I ve been bringing my 650i bmw here for the past 5 years and jack has touched every part of this car and has always done amazing work better then the dealership and always gives excellent service always there when I need for any issues that pops up no matter how big or small great shop I wouldn t take my car to anyone else appreciate everyone that works in the shop great service.

This guy is so nice, cool and knowledgeable about European cars, very honest and go for the extra mileIjaq is the man!He make a diagnostic in less then 5 minutes, no scanner for my BMW 2004 Ci Convertible, 24 hours later my top is working perfectly!!Highly recommend!

I have a BMW 325I, 2006 & I drive all the way from Junction City because their customer service is top tier and they are very knowledgeable and fair with their prices! I highly recommend you bring your foreign cars to KC Auto LLC, the best repair shop/dealershipin Kansas City, Missouri!!!

One of the best workshops for BMW repairs and maintenance.I had previously taken my E30 and E34 to Hafkenmeyer for maintenance. After switching to KC Auto LLC in 2019, my annual maintenance costs for each car has decreased by at least a third.I highly recommend

This place is phenomenal ,that bmw thats featured on the site the 2006 325i i brought it ,and I simply loved it and it was the best deal I've ever gotten .God is good .So if you want a very good selection of bmw's and people who really know there cars this is the place to shop hands down in Kansas City, MO. Bought a Mini Cooper love it. The gentlemen here are good at what they do. Mechanic I would say is an expert. Good attitudes makes you want to drive by just to say hello

Not too bad lots of cars but not all are for sale. Pricing wasn't too bad maybe a touch high. Nice customer service once the salesman got there.

Huge disconnect in customer service. They are cheap compared to other places that works on foreign cars. They do get the job done. My experience with them became problematic once they went against there quoted wait time and price.

Sold me a car that they knew was bad communication is very poor I let them know the VIN on the title is different from the VIN on the vehicle nothing has been done about it I would never purchase another vehicle from them and management is very rude and unprofessional
