I found a car on Carfax that I really enjoyed, I requested info if that car was still available. Jay Wolfe Honda called me back seemingly first thing the next day to tell me that car was available. I said I'll be there around 1-2. I walk into the dealership and the first person to great me was Kenny Loy, great employee. He confirmed all of what I needed to know and did a great job at walking me through everything the car had to offer. Showcased it really well. Overall the entire process was smooth and enjoyable. Leased a Ridgeline at Wolfe and had an incredible experience! This is not the dealership that makes you wait 5 hours!We were in and out, papers signed and truck ready in less than 2 hours. Don Franklin managed our deal and Kim Mohamaddi was our sales person. Easy car deal, great service, amazing car!

I had the absolute best experience at Jay Wolfe Honda this weekend than I've ever had at every other dealership. I went to trade in my 2013 Jeep Patriot for a newer Honda. I wanted something newer to drive and something with all those safety features that new cars have now. I worked with Blake Kelly and Simon Puole(I think that's his last name). Blake showed me their inventory and I really loved the CR-V so we figured out the trade in price and figured out what we could do with how much I was putting down. I took a 2018 Honda CR-V EX on a test drive and fell in love. I noticed the steering wheel was a little off and he took it back to service to have it looked at before I purchased it. They customized a great deal for me on the purchase and worked with me! Simon helped me through the whole financial process and paperwork and he was very patient and kind. I've never had that experience before. I actually felt like a wanted customer! I wasn't pressured into anything or rushed at all. Amazing dealership and amazing people! I will definitely be bringing my new (to me) car their for any service needed as long as I can get it in on a Saturday. Thank you to all the team members at Jay Wolfe Honda for making my purchase pain free!

I had an outstanding experience at Jay Wolfe Honda recently. The customer service was truly exceptional. Upon entering, I was warmly welcomed by Sales and Leasing Consultant, Kenny Loy. Kenny's professionalism and extensive knowledge made the entire process enjoyable. He efficiently crafted a deal on the vehicle of my choice in just minutes.Moving on to the financial aspect, I worked with Finance Manager, Simon Ipuole. Simon was not only friendly but also highly professional. The seamless transition from entering the dealership to the delivery of my new car took no more than two hours. I am thrilled with my new vehicle and appreciate the effort Jay Wolfe Honda put into making the buying experience both professional and effortless. Consequently, I have decided to make Jay Wolfe Honda my go-to for all future automotive needs. Highly recommended!

I've had nothing except multiple positive experiences here over the past year. In December I brought my '19 Civic in to be serviced. I made an appointment and was told the tires I wanted would be in at the time of my appointment. I arrived at my set time the following week to find out I did not have an appointment, and the tires were not in. Luckily, my customer service rep was incredible (Christian?) and she was able to get me a loaner car for the day. The rest of the day resulted in multiple stressors including being told the tires wouldn't arrive in order for the vehicle to be finished by EOD, being told I could borrow the loaner car for my weekend trip, then it being retracted (understandably as I was driving out of state), and being told numerous times it would be done....only for it not to be, all while working and preparing to go out of town. I was told I could come to Honda around 4, so I did only to be told my vehicle was not ready now, and that I couldn't use the loaner any longer. I made every effort to be accommodating, offering to come back after hours or for my vehicle to be dropped off. The service manager scoffed at my frustration. I went inside nearly in tears as all I really wanted was *a* vehicle to use to go home for the holidays, and had I known the headache that day would have been, I could have just booked a rental elsewhere, but now had no time to do so. In a last ditch effort, I went to the sales floor and asked for assistance, begging for a concrete answer. I was helped with kindness and empathy (what I'm used to here!), and he was able to work with the service techs to get me a solid answer and out the door by 5 pm. At the end of the day, everything worked out and I was compensated for the headache to which I am really grateful. If I was judging the service and headache, this would be a 1 star review, but the two people (sales floor manager (?) and Christian) who problem solved and got me out the door absolutely made the experience much better and for that, 4/5 stars!

Kenny has really great knowledge on the Honda cars and he walked us through every feature. Helped me with the full paper work and explaining all the details. I would recommend the Jay Wolfe dealership they very professional and knowledgeable with the entire process and customer friends with the financial stuff as well. :)

Bought a car for my little brother from there a couple months ago. I held off to write a review to give them some time to help me with their mistakes but it never happened. Little brother found a car he wanted. Went and saw the car and he liked it. The sales person, Blake helped us and told us we d have to wait since the car had to go through its inspections to make sure it was good to go. Blake was very nice, very responsive to any questions we had. Until we made the purchase. Took the car home and it immediately had issues with starting. I had to jump start the car every time. A week went by and my brother was still having issues. Finally took the battery in at the local auto store to see if it needed to be charged. Battery started smoking and we were advised to get a new battery. So my brother coughed up $200+ for the battery. Called and texted Blake to inform him of the issue. He asked for us to send the receipt and we did. After that, nothing. Texted him again for a follow up, and no response. Waited a week and with still no response I emailed his manger Peter. Peter seemed like he was interested but when I told him the whole story, and emailed a picture of the receipt, he too stopped responding. Several weeks have passed and I emailed Peters manager and again, nothing. What s the point of doing an inspection to see if everything is in good/running condition if don t even check something as simple as the car battery. Makes me wonder if an inspection was even done. HORRIBLE!

My family and I have been going to Jay Wolfe for a number of years and have found their sales and service to be often good. A note to their service department however - I made an appointment to replace a part related to a recall. Upon arriving, I was told that they did not have the part and that it was on back order for several months. It's disappointing that they would schedule the appointment to begin with and that they did not call leading up to the appointment to notify me. I would've appreciated a call in advance to save myself the trip.Perhaps this is an outlier event but I would expect this basic courtesy/service from any business.

I had a great experience at Jay Wolfe. Kenny Loy was awesome to work with. He helped with any questions I had and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way. I like Jay Wolfe because they are good, honest people who truly want to earn your business and they absolutely earned mine. I didn t even visit other dealerships to attempt to haggle prices. They offered me a good value for my trade in that was old enough to vote, and I got a new car for MSRP. That s a steal in the 2023/24 car market! My highest praises to Jay Wolfe and especially Kenny. Go see him, he ll take great care of you.

We were trying to find a nice used car for our daughter and son in law. We found a car in their website listed at $20,000. When we arrived and test drove, but the price had gone up to $22,400 with administration fees . The sales rep literally used the words bait and switch . Isn t that illegal?? We walked out on them to never return again. I recommend not to waste your time. They don t want or need business, which is a bad deal for the consumer.

I worked with Kyle Bell to buy a new Honda CRV (originally came in to look at a used Mazda). This was probably the most pleasant and honest experience I've ever had at a dealership. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a no pressure car dealership that cares about their customers.

Jay Wolfe Honda is hands down the best car dealership I have ever used. Eric Kuligowski was my salesman, he went above and beyond to help us for months all the way from Texas. Every dealership here in San Antonio was difficult with hidden fees, adding thousands of dollars to vehicles. I called Jay Wolfe in KC just to see what options they have. After my first call with Eric, I placed a down payment for my vehicle. Eric stayed in contact with me for months after to handle all the paperwork, and all I had to do was fly to KC to get my car. On the way there my flight was delayed, and I wouldn t arrive until after Jay Wolfe closed. Eric and Josh (finance) did not hesitate to stay late and wait for me. Eric picked me up from the airport and took me safely to my new car.I have bought and searched for multiple vehicles before. The team at Jay Wolfe is the best I ve ever seen. Past that, Eric is the best salesman I have ever worked with, his compassion and professionalism is incredible, and I cannot be more thankful for this group, especially after all my negative dealership experiences.

I am a first time buyer and I went to the Lee Summit location. It wasn t the greatest experience. I then end up coming to Jay Wolf Honda walked in Jack Knight was the guy that helped me I told him what I wanted an He pulled up exactly what I wanted. The first car we looked at is the first car I bought by far the greatest experience I ve had with them, so if you go shop at JW Honda, get with Mr. Jack Knight he will listen to everything you want in a car

Came in for a recall on my 2012 Honda and was treated SO well! Byron really took care of me, shot me straight on what was needed on my car, and even got me a complimentary car wash on my way out of the dealership. Pretty great service for not spending money with them this trip. Can t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back in the future. Thanks a bunch!!

My mom and I recently visited Jay Wolfe Honda to purchase a new 2024 Honda HR-V. We had the best experience!!! Our salesperson Kim made everything go quick and easy. Kim went through all the new features on the HR-V which are really great and made sure Mom knew how to use all the new technology. Finance was great in explaining the warranties and made sure we were in and out in no time! Peter gave my mom a great deal on her used Escape as well!! I would highly recommend going to Jay Wolfe Honda or any of the Wolfe Automotive Dealers!!! Thanks again for making this experience so great for my mom. She loves her new HR-V

UPDATE:A year later and we referred my mom to Jay Wolfe. She had a great experience. We appreciate how they worked with her since she was very hesitant on purchasing a vehicle. My wife and I had an extremely positive experience here at Jay Wolfe.First off, out of 5 other dealerships that we had been too in the last 2 days, this was only one of the two dealerships that had a good selection of used vehicles that we could test drive right there on the lot.Our salesman, Kyle Bell(on the left) was patient, knowledgeable, polite and prompt with my wife when she had questions and requests. He didn't try to pressure us and he let us test drive 4 different vehicles before we were even ready to make any guarantee we were going to come back to buy anything.We 'slept on it' after going to Toyota, Subaru, VW, etc. and decided our best buy was going to be at Jay Wolfe.Shaun and Peter in the finance department were great too. The team was straightforward and reasonable with pricing, financing, costs and our trade-in value.We were very happy with the vehicle we bought and we would recommend Jay Wolfe to our friends and family.

I have always been a big fan of Jay Wolfe dealerships especially since I got my Honda. I have an older car (2006 Accord) and I love that they actually want to help me out with my car and don't just brush it off considering that it's an older model (Some dealerships have done this in the past.) They are always super friendly, very knowledgeable, and if a mistake or error is made, they always fix it, and do their best to do so it in a timely fashion. They also don't try to upsell you on things that you don't need either. With my having an older car, I always expect for them to recommend stuff to me or try to get me to replace things, but they only offer you services that truly help your car out in the long term. Their waiting lounge is super nice as well, and they have a host of coffee drinks, canned drinks and snacks! I don't have much experience with the sales department, however I was looking out on the lot for fun one day and the guy who greeted me was friendly and professional, but not overbearing either which is a big plus. Highly recommend coming here if you own a Honda vehicle and want to make sure it gets the best of care!
