First Visit here! Dealership was very clean and well appointed. Everyone I came in contact was very professional and polite. My service writer was new but knowledgeable. They weren t pushy which I really appreciated

The parts department was polite and helpful. The service on my car was okay. But I still won't be back because the guy in the elf costume (I don't know either) at the front desk in the service center was quite rude and made it very clear that my business was a major inconvenience to him. However, it was an even bigger inconvenience to me because he did not sell me what I ordered and exceeded the quote by $110. I didn't say anything because I just really wanted to get away from him as quickly as possible.

Mike Bair is a fantastic service rep! He lets you know all details, including safety recalls, and any other services you will have coming up. I wouldn t go anywhere other than Honda of Tiffany Springs.

********** CLASSIC BAIT AND SWITCH *********This is why the majority of Americans despise bringing their vehicles to dealerships:Honda 2016 CRV: Super slight seepage coming from the rear of the transfer case. So slight there is absolutely no dripping.Originally quoted $99 for part (a seal) and labor (I have the paperwork) - then it went to $300 for parts and labor and finally ended up at $600 for parts and labor.DISGUSTING!!! I wish I could post ZERO stars!ps - I left the GM a voice mail regarding this issue with a calll back number. CRICKETS!

Very dissatisfied with this dealership! My sister bought a car from this dealership car less than two years ago and they took advantage of her on the sale price and selling her extended warranties she did not need. She has cancer now and can t drive any longer so I took the car back to see if they would be interested in buying it back. The offer they made was an insult, and we were able to get $4,500 more from Van Chevrolet (super nice people at that dealership). She went back to cancel the extended warranty and they ripped her off again paying her $500 less than what she was owed. Go somewhere else if you want to deal with trustworthy people!!!

I called regarding a specific vehicle with a specific color and Deana set up an appt to test drive and set me up with Justin in sales. Justin was able to get what I wanted on my trade and I was in a new car within 2 hours. Follow up appt for aftermarket install went very well as well. Very satisfied with entire experience.

I took my car in for routine maintenance and have only good things to say about the service department and Honda of Tiffany Springs. When I went to pick up my car, the service advisor explained everything to me in detail and I feel like the service was a good value.

We took our 2017 Honda CRV thinking it needed Maintenance 3 service. We were told by the Service Person that we needed Maintenance B servIce, I misread the message. We are very appreciative of their honesty and the work they performed. We have been with this Honda dealer since we purchased this auto and will remain with this dealership.

Bought a used car here. Was an easy purchase. The body shop manager was kinda rude when I questioned a few small dents. said, 'I'm not fixing a used car" the service team is polite and great at their job.

It's never fun having to take your car in for service but any time I've gone in for service at Honda of Tiffany Springs, I've always had the most pleasant experience possible. Everyone there is helpful, courteous and do their best to get your car serviced as quickly as possible. Thanks everyone, you guys are great!

I give the service representatives and service department 5 stars They are always kind, informative, professional and helpful. Specifically Mike and last time I was there I worked with Dalton. He was wonderful and really tried to help me with discounts on an expensive service I needed. I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND this service department and BIG THANKS to Mike and now my new friend Dalton

Had to drop off the night before due to transportation issues for an afternoon appointment. They had already called me in the am to let me know what was going on with my 2015 Accord. Turns out, nothing. The issue corrected itself and I was not charged. I was advised on what to expect at my next mile marker for maintenance if I planned to keep the vehicle. Appreciate the heads up and explanations that I could understand not being car knowledgeable. Always have been friendly.

Monday at 8am so should of expected chaos. Dozen cars lined up and no one to be found for 10 minutes, first timer so was not sure to do. Nearly drove off! Finally a rep showed up - set me up and 90 mins.Later I was out. Good service but below experiences Ive had at other Honda dealers. Comfortable lounge but vending machine?

I have been using this location for 5+ years. As a Program Manager, I can say that it is extremely unusual to see an employee that genuinely wants to help the customer and who also possesses the knowledge and skills to execute on that idea. Today, So helped me to better understand the condition of my vehicle, and some potential options in the future. The interaction was highly professional, extremely valuable to me as a customer, and once again reasserts why this is the only location I will be shopping at in Kansas City. There is no replacement for knowing that you're in good hands.Great job Honda, great job Tiffany Springs, great job So.

The service techs are great, but the "customer lounge" is not. It's especially annoying that it's covered in passive-aggressive signs. We've all had that co-worker who put up the "Your mother doesn't work here" signs - well, that person now works at Honda of Tiffany Springs. We are scolded to "not be greedy" so that we don't take too many snacks. We are "encouraged" to clean up after ourselves - just short of reminding us our mothers aren't employed by this dealership. There are signs everywhere and they are, in a word, rude.Your customers are adults. Every once in while there is going to be some idiot who steals all the stale granola bars and leaves wrappers everywhere. You know what, he's going to do that whether those signs are there or not.Update: Wow, what a nice, canned response. Do you really want me to call and discuss the passive aggressive notes all over the service area? Do you really need me to reach out to you to discuss this? Can you not just walk into your service area and look at the obnoxious notes all over the place and figure it out for yourself?Your auto-response is not applicable to my comments and just makes me understand why your service area assumes your customers are idiots, because you do too.

Fantastic place! The waiting room has all amenities. I don't mind waiting here with complimentary snacks, beverages, cozy fire, tropical fish tank, big screen televisions and some of the most comfortable chairs ever. The mechanics are smart, professional and friendly. We were given a loaner car while ours was being worked on and it was so nice we would have loved to just trade. All that, and we were called and told they figured out how to drop the bill by $100. We are huge fans of Honda of Tiffany Springs. Five stars!

If you're in the north KC metro area this is the place to bring your Honda vehicle for service!! Friendly and supportive staff that do a good job of telling you what is going on and communicating options for getting your vehicle serviced.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Justin Bogina and the Tiffany Springs Honda team are fantastic. They made it super easy purchasing a Honda Pilot with zero pressure. We got great trade in value and a fantastic deal. If you are looking for a new or preowned Honda, you need to go to Tiffany Springs and ask for Justin.

l purchased a 2022 Ridgeline from another dealership used but saw in my paperwork that it came from Honda of Tiffany Springs new. Was having a problem with the Homelink(no power). It is still under warranty so brought it here. Dalton Lundy was my advisor and he was very nice and helpful. It was just a bad connection so it was fixed very quickly.

I came in for a recall repair. And asked if the shop would change my transmission fluid. The service advisor Jeremy Ervin was very professional. I also spoke briefly to the mechanic. Wonderful experience. I would highly recommend their service department.

Carlos did an amazing job detailing my car which was long overdue!!! Thank you so much!! He was able to get my dog s major blood splatters off the ceiling from when she got injured on her ear. Fantastic job and my car looks brand new!! Thanks Carlos

I had scheduled my car online for its regular maintenance. The online scheduling was easy. They offered a shuttle ride to and from if needed. The work was done in a timely manner and the associates were helpful and friendly.

We have had our Honda in for various maintenance services and have even had to get a new transmission. The service advisors have always been very professional, friendly, and accommodating. It is easy to set up an appointment online. The services and repairs have been done to our satisfaction and the car drives great.
