Great place, already had the TPMS replacements in stock at reasonable prices and was able to get to work on it immediately when I arrived. Been wanting to get that done for over a year but was avoiding doing it because other shops in the area always wanted over $100 per tire, which I think is too much for just TPMS replacements.

Stay away from this place!!!!! Told me my daughter s tire had no leak, but my husband found a whole nail. They broke a censor on my husbands truck and the lady was so rude to him. She wanted him to pay for the censor they broke. They are not good people. Stay far away.

Literally DOUBLE the price of any other tire shop to mount and balance. I paid $180 out the door to mount 4 tires that I brought in. Absurd. Same exact service at Walmart is $86, and any other tire shop around $100.

DO NOT TRUST THEMAfter I purchased two tires here at KC Tire Group and had them installed I noticed that my wheels were really scratched up. I went back the next day after I noticed the damages just to see what my options were. I was hoping they would take responsibility for their poor work, but sadly they did not. All I was met with was hostility from the big guy in the office and the tech kept asking me if I knew how tire installation machines worked. I'm honestly not even sure if he did.On top of all of this, they sold me a tire that had definitely made contact with a curb in its life. 10/10 would NOT recommend.

Stay away from this place ! I had them remove a tire from a wheel that was on my truck had them put it on another wheel said it was $30 the mountain balance $10 to dismount went to pay and it was $76 I will never in a million years go to this place buyer beware

Extremely dissatisfied. Had my daughter take the car here for alignment. First thing out of the guys mouth who drove the car was well I can tell you right now they never had the struts changed I had it taken there because I had just had the struts changed. Then proceeded to not pick everything on the front end which my mechanic said was fine. I did need rear shocks to be fair; however, it seemed more like they wanted to do more than the alignment or did not really want to do it at all. Then charged me 45.00 to drive my car and tell me all that was wrong. Seemed like a money grab. And it was 79.95 not the advertised price

Super helpful- had a tire issue that turned out to be a smaller problem than I thought. They took care of it at end of day and explained it all well. Thanks for being patient with me and helping me with tire without overcharging me. I will be back to buy tires!!!

I came here after I woke up to a flat tire to see if I needed a patch. When I arrived I went to the office and was met with a rude look from an older lady sitting at a desk (later found out that she was the owner). She asked me what I needed and I told her I wanted to have my tire checked and why and she said ok and went back to filling out some papers she was working on. I went out to my car to wait and the guy working on another car politely asked what I needed help with. I explained and he immediately started getting my tire off. The owner comes out when she sees us talking and just stands rudely staring from the garage and then turns and smilingly waves goodbye to the customer leaving. Before he barely has time to look at my tire she pulls him to the side to talk and then she comes and tell me my tire valve is bad and it will be $15. I ask what that is she rolls her eyes and semi explains. I say ok and the guy starts fixing my tire. As he is placing it back on my car I ask him what was wrong and he politely explains. As we are talking the owner agains comes out and stands next to my car rudely starting as if to see what I was asking him. She goes inside and I go in to pay. She taps a clipboard and tells me to fill it out. I hand her my paper and money. I place my hand out to get my receipt and Chang and she sits my change and receipt under my hand while rolling her eyes. She was so rude my whole experience and gave off very racist vibes as she was friendly with every other white person there. I would not recommend this place to POC.

Been going to this place for years. Now they want to charge$10 for just looking at a tire. When I asked what changed the lady just walks away. Never again!!!

These guys always take good care of me. They know my face! I have bought used and new tires there. I have sent family and friends to them. I highly recommend them because they won't let you leave with junk! I went to another place across town and paid new prices for a tire that was warped. KC Tire group brought that to my attention and immediately showed me a new tire that was in their inventory. They are fast and efficient. I am a loyal customer! Thank you so much for great products and great service!

Ran over a nail and was recommended by another shop to come to these guys for their fast and quality service. They took care of my tire and had everything done within 45 minutes and patched my tire at a fair price. I would definitely recommend going to them.

We bought our tires here and they have been awful. The Tires and the Service. We had the tires for about 2 months before our first flat and we've been in and out of this place replacing them and fixing flats over the last 2 years. THEY EVEN PUT THE WRONG SIZE TIRE ON MY VEHICLE ONE OF THE TIMES. They aren't concerned about customer service or safety I HIGHLY suggest you go elsewhere. OBVIOUSLY, I didn't know about the different sized tires at the time until we went to replace it again!The tires we bought were Hercules supposedly a 'mid-grade' tire, but I've never had worse. Also, they don't warrant anything past 10 days, and you have to have your paper receipt for any kind of warranty.

After calling around to several tire shops, KC Tire Group was the cheapest with decent reviews. The office lady was pleasant & helpful on the phone & got me 4 new tires ordered. Went in on a Saturday morning to get them put on & while it does seem very disorganized, it is honestly organized chaos. The front desk woman was a bit brass to some other customers in line before me but we had a great convo while I was waiting. She was also very informative about the 50k tire warranty & other paperwork as well. Whole process took about 1 hour to get 4 new tires. Workers are efficient & communicative. Would certainly come here again for my next set

Instead of the quoted set of 4 same tires, they installed 2 sets of 2 same tires. Found out after I paid and tires were already mounted. That is just not good service.

Not the first time I have been to the KC Tire Group they are extremely reasonable on prices and usually your in and out quickly with a repair.No fancy waiting room, no expensive displays help keep you prices affordable for the working person.Just stopped in to get two tires dismounted so I can take my wheels to get blasted and painted to be ready for some new rubber for winter.

Great place and with a great selection of Used tires! I was searching all over town for my size and they had them and in good condition too.Very fast also! Straight to the point and great pricing.I will definitely be back and send others this way!

The lady that I talked to was rude, she picked the wrong tire. The first tire (we are talking about used tires) she brought out had real good tread on it. The tech noticed ( after he took my tire off the wheel) it was wrong size. 2nd tire not nearly the tread as the 1st tire but demanded same price. I think the lady brought the 1st tire out as show to get me to agreeing to purchase a tire. I will think twice before I go here to purchase tires in the future.

These guys were super friendly and fast! Great prices too! I was so impressed with the level of service I received. I m glad I took the chance and made the drive out there. Kc Tire Group offered better service and friendlier attitudes than other places I ve been in OPKS. Thanks fellas! I will be back!

TERRIBLE service. Paid them $100 to mount and balance a set of tires on my F250. It s a new to me vehicle and I didn t notice they didn t have high pressure valve stems. When they installed the tires, they didn t bother to replace the valve stems. Nor did they give me the option. I assumed they replaced them (as any other tire shop would have). The result was a flat tire on the side of the interstate over 1000 miles from home with a 30 trailer. All due to a valve stem failure. When I called today (I ve been home for a week or two and was thinking about it) to let them know my issue, Karen wanted to do nothing but argue and tell me that I should have requested new valve stems. And then tell me that I should have watched her techs and made sure they did it right . Karen keeps saying how great her techs are but any decent tire tech would recognize the difference when mounting a tire and inflating it to 60-80 psi. And then she has the nerve to tell me that next time I should take it to the dealer.... Thanks Karen!! Avoid these hacks!

Customer service is top notch. I had a flat and was from out of town and it was getting close to closing time for them. They stayed open late for me to get me back on the road. Then texted me the next day to make sure I had made it home safe. Never had customer service this good, especially from a tire store. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing tires in the Kansas City area. If I m ever needing tires in Kansas City again, I will stop and see them.

I just had a tire patched. The price was great, and the service was too. I had the tire in the back of my pickup. I asked if they wanted me to get it, and they said they would. They grabbed it, patched it quickly and put it back into the bed of my truck for me. Good service, good price, and very friendly folks. I'll be back when I need a set of tires!
