If you re looking for a dependable & good quality body shop, this is your one. My car looked brand new when I got it back, and Jadey made the whole stressful process that I was dealing with so much better. She answered all of my questions & kept me updated while my car was in the shop. I appreciate this shop for doing a great job, and having great, friendly, and helpful employees!

The staff are friendly, but they re really busy. There pricing is I guess average, but a lot of there parts are overpriced and estimates seem to be bringing your vehicle to near pristine condition and not just road worthy. Didn t have much luck with adjusting the quote to ignore the useless stuff like little emblems (100+ per Dodge emblem) and they only give you a base number. They do tell you though that a price is likely to climb since they only evaluate at a glance and can t promise a quote will stay where the first number is.

We have brought our cars here for years and hadn t had a problem, but this last time the service and treatment was awful. As a female, I felt like I was constantly being talked down to during the 2 MONTHS they had our car. When we went to pick it up, there was an issue that it had not had before that they said we did and would not fix it.. They did not communicate with me during the entire time they had my car and acted like I was really a bother if I called. This will be the last time we go there.

When I find someone/something I like, I like to share. There was a small mishap with Jake s car back in October and it needed some repairs. I immediately called Sean Ziolo at Jay Wolfe Body Shop and he had it towed the next morning. Sean handled EVERYTHING and continued to keep Justin and I in the loop on what was going on. If Sean didn t like the way something looked, he did something else which we really appreciate - his eye for detail is amazing. We picked it up last week and gave him Justin s Jeep to tint the windows - it looks awesome too. If you re in need of car repairs, don t sleep on them - they re awesome!

I approached this shop to have the factory spoiler on my BRZ removed, and the holes patched professionally on my trunk lid. As the photos show they did a marvelous job.The staff had the thought of going with a 'hot rod black' paint to match the rear bumper lower plastic trim and rear windshield black instead of trying to color-match to the existing paint due to concerns about the decals so close to the rear trunk lid.That they were both so up front with any possible issues, and willing to discuss all the options, were very much appreciated.The work was done extremely quickly, the pricing was accurate, and I highly recommend them as a business.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Amazing Service!!! Sean (owner) was extremely helpful with finding the problem and fixing my car last minute before moving out of town the next day. I called that morning, explained my situation, and was grateful that Sean and his crew could fit me in! Great customer service. Everyone there is super friendly. And shout out to Jeff who worked through his lunch to finish my car before my tire appointment so I could make it on time! Thank You So Much Sean and Jeff!! I will definitely be coming back to you in the future and recommend you to others.

I had just purchased a 23 kia sportage. Not even 3 months old it was damaged due to the "kia trend". Even though they could not take it, still did significant damage. Shane, Sean and the crew at Jay wolfe Barry got it back into showroom quality.Communication was top notch as well. Highly recommend this shop.

Unfortunately, I ve had numerous accidents and incidents that required their expertise. They have always done a great job for both insurance claim work and non-insurance related work. They get very busy and it can take a while to get things completed, it I don t have any complaints with the staff or their level of service. I have recommended them to family and friends and shown before and after pics of their work. They get me back to new every time.

Jadey Redford was amazing to work with. This is a great place to take your car for body repair. The manager Sean has been with this company for over 20 years. He loves cars and is committed to giving you high quality service. Will call and work with many types of insurance. His front guys are great to work with as well. Fixed my car after pretty severe hail damage awhile back. They take pride in making sure your car is restored after damage from hail, deer season, or an accident.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Originally quoted 2-3 weeks to have all the work done that I needed on my vehicle. It ended up taking 11 weeks and 4 days. Little to no explanation on why it was taking so long, just tons of excuses about waiting on insurance and waiting on parts. Every time the shop gave the excuse of waiting on insurance I would immediately call my insurance company to find out the body shop was just using them as an excuse and there wasn t any thing they could do on their side. My main contact throughout the repair process ended up either quitting or getting fired after about the 8 week mark and I got handed off to the manager to finish my case. The manager I believe his name is Shane or Shawn but he promised he would promptly take care of my case and he would personally take care of me until it was completed. Shortly after he handed me back to another employee there with no communication and then it ended up taking an additional month to get the body work completed. Needless to say this is not a body shop I would recommend in anyway, not very trust worthy and obviously the manager lied to me as well. If you don t want to have your car for 3 months with little to no communication on why it is taking so long, this is the place I would go!Services: Tires, Painting, Body & Trim

I went in for a paint job because I had lots of micro chips and whatnot and they started pointing out things that "need to be replaced". On top of that it took them 2 weeks to even get that done all while barely even reaching out for updates or any sort of news. Overall I'd say this is a shady business therefore I simply cannot and will not recommend them to friends nor my family. If I had gone in expecting such poor treatment I would've never gave this place a second thought!Service: Painting

get my passenger side door replaced of my SUV. I was told 3-4 weeks, but it took 7 weeks until I got my SUV back. Never got an update call from them, and they never pick up phone calls as well. So I have to visit them every time to know what is going on. The worst is, the new door is super noisy when I drive 40 miles and up. They didn't do their job well. Neither the customer service. This shop is great, staff are professional and their work is just as good. I had work done on my bumper about 1.5 years ago, the bumper needed a little attention and Jay Wolfe staff had no problem with honoring their lifetime warranty they provided. I spoke to the Manager Sean directly and he took such good care of my car in a very timely manner. I'd definitely recommend them!Service: Body & Trim

A total disaster, they had my daughters car for two months it took them that long to make an estimate. The stripped parts off the car left the window open it rained in the car and damaged the interior. My ex wife went to get my daughters stuff out of the car because the insurance company wanted to total the car after the final total of 18k plus 3 weeks earlier the body shop mgr said 12.5 maybe 15k. my daughters mother told them to hold the car until they heard from me today . They released it to CoParts after they were told to not let the car go. I did not approve anything with them or the insurance company. and I have spent all morning long trying to get the car over to a different body shop to get fixed. They are truly awful. no one and I mean no one should bring a vehicle to this shop. Totally bad. They cannot be trusted never bring a vehicle to this business. Also they have stripped the car of parts I am furious this is totally wrong. I repeat do not use this shop they cannot be trusted.

Having to deal with a car that needs repaired can be stressful but this group of professionals took care of every last detail and it made it seamless from beginning to end. Sean took great care of my car, the insurance payments, the rental for me, to the delivery of my car! It was the smoothest transaction! Had some minor body work done to my Honda Accord. It looks great. It took a little bit longer than expected, but I was kept apprised of the progress. I have no complaints.

If I could give less than a star then I would do that. This body shop had my car for 8 days and no work was being done on it. No updates, no communication, just my car sitting at the shop, gathering dust. I mean I could have been driving it at the time because all the car needed was a dent fix. When I called 3 days after I took the car to jay Wolfe to know why the delay, they told me they got the wrong order and had to reorder. Mind you, this wasn t communicated before I called.Days later, the insurance company asked to return the rental and opted out from paying the rental for the last 4 days the car was at the shop not getting work done on. Now I m stuck with a car rental bill that wasn t my fault. I tried talking with the managers at jay Wolfe body shop about this and they all passed the blame to the insurance company when it s entirely their fault.Now, how do you keep a car for 8days without work and didn t once attempt to communicate that the order came in wrong or that a new order had to be put in. While traveling to New Mexico I tore my engine shield on my Toyota Sienna and it was hanging from my vehicle precariously. I called them and they worked me in, fixed it right up, and didn t even charge me. I was grateful for their service and their kindness because it had been an awful kind of day until that point. Recently took my car here to have an estimate done for insurance. The car ended up being totaled so Jay Wolfe did not end up doing any work but the customer service was excellent throughout the process. Billy was awesome to work with.

I dropped My car on December 6th, 2021 for minor car accident. They did not look at the car for 3 days ( I get notifications to my phone). I called the person on December 8th and he said he will look at the car and will submit a supplement to insurance company the same day. I called the insurance company to get a rental on December 9th, they told me they did not get supplement but will provide rental. I assumed that Jay Wolfe staff is working on it. I called the JW on 15th, and I am told they will send supplement that day. I was very optimistic on this. On December 17th, I received a phone call from insurance company and they were asking to return rental car. Because Jay Wolfe did not submit any supplement yet. This was day 11th. This time I talked with manager he said he will call insurance and send supplement the same day. Thanks God, they did. I received another phone call from insurance company on 23rd and they were asking return to car. Their concern was body shop does not professionally communicate. Sending supplement should not take 11days. So this is the body shop delay. They try to call Jay Wolfe agent many times and he did not return any calls.( I also called him his direct line and was not successful. He does not pick up or return voice mail, I had to call central office number and connect). During holiday season I do not have my car or rental.An update: I received a phone call from manager on December 27th. Instead of an apology, I was yelled. He blame the insurance company for late approval to supplement. He didn t see 11 day late response as a body shop delay.
