Called up ahead of time and went and got two tires mounted and two tires disposed of for roughly $40 in about 20 minutes. The next time I dropped two tires off before they opened, went to pick them up near the end of the day and they hadn't mounted them, handed me a $104 bill and took 30 minutes. I said that seemed like a lot, it appeared two employees agreed, but when they went to ask the person in charge came out to tell me that was fair because most places won't mount tires that weren't purchased there. As someone who has never purchased tires from the place I had them mounted, I cordially told them I would not return to have my 4-6 tires I go through a month mounted there. I guess it just matters who you talk to

Came in on a Friday afternoon with a nail in my tire and they were able to squeeze me in and get me out in 40 minutes!

I have never had such an amazing experience in my life changing tires. These guys are reasonable with prices for their services. Also, it seems like each one is trained to teach you, I was acting like an idiot and I don't want to learn, but Edwin was super friendly and teaching me, now I know tire sizes, different companies, and they comped one of the tires they fixed because I'm getting two new ones. Basically these guys are awesome.

So impressed with these guys. I called around at 4:30 one afternoon, terrified I was about to lose a back tire on my van. Of the first two places I called, one turned me away completely, and the other said it would be after 6:00 before they could help. I called Heartland next, and they told me to come on in and they'd take a look.Well, good news, the they removed the bolt I'd embedded in the tire, made sure it hadn't punctured, and wasn't leaking, and I went about my merry way, still able to meet friends for happy hour as originally planned!I was so impressed by their customer service (where, might I add, they treated my like a human instead of a 'dumb girl') I will absolutely be back the next time I need a new set of tires!Thanks, guys!

Excellent Excellent Excellent service. Matt takes the time to not just sale you tires, but to educate you on the difference between products, and how they will perform, and why. Gave me a full tour of the retread plant also. And when my truck showed signs of misalignment after two months, he realligned it "for free" just to make sure it was right. Just don't find businesses like this anymore. Where they do everything they can to assure customer satisfaction. I stand behind these guys 100%. Gary King/Owner Operator.

It appears this place gets most of its business from tractor trailers. But they will work on cars and small trucks as well. They actually fixed mine instead of just recommending I get a new tire. I will come back (hopefully not too soon though).

Got an alignment and my car came back still not aligned. Don't go here. They overcharge too.

If you want down to earth people that will take care of you, then this is the place to go! I was in MO over the weekend trying to get home when my Suburban was making a loud noise. Matt and Josh took care of me and got me in right away. They are straight shooters who took care of me. Thanks again guys and I would recommend you guys to anyone!

A few months ago I had a tire emergency and the guys at Heartland Tires and Tread gave me excellent service. They were very helpful and provided great customer service. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Keep up the amazing work and service.

Heartland helped me today after my previous provider (Jim's Discount Tire) had not. They did it free if charge because of my other history and frustration. They have all my future business! Thanks guys!

I set for 7 hours with the flat Call them at 8:30 in the morning, Did not get my tire fixed until 3:30 in the afternoon And every time I called I was assured that they were on their way No sense of customer priority

We use this outfit for my company's fleet of appx 86 pieces of equipment. Our account manager (Derek) is great and always gets us the tires we need, as soon as we need them!

Very good at their job! quick, and inexpensive. Would recommend. Also First come first serve so no waiting like you do at firestone, goodyear, etc.

Walked in with a flat tire early in the day; I had a working car with a fixed tire in less than 45 minutes and all at an incredibly reasonable price!!
