior landscaping and made sure everything was sealed tight and looked good. Great attention to detail. All this and he smoked two other estimates by a long shot! Highly recommend.

We ve had good interaction with a total 3 different professionals for our own home. Also I ve leaned on KC Comfort pros beyond my own home in my profession and I find their ethic, conversations, flexibility, fairness, and quality to be excellent. I go to this company first when I have an HVAC question for myself or for a referral.

Chad with KC Comfort Pros was super proactive with getting us on their schedule quickly. Brayden came out to our house and was outstanding! He was very thoughtful and considerate of our time and home. Great communication through the whole process and was patient with a curious home-owner. Was extremely competent on residential codes and getting our system up to date. Another great job by KC Comfort Champs! They've been there for my HVAC issues and now my water heater replacement. A quick call to Chad and he had Don scheduled to come out in no time. Don did a fantastic job! He was prompt, courteous, efficient and left his work area spotless. Finding the right people for your home repairs can be stressful so when I find good people, I like to share them with others. KC Comfort Champs great people, great service, great prices.

KC Comfort Pros were seriously amazing. Our furnace went out in the peak of winter this past year and no one could make it out for at least 2-3 days. KC Comfort Pro s made it out that night and fixed our furnace and saved us from freezing to death. Their prices were fair, they were extremely professional, and I genuinely couldn t be more satisfied with my experience and will be using them and only them from here on out!

Chad and Brendon did a thorough job on a very humid day making sure our A/C system was well serviced. Chad also climbed into my (very hot) attic to discover solutions to improve the quality of air flow and to repair a leak in a split unit A/C! We have 2 A/C units, one with ducts and one without- they were competent in treating both units which is not always the case. What a difference this is going to make in our comfort and in reducing our monthly cooling costs!!! Thank you for always taking such good care of us! I had messaged late at night and in somewhat of a panic. I was immediately scheduled for a morning appointment, the next day. Travis came to the house and was extremely friendly, super knowledgeable, and explained everything to me every step of the way. He was so kind and I cannot recommend this company enough. It s so refreshing to have contractors come into your home, and focus on what you need instead of trying to sell you upgrades or extras. Don was absolutely awesome! He was timely, worked efficiently and the best part was that he made sure I understood the repairs being made. Went ahead and signed up for the maintenance plan, I mean, I would be stupid not too! Already scheduled for our fall visit for the heating system. Communication is great with KC Comfort Pros. Chad and Jordan were very helpful in the install from start to finish. They let us know what they were doing and even sent a few pictures to let us know what the condition of the old unit looked like.
