Megan, Shane, and Norman are all-around great people. Went in for an oil change and they were open and honest telling me that I could wait a little longer for a change in order to bump the price down. True professionals. Great people and really enjoyed my conversations with all three of them.

This location has exceptional customer service. Not only are the staff friendly, they are quick! In and out in 15-20 minutes. Just what I need for a quick oil change.

At first I want to the location off of 103rd and Stateline Rd. I had to quickly leave due to the fact that one of the workers was driving someone else s vehicle so recklessly and almost hit my car. They didn t apologize, and matter of fact they didn t even care. So, I decided to go to this location. At first, all seemed well. Keep in mind, this occurred two weeks ago. Yesterday, I noticed that my car seemed a little different, in terms of being low on oil. I checked my oil this morning, and to my shock, the dipping stick was on L!!! Low!!! Like, what in the heck did they do? Clearly, it wasn t an oil change. Clearly, they forgot to put oil back into my car. I ll keep going back to the dealership. It cost more, but I rather pay more for an oil change opposed to buying a new car. Stay away from all locations! I don t want any coupons! Keep the apologies. I will tell everyone that I know to stay away!

Absolutely awesome! I was actually a bit moody I get off late and every spot was packed! Well this location got me right in and moved my tire pressure light and my check engine light. Very informative and pleasant. Turned my frown upside down. Thank God I don t project onto others they definitely don t deserve no bad attitude. David and Megan are the Shhhuuu !

I drive 30 minutes out of the way because I won t go anywhere else. Megan and Norman are the absolute best! Megan always goes above and beyond to make sure I m satisfied. They re both extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Highly recommend.

I have gone to this location for 6 years. Initially it was a lone responsible guy with exceptional knowledge and care to the vehicle. His name is Shane. Much later he had Sean and RaShaan join him. All my experiences have been excellent, except one time a temporary manager suggested service to buff/shine headlights. He did a lousy job of it. When I returned, it was Shane that fixed the problem. I regularly change my oil, so I have experienced many years of good trustworthy service. Now I live in Lees Summit but I still come to this location.
