My customer service experience was terrific! As a walk-in who was looking for a quick annual safety inspection, I was expecting an apportionment date; but, the service department squeezed me in without a problem. This saved me an enormous amount of time! Thank you!

We took our 1991 twin turbo MR2 in which require a highly specialized technician to do about 5K in work and we were thoroughly thrilled with the level of service.Really clean and cool people all the way around.

If you own a Toyota, they take care of you in a mid entry-level car dealership. Toyotas are great cars, but if you are stepping down from a Lexus, be prepared because there is NO comparison in customer service or dealership ambiance. It's still a great car with basic service care.

I'm so glad I chose this service center for my car maintenance. The staff was amazing and made me feel welcome. They explained everything clearly and answered all my questions. They did a thorough inspection of my car and fixed the issues quickly and efficiently. They also gave me a complimentary car wash and a coupon for my next service. I was very impressed by their quality of work and customer service. They really care about their customers and their cars. Thank you, Jay Wolfe Toyota! You have earned a loyal customer in me!

Had an appointment and it still took 2.5 hrs for my oil change and tire rotation. Found out later they didn't perform my oil change because I hadn't hit 10k on mileage. Why didn't they tell me this when I checked out??

They are really good at doing their job and are super friendly but I got there at 7:15am and didn't get to leave until 1pm and this is after they promised at about 11 am that since I had a doctor's appointment at 1pm they would get me out of there by 1230 or so. I was almost an hour late for my appointment. I recommend going to them for important thing but make sure to clear the rest of your day because they get really busy really quickly.

Very courteous personnel. I arrived 8 minutes early for my appointment and was immediately taken in. Everything was laid out and explained to me prior to service. Highly recommended.

My appointment was for 8 am but I got there at 7 am. No problem, took me right in! Had my 10K mile checkup and oil change done and was back on the road by 8 am. VERY pleasant and courteous technicians. Outstanding service!! Thank you Bobby!

I am out storm chasing and I hit my 20,000 mile maintenance increment. I booked an appointment here. Everyone was great. And there was no upselling they just did the work that was needed.

They use to give free lunch. It went away with "COVID" and never came back. I was really hungry and a bit grumpy by the time I left. The service was still good. Bring back the panini :)

Alternator and battery went out on me, took it there and they charged way above market value, had the car towed and did it myself, after there $150 "diagnostic" fee and the cost to have it towed it still cost me less than half what they wanted.

Probably the best service department that I have been at. From the general manager all the way to the porter who clean my truck top to bottom inside out service manager top notch I suggest if you need your car service that's where, You should go

Excellent customer service. Great waiting area with cafe style amenities. Always keeps me up to date on service needed and not needed. I trust taking my 07 fj there. It will be on the road for many years to come.

Came in for a mandatory safety inspection on a used Toyota. Staff was courteous and efficient. They made a great impression and I will be back for more automotive maintenance.

When after complete service Employee say both fog it's not working. I Said no only one, I check at the jaywolfe it's not working but when I come to home t's works left one.Why I'm typing, because employe not belive me and he said your fault not us...You can see who is rightService: Oil change

A car dealer is hard to rate high. These guys do a good job. I wish service was more reliable but that has nothing to do with Jay Wolfe. Its is a problem everywhere.

It is a trap, Waited for almost four hours. They charged more than $200. He said it is just checking the fee . It is a BIG disappointment. This is the second time it happened
