They always take great care of their.customers! We have been driving Acura cars since the Legend came out in 1986. Too bad the NSX is soooo expensive.

Drove 3 hours to purchase an RDX from the dealership on 103rd. Everyone was extremely friendly. Cecil was great to work with. He even called me to make sure my drive back home was going well and to see if I had thought of any questions. Finance was quick in their part. Nicest car dealership that I have ever been in. Would definitely recommend!

I was late for my appointment, but their schedule was pretty empty from what i was told while making the appointment. However when i got there, there was only 1 person at the desk, and she and the supervisor were busy with some computer issues. There was no one else available and i waited 10-15 mins for someone to help me. I was kindly acknowledged/greeted by at least 3 people who told me that someone would be right with me. I definitely got the point that i wasnt being ignored, but it was very obvious that they were dealing with serious technical difficulties. It ended up being the receptionist who did my intake. She was really nice, and we got through the process eventually. The service techs were great. The man who brought my car around was kind enough to show me how to finesse the kick under the tailgate to open the trunk and the remote start on the key fob.Overall a good experience. Everyone was kind, even under pressure/frustration with computer issues.

I had an awesome experience! This car buying adventure was no pressure and super laid back. My sales associate, Alex Taylor, was patient and knowledgeable. He let me drive different cars, multiple times, and helped me through all my hesitations. Thank you!!

I used jay wolfe for service for the entirety (7 years) of ownership of my acura. Positives are they always had a loaner for me if I scheduled at least a week ahead of time. Staff overall friendly, but some people don't seem very educated. This last time I actually brought it in for a used car inspection as I am selling it. Never had any issues with my car and they somehow caught 5k worth of issues that needed to be fixed. One of which they said was my transmission. Needless to say I got 2 other opinions from very reputable shops and they misdiagnosed the problem as extreme cost difference of issure. I did have brakes and routers replaced through them as well and my brakes had squeeeked ever since. I brought them in two more times to have corrected which they attempted to do, but I still got charged for time to look. Disappointing way to end the use of a great car. I will be having another place fix.

Wow. Phenomenal! First time being here and they treated me like a lifelong member. Complimentary food and drinks which were fresh. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Of course the Acura car is a feat and beauty. The shop was amazing! With a instant alignment checking system the second you drive in. They got my recall done quickly and were professional. It's a very easy light hearted experience here. Didn't have sales people badgering me to buy anything, just friendly people wanting to help.

It was a very cold day, but seconds after we got onto the lot, Jimmy Carpenter came out to meet us. He knew which car we were interested in and did not ONCE try to interest us in anything else. We had some concerns (some interior water stains) which he addressed and had repaired, even though it meant a few extra days and moving the car between their locations to find a technician capable of figuring it out. I needed a few extra days to get the money together, and he was happy to help. No pressure, sincere concern (even contacted previous owner to answer some questions) and amazing customer service. This dealership is luxurious, and all the staff we met were genuinely friendly and helpful. We could not be happier with our beautiful blue Subaru, and the buying experience was the icing on the cake. I will be recommending this place and Jimmy Carpenter to anyone I know that is looking for a car. Thank you so much!

We just bought our second MDX from Jay Wolfe Acura and Cecil Noiles is the best! Ever since we bought our first MDX from Cecil, he has occasionally called to check in with us to make sure we were still happy and if we had any issues with the car. Cecil's calls were always genuine and sincere. If we had an issue, Cecil would help us get connected with the service department. We came back to Jay Wolfe Acura because of Cecil. And speaking of the service department, service advisor Felicia has always taken good care of us, too. She listens to concerns and communicates well.

Set up a time to see a car, talked with them 2.5 hours before arrival to confirm. Car was sold when I arrived and they ghosted me.Edit: Call you to do what? You have nothing to offer me now and the apology window closed.

I needed a reliable, inexpensive used car. I have owned many Hondas, new and used. I have owned one new Acura.I found a used 2010 Acura RL at Jay Wolfe Acura in KCMO and bought it the end of June 2023.I made the assumption that a used car purchase at a major luxury car dealership would mean the vehicle would be road worthy. In the first week of having the car I notified the service department that there was an issue with a very rough ride in the front left of the car and that there was a loud "thud" when hitting even a small bump. 3 different service people, including the Service Manager, denied hearing any unusual noise. I then took the vehicle to the other Jay Wolfe dealership in the Kansas City area. Within 3 or so hours they told me they also heard "the loud clunk" when hitting a bump. Even though the 30 day 50/50 parts and labor warranty was over, they replaced the struts at no charge.I don't know anything about cars but told the dealership where I bought the car that there was an obvious problem. They denied it but were proven to either being dishonest or incompetent enough to not see a problem. After a month and a half, the alternator went out. I wasn't upset, realizing that I bought a used car and that this will happen. The shop that replaced the alternator also found the following:- bad ball joints- torn compliance bushings- leaking power steering pump- "dirty" transmission fluidI was told that the car would fail the state of Missouri car inspection, prohibiting me from being able to register the car.Jay Wolfe Acura sold a car on their lot that won't even pass a state safety inspection.I should also add that with the first issue (bad struts),, there was an argument between myself and them in which I lost my temper. I was asked to not come back. (My bad)To Jay Wolfe Acura:I never asked you to repair what now needs to be repaired. I don t want you anywhere near the car now.You thouroughly looked over the car but missed bad struts, bad ball bearings, bad control arms, leaking power steering pump and broken engine mounts?

Came in for basic 7500 mile maintenance. I had run into a curb and damaged the edge of the front left rim, about 1 1/2" long with a ridge of metal that needed grinding down. I mentioned this to them to look at. When I picked up my car, I could not tell where the damage had been. I was so impressed, surprised and grateful I had to go back inside and tell them the repair was SPECTACULAR!!

I've been driving for over 50 years, and I've never have auto service that came close to that of Jay Wolfe Acura. Acura makes nice cars, but the Service is what creates loyal customers

I purchased my vehicle a few years back from this dealership and for the most part have had good experiences for oil changes and other service needs. But I'd like management to know that on my recent visit, I scheduled an oil change and requested a loaner vehicle. The website gave me this as an option. I'm driving from about 25 minutes away and made plans to visit my family that lives within 5 miles of the dealership. The service advisor that helped me made a point to explain, "They don't usually give loaner vehicles out for a 1 hour oil change because they have to find room to park the owner's serviced vehicle." I told her I would definitely be back within a few hours, not end of day and I also explained what I was up to (family plans). Very quickly received a text, within about an hour of drop off.. to let me know it was ready for pick up. She did not ask if I wanted the complimentary car wash that usually is offered, so I asked for the service via text and was told "It's already been done".All this to say, I was disappointed with the treatment by the personnel there. It encouraged me to take my business elsewhere for future needs. Perhaps they should remove the loaner option for select services, if it truly is an inconvenience to them.

Purchased a CPO MDX in 2018 and still go to this dealership for service! Dusty is outstanding in the service department and always goes above and beyond to ensure the services are completed at the best price and in a timely manner. Appreciate the 10 oil changes and tire rotations this dealership offers and the exceptional service department! Will purchase my next car at this dealership!

Car-buying as a female and woman of color always feels like a daunting task and scary because you don t want to get treated unfairly or low balled on a deal. My experience turned out extremely incredible. I had been in contact with Kimberly Self in internet sales since October about trading in my current vehicle and she consistently followed up with me until I was able to make time to go to the Jay Wolfe Acura dealership in KCMO. I went in on a Saturday mid-December and I met a salesman named Norm in the show room who asked for my credit score and then told me I need to complete an application before even looking at a vehicle and he would email me the application later in the day since they were so busy (though he was standing around in the show room and not assisting any customers). I never received an email from him. Then I was walking out and looking at some vehicles outside and I met Product Consultant Cecil Noiles, who kindly asked if he could assist me and I told him what I was advised by his co-worker and that it would take a while to fill out an application and he would email it to me later. Cecil said it only takes about 15 minutes and we can see where to go from there, so I agreed and it was smooth sailing from there. After that quick application process, we looked at some cars, I wasn t necessarily impressed but Cecil was honest and said I just wanted to make sure I showed you what you asked for within your budget. I went home did some research and came back with my own financing and worked with Cecil and Jeff Johnson to seal the deal with my new Apple Red PMC edition 2020 TLX. Jeff and Cecil were easy to work with and understood my concerns and made this deal valuable and doable for me. I m very happy with my purchase and excited to have my new vehicle!! Cecil also took the time to educate me and help me truly understand the ins and outs of my vehicle. Lastly, Cecil and Kim and The Jay Wolfe group have checked on me several times to ensure they were available if I needed anything. I also received a wonderful thank you gift in the mail (this was WOW factor for sure). I would rate them a 10 out 10 on customer experience and product/sales support/offerings any day!!! Thank you soooo much Cecil, Kim, and Jeff ~ you three made my car buying experience exceptional and worry-free!!! I truly appreciate your integrity, your care, your kindness and your commitment to ensure I received a fair and high quality car-buying experience!!

I would have rated this place higher, if they hadn't kept screwing up and blaming it on me. I purchased my car at a very reasonable price, and the sales staff were very great to work with. I found an issue with the cars mirror and they fixed it immediately. I love that it came with free lifetime oil changes, big plus! I came to rely on this car company, and believed what they told me. I had issues with braking since day 1 of owning my car. They continued stating that nothing was wrong. After my cars brakes started becoming unresponsive at times, I had my car checked at two other local mechanics, whom immediately agreed that my rotors were indeed bad. Upon my warranty running out, my rotors were conveniently found as bad at Jay Wolfe after claiming there was no problem 3 days prior to the warranty lapsing. I had been advised by many people that this would happen, but thought Acura was more professional than that. I had to jump through numerous hoops to get a manager to contact me. After no return response, I went in and spoke with Dan Keairns, the manager. After a heated conversation, they finally agreed to replace my rotors. Instead, they resurfaced them, and gave me the car back without bleeding the brakes, leading to a lack of proper breaking once again, and did not complete the oil change, which I had to reschedule for a later date. I took the vehicle elsewhere to have adequate brake services performed at my expense to ensure my safety. Upon further issues, I spoke with the Business Development Manager, Tom Petty, whom told me they agreed they would prefer to lose my business, rather than resolve the issues fully. While times have gotten better with new management and I've now had my car for over 10 years and have over 240k on it, past experience makes me question anything this place advises. Their lounge is very nice and their service people are helpful and friendly. I was told today that they would no longer honor the lifetime oil changes should I not choose to conduct more business with them. While this makes sense, this was not in my original contract. I fully understand why they wish for me to do business with them, but to change the rules after a contract was signed isn't a great look either. All this said, next time I need a vehicle, I would highly prefer an Acura over many brands, but Acuras service department (at least at this location) continues to leave question if I should continue business with Acura as a brand based solely on how they treat you along the way. Their cars are great and do last a very long time, so in that regard (minus servicing), I'm a fan of Acura. I wish their service department were more reputable.

We purchased a 2016 MDX (40K miles) in 2018. I thought I was going to have to get up & walk out before the financing was done (we have excellent credit) but we were not interested in the expensive warranty that the financing officer kept pushing (talk about being held hostage). I was ready to leave when he drastically dropped the cost of the warranty (we finally agreed). However, the real trouble began with the service part & free oil changes. Put it this way, after basically being called a liar the first time we arrived for our appointment, I always took the name of the person scheduling the appointment AND I called to confirm the appointment. Luckily, this information got us a loaner car after driving for an hour to get and discovering that they had no record of the appointment. We quit going to Wolfe and left most of our free oil changes on the table. Anyway, that and other miscommunications over windshield replacements, along with a loose piece of window trim that was noted the day I purchased the car (yet never fixed) is why I am now driving to Wichita for a new 2023 MDX.

In and out in 3 hrs with a new car. When I arrive I ask for the sales guy I had email during the week we talk for a few minutes and he got my RDX ready for a test drive, Fill out the fianacing paper work and I was ready to sign docs and go over with the credit guy. He was friendly and nice until I told him I was not going to buy the extended warranty at this point he stop talking and change his demeanor to angry and made me feel very uncomfortable. He ruin the perfect experience I had at the dealership.

The bumper to bumper warranty that I purchased when my car was new is worthless, no matter what is wrong the claim is denied. Bumper to bumper to me means everything is covered, but now its only mechanical things that have an actual broken part. Glad it runs out next year, wasting my time trying to get Jay Wolfe to fix anything.
