I would be careful taking your car here and get a second opinion. I took a vehicle for a leak and overheating issues and was told a laundry list of things needed, totaling $700. This was less than a week later of them having already worked on the car and charging me $500.Not fully trusting it I took the vehicle to firestone at Kansas avenue in KCK. The told me a cap was loose and that's why it was leaking. And that I did not need any of the things explained to me at jiffy lube.So again I would be careful and would recommend getting a second opinion before getting major work done there. Personally I do not believe I would bring my vehicle back.Update: I was contacted by the owner who did attempt to rectify. However I was having oil issues again and this time took it to a certified dealer and they advised oil was still leaking and nothing was fixed. I absolutely would not recommend this place

Jermaine provided excellent customer service. He was friendly and very polite and I would hope to be served by him next time. Took off 1 star because the entire experience took too long owing to the opening staff showing up late.

LOVE THIS LOCATION!! I was helped by Jermaine who immediately took care of me. My oil change took less than an hour, and the service was amazing. Cant recommend enough!

*** I was contacted by the owner and was happy with resolution. I appreciated their timely response and determination to correct the issue.****I was there for over 2.5 hours during that time items were replaced on my car without my knowledge and items that did not need to be replaced. The valve gasket was said it needed to be replaced because it was cracked when it was fully replaced 6 months ago. When questioned about it they said oh they didn't do it right. The mechanic I had replace it works on planes and previously worked on F1 race cars. I am 100% confident he replaced it correctly and there is no way it was worn out in the 6 months in between. Spark plugs were also replaced without my consent. I left irritated, mad, and with a high bill. I will not be returning.Services: Tires, Battery, Oil change

They were very, and explained very to me. I didn t even know they could pump the oil from the top unlike Vasoline(they stripped my bolt like crazy). Cost a little more, but at least it didn t cost as much as it would have been to have a random mechanic to do it all for me.

**UPDATE: Emailed both the email address below that the "owner" gave and opened up a complain with Jiffylube corporate and neither have done ANYTHING to right the wrong. **Terrible terrible terrible. Was getting my oil changed before a road trip. First interaction with the employees you could tell they didn t care at all and didn t want to be there. It took two and a half hours for a simple oil change. They left all the interior car protection items in the car so I had to ask them to remove them. Worse yet, an hour into the trip I got a warning that my coolant was low. The employee(s) that checked my coolant level didn t put the cap back fully on so my engine had lost all coolant. While I was filling the coolant on a -7 degree morning in the middle of no where with 35 mph winds, I found several tools that were left all over the engine bay from them. Who knows what other damage this could have possibly done to my engine. Go anywhere else if you want a quality job.

This location is ghetto and none of the workers there could reset my oil light even the manager. How are you the manager and not trained to work all aspects of your job all you do is work the cash. How are you even a manager?? I had to reset my own light and when I offered to show it to him for future reference, he got upset and said naw I'm good just go.

The workers that works on the cars are very unprofessional they broke my dip stick playing they wanna argue with the supervisor when he say something to them he is trying a great Supervior with poor staff that s a lot to handle on one person with a team that plays all day. I give the supervisor a 10 and the workers a 1 poor poor customer service with the workers

A different experience for an oil change, but in a nice way. You pull into a large garage, then a technician takes your car through the rest while you wait in the lobby. You don't stay in the vehicle here. They did a fine job and we're rolling again with no issues, plus they inflated the tires.

The employee that checked the air filter (which I didn t even ask to be checked) lost 2 of the the 4 screws for the air box. He replaced one with a random screw from the shop and left the other hole empty. One screw was also stripped out. I wasn t even told that they were lost, I overheard him telling another employee. I immediately checked the air box when I got home and saw the missing screw. That he didn't tell me only leaves me to assume that he left it that way hoping I wouldn t find out. So now I worry about what else he might have done incorrectly. It took over an hour for the oil change. For $104 I m very disappointed.Service: Oil change

I arrived right at 8:00am when they open. No one was there. At 8:30 I saw a person inside but the door was locked. I called and someone answered and said he can t open until another employee shows up. They finally opened up at 9:00. The employee smelled heavily of marijuna. No one apologized about opening an hour late. I was late to work because of this. I have been a long term customer and now I will not be returning to Jiffy Lube.

I went in on a Friday afternoon after work expecting them not to be able to fit me in. Not only did they get me in they provided amazing and fast service. The staff is super friendly with great customer service. I was in and out in record time. I highly recommend this location for your oil change.

Efficient in changing oil. Provided a detailed list with explanation of all the things I could have worked on but did not pressure me to do all of these at this time or even with them. It was thorough explanation and I really appreciated them providing the information without being pushy (something I have unfortunately experienced many times before). Would definitely recommend coming to this location for your next tune up.Service: Oil change

first went to Jiffy lube's location on 3201 Gillham Plaza, Kansas City, MO 64109. While there, they did a very questionable thing, like putting oil in my vehicle from a bucket instead of using the overhead oil dispenser . Where this mystery oil came from, I don't know. I suspected that it was the oil they drained from my vehicle. I wrote a complaint about it and received a message from their customer care department. I was told I would receive a call from their district manager. The district manager called and left a message that he'd tried contacting me on 2 prior occasions. This was untrue because my phone only registered one call from where he left the message, claiming to have tried to contact me on 2 occasions prior. After a somewhat tense conversation, I was referred to their location on 4214 Rainbow Blvd, Kansas City, KS 66103. When I went there, there was a " this a the guy from gilham plaza " I should've left, but no, I gave them the benefit of doubt. They changed the oil and, in the process, broke the oil dip stick off in the motor. The dip stick was , I believe purposely, so deep inside of the motor they to remove the entire cylinder to remove it. In the process of their removal of the broken piece from the cylinder, they unattached one the evap hoses on my vehicle and didn't reconnect it after reattching the oil dip stick cylinder. My vehicle now spews white smoke, I have to start my vehicle twice to cut the oil light off, it burns gas at a record speed, 1/4 of a tank after traveling 4-6 blocks, and fumes fill the cabin. I reached out to their customer care department and was referred back to their district manager, who referred me back to the location where the whole ordeal began.

I was going out of state the next day. I wanted a oil change and tire rotation. They wouldn't rotate my tires. The guy told me AWD tires turn together so there is no need to rotate. He is an idiot and should be fired.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

The mechanic Kyle Wagner was incredibly helpful and has a very bubbly personality. He was able to accommodate my schedule even though it wasn t convenient for him. He was very helpful on the phone when I called ahead seeking information. I would highly recommend this jiffy lube and Kyle s service specifically.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change
