Liz & Alex(13 year employee)both are top notch with great knowledge and experience. They were fast and we made small talk & even made each other laugh!I definitely will be coming back, and I told them both I would be writing a review because of the outstanding service I received! Alex , great job with 13 years and Liz, you have a bright future!

There was a worker named Alex that helped me and listened to my concerns about my battery and he did a test on it and let me know the results. He was very nice and informative. I will never go anywhere else Thanks Jiffy Lube.

I love going to the Liberty MO Jiffy Lube location. They are very thorough and attentive. The free topoffs are very valuable as my car burns oil. I started going there over the dealership also because they can get you in and out.

All Jiffy Lube service is excellent, but this is the store I will return to again and again and again. They've helped me take care of my (very) well loved Nissan for years when other places have written me off or tried to overcharge. All of the guys here are knowledgeable, accommodating, and a great resource for good mechanics in the area.

The manager came out and introduced himself to me and told me of a new service which they offered. The young man which waited on me was knowledgeable, efficient and had a good sense of humor. The service was completed in a "jiffy" and I received a discount on the invoice.

Personable and friendly, that is the end of the praise.I asked on arrival, do you do Enterprise car rental oil change ? The response was Yes. Turns out the answer is No. Ok, not the end of the world, I half expected that. I asked for new wipers. As they were putting them on I stuck my head in the service bay and asked them to add air to the tires as my sensors were showing them as low (3 between 31-34psi and 1 correct at 39). Please fill to 39. The response was - we already did that . Great. Good service I think.$189 later (oil change plus wipers) and I drive away. Get home and realize the tech outright lied to me. Air pressure is exactly the same as when I went in.Is the air a big deal? No, I adjusted it at home. Being lied to about something I asked to be done? That s a big stinking deal.

This was the most polite & friendly, efficient & fastest oil change I ve ever had. Plus, they went above & beyond to try to fix things they saw unrelated to the oil change (bent skid plate).

I went to get an oil change yesterday and was told they wouldn t talk to me until they were done with the other cars. I was told 25 minutes a car. I was told it would be 50 minutes before they would talk to me. I left and found a new place. I was a loyal customer since I moved here in 2012. I ll do my own oil before I ever go back.

I took my daughters mustang here on a Saturday. Jermaine and P.Davis (as his name showed on the receipt) were kind (I told them I was nervous) courteous (they brought the air filter to me to look at) , and Helpful! They even clued me in on an online coupon! I also like that they talk TO the customer- not AT them. The whole team was professional & efficient. Will be recommending this place to others- and most likely will be bringing my van in next!

Incompetence at its finest. My truck, part of a fleet account, was refused service because my vehicle was "not in their system to tell them the oil type." It's literally written on the oil cap.....

They did my last oil change since I didn't have the time to do it. Went to go change my oil and the bolt is stripped to the point I can't back it out. Don't recommend at all

Jiffy Lube exceeded my expectations today for my oil change. They did an outstanding job! Not only was my oil change quick, they took the time to do some small details; like vacuuming the inside of my car, cleaning my windows and mirrors, finding a coupon for me upon checkout. It s the little things like that, that will bring me back here again. Excellent service.

I absolutely love this place, I drive an hour each way just to get my oil changed here! Jesse I m particular is always awesome. This customer service is top notch as is there work. As a first responder they always tell me to stay safe and it means a lot ! Thanks guys as always

Excellent service in a timely manner. Jermaine has serviced our cars twice now and he is an example of a customer serviced minded professional. Jiffy Lube would be wise to reward his service and attitude. Request him if using this location.

They performed my oil change quickly and professionally. My only complaint here is that the first time I went for my most recent oil change the shop was closed because of staffing issues. They have always treated me well before though, and this might have just been a one time deal. If I could give 4.5 stars I would because it was a minor inconvenience to me, but might be more important to others.

i had jermaine as the guy who came to my car and everything and he was SO sweet and helpful. he didn't make me get the most expensive thing in the world he let me make my own choice. i have no idea where my hood was to pop it and so everyone had to come and help me and were just super sweet about the whole thing

I ve been going to this location for about a year now and loved Paulette s help. Not only did she explain everything that came in the oil service, she continuously gave me updates on what they were doing with my car. As a girl I m used to being taken advantage of as men try to slide in extra fees as they make you seem dumb for not understanding. Paulette went out of her way to make sure I understood everything for not only that one oil change, but for my next oil change in the future. She even walked me to my car after when a car had been suspiciously waiting by me. Definitely recommend this location and really appreciate her help because she was very genuine.Service: Oil change

I have went there 2x each time they said it would be over an hr wait. because a vehicle in front of me just got there. The second time I went to Freddys Drive through next-door and all the stalls were open. I will be going somewhere else for my oil changes from now on.
