Larry and his team were fantastic, and took great care of my Golf R. They were super professional, didn t try and talk me into extra things, and they made a list of recommended repairs with quotes for when I can get them done. They even got my car done earlier than expected! You can really tell that this team stands behind their work, and are truly passionate about what they do. Will absolutely use them in the future, and recommend them to friends and family. Thank you again Larry and Team!

Great location! They work on a variety of vehicles & are very responsive with updates on the services they recommend for your car! The diagnostic fee is worth it because they tell you what is all wrong with your car and give you options to fix it at your own pace! They don t pressure you or up sale you like other car service places! Regardless of the price , I feel like you get what you pay for! If you want to make sure car is repaired correctly I wouldn t focus too much on the price!! Especially if you don t have a car payment or any warranty on your car! Over all , they have great customer service , and I feel like the suggestions the mechanics recommend are more than likely accurate ! Overall, when my car is serviced there I have a piece of mind that it s going to be done correctly!

Never again! For some reason they could not even put air in my tires after I asked them to in the dead of winter, and after having it ALL day. The service manager, Amy, insisted that they did put air in my tires, but when I told her that the light was still on and it always goes off once the tires are filled to specifications, the best she could do was to suggest that I come back FOR AIR. Again, after they had it ALL DAY??? Bye, Felicia.

I am very much disappointed with their service. I went to them telling that my engine cam cover is out and gave the other cap to replace it. They kept the car for 2 days with them and told the same problem to me which i mentioned, told that they can t do it and charged me for about 140$ which is all waste of my money and time. They said my car has no issues apart from that.So I took my car to other place and got exactly what the issue is.This place is not at all recommended and waste of your time and moneyBe careful

Just got our Jetta TDI back from Importmasters today. Gotta give these guys props they're the go-to in town for fixing up European diesel cars. The car drives like a dream now, and they only did what really needed fixing. They gave us a list of things that could be done to make it even better.Even though I couldn't pick up the car right after it was fixed, the person in charge was cool about it. No pressure tactics like "pay up now or we'll auction your car," which is so common in other places. These folks are pros not just with cars but also in how they run their business.I'd totally take my Jetta back to them if I run into more issues, but fingers crossed it stays trouble-free for the next 100k miles. Big thanks to Importmasters!

We purchased a 2013 Mercedes Benz from Autobahn in Kansas City, Mo and the check engine light came on, so Alex at Autobahn recommended we schedule an appointment at ImportMasters. We were able to get an appointment within a week and our Mercedes was fixed within a day. They diagnosed the problem to be the intake manifold seals were worn, so they were replaced and it is running great. Thank you so much!

Had car on warranty didn't fix any issue. NONE! To thus day my car us having the same issues since 1st coming to this place of business. I Literally took it recently, and now my climate control isn't working...don't they know winter is coming? The issue on my vehicle, which I told then the issue and they charged me for a diagnostic...When questioned about it I was told, "We had to diagnose to find the cause of the coolant leak. But they didn't have to do that cuz I was able to find the leak which is how I knew there was 1,was by pouring coolant and seeing where it was coming from, could have used color dye... so why is my climate control now not working ? It was working when I brought it in, it should still be working...So please don't use this place.

Great service by great people.My car was fixed sooner than I initially anticipated. They were able to detect the issue and fix it, as well. Also, everyone was very courteous and kind. I completely recommend this auto shop.

Importmasters was recommended to me by my son, they helped get my car towed, and was patient with me, while figuring out what to do. They fixed my VW Tiguan quickly ( engine problems), checked everything throughly, and everyone was so courteous and helpful to my situation. I highly recommend! This was my first time using this shop for my newly accuired 2003 Audi TT. I had a post-buy inspection, replaced front lower control arm bushings, and fresh oil change. I'll be back for any and all maintenance. Their online system was easy to use. They outlined recommended maintenance and supporting details/prices. Took my Subaru here for a misfire paid 140 for them to kill the rest of my clutch and for them to tell me in order to find the misfire I have to replace my clutch.

I had an ignition problem with my Audi and Importmasters was able to fix it with no issues. These guys know Audis and VWs inside and out and I highly recommend them. Amy at the check-in counter was very friendly and super helpful in providing an estimate and scheduling the repair. If you drive a VW or Audi you should make this your go-to place for repairs. I drive from Lawrence to get work done here because even though the Audi dealership is closer the level of service and fair pricing from Importmasters can t be beat.Service: Electrical

We bought a used VW beetle for cheap. We knew it would require some maintenance, We just weren t prepared to need it the very next day! It was leaking antifreeze! With it being a German/foreign car, we knew it would require someone who specialized in VW or at least imports in general. After calling the VW dealerships all around, it was gonna be WEEKS and we needed it fixed asap, as it will be a daily driver. After doing some research and finding import masters, they had great reviews, so I decided to give them a call. They said we could drop off the beetle and they would work it in even though I had made an appointment for the following week, we decided to drop it off (this was a Monday) They worked it in and had a detailed list of recommended repairs texted to me by Wednesday. I was shocked! They were VERY thorough and found things we would have never noticed! We decided to only approve the major repairs that we would not have been able to do ourselves. They did not pressure us into anything else and they were very honest. We truly respect and appreciate that! They installed a new water pump, replaced the E-brake cables, and the headlight connection/wiring, and even gave us a referral to the place that was able to fix our exhaust! We had our car back by Thursday, in the muffler shop on Friday, and went back Friday afternoon in hopes of getting our safety inspection but they were closed. I am truly satisfied with this place. A little pricey, but at least it was done and done right! We will be coming back, and since all of our cars are foreign, this might just all around be our new shop! Found this place not far from my house. Friendly people and great service. Only had oil change and tire rotation done. They did my state inspection when I got my car and didn't know where to go.I just happened to drive by and see the shop pulled in and they did it on the spot.They seem very knowledgeable. Will definitely be taking my car here instead of dealer.Services: Tires, Oil change

3 other mechanics couldn t figure out the situationI bought many parts that didn t help / and paid for the other 3 mechanics to put onProblem still persisted.Larry fixed it properly for less that the other fools who apologized and sent me down the road .Thank you Larry ! I have a 2014 Volkswagen Jetta with a Diesel engine. Not only did these guys do a great job repairing my car, but they helped educate me on how to better take care of a Diesel engine. I recently purchased a 2014 Audi A8 with over 140,000 miles, expecting it to need more than just an oil change. Importmasters inspected the car, changed the oil and filter, and told me it needed nothing more at this time. Great, honest mechanic.I've brought my 2015 Audi S5 in for routine maintenance and custom work (full exhaust). The pricing and work are both excellent. Recently, the dealership had told me my brakes were less than 20%, so 6 months later I brought my car here to have them changed. I had an appointment, an agreed upon price, and dropped my car off. They (Import Masters) called me to tell me that my brakes were fine (50%) and to not do anything unless I was experiencing issues, which I was not. They could have performed the maintenance and made money, but instead were honest with me. I wouldn't have had a clue! Hard to find honest mechanics...this is one you want to do business with.

These guys are great! After reading good reviews I recently took my new to me A8 in for service and inspection. Larry was able squeeze me in between appointments to accommodate me being in town for just a short while. Took care of me in a timely manner and even gave me some maintenance advice on things I could tackle myself. Overall pleased with service and experience. I will definitely make the trip from out of town for future service needs and repairs.Service: Oil change

I've been using this garage for over 4 years. They are honest and reasonably priced. Much better than my experience at the local Audi dealership. They give you an honest diagnostic, but without any pressure. They are willing to do as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. I highly recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for an oil change for my audi, dropped my car off in the morning and when my car was ready a few hours later I received a text and email that went over my invoice, I was able to pay online and while picking up my keys the diagnostic on my cars check engine light was discussed. Friendly staff and excellent service.

I feel confident going to importmasters, they do a good job and make sure I m safe. They don t try to rob me out of my money infact they help with solutions. I recommend this shop to anyone. Very comfortable experience (for buying a car ).The salesmanship was honest and fair. My mother was able to get everything she wanted in a reliable car.Most importantly the price was Fair in April.I would recommend checking these guys out.
