After having gone to a tire place, I think big O tires and they fixed my tire, but they didn t know what they did to it and I still had low pressure pretty much daily and it was getting increasingly worse. I took it too good your tires where they only heard my concerns, but they investigated it to the held at the end 20 bucks in a bad bead was the issue, but that wouldn t be apparent to the naked eye, especially given that they had to check for a leak in the tire and a leak in the stem. I appreciate it all the effort and the honesty of the service workers.

I have been to this location 3 or 4 times and let me tell you, B at the front counter is one of the nicest humans you'll meet. He is honest and helpful w what's going on w your vehicle...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Made an appointment for 8am a week ago to have 4 tires put on. Currently sitting in the waiting area for 2 + hours. I wouldn t suggest this business if you re not wanting to spend an entire Saturday waiting to have tires put on. If you can t honor an appointment and perform it in a timely manner then I would suggest a reevaluation of your scheduling process.

I went to have an oil change done at another place, and I was told that they could not change my oil due to the hood of my car not closing and liability. However, I called Goodyear and though they were fully booked, they told me to leave my car with them. They looked at my hood and discovered it would be a very minor fix, and they did so at no charge. Also, the oil change was done at a very reasonable price. This was my first time going here, but I certainly would go back if I was not moving soon. I was very impressed with their service.

They are my go to for all my vehicles. People are awesome , everyone who works there are the best at customer service. Love my new tires. Drove over 1000 miles pass week. I am still smiling.

Tired of getting the short straw at Goodyear tires. Now This location has good techs but Until now my bumper was damaged on their lift backing it off and I m out of pocket as it was ripped. (No one admits so must be the case) No cameras? They didn t tell me and Steve has nothing to say or assist. When making the appointment I was told they wouldn t use that lift. So now I leave it here. Good job and good luck!

Just needed a state inspection, but the people I dealt with are very pleasant people. They answer questions honestly. Can't ask for anything more than those things. In the future when I need automotive service I think they'll be my first call.

Wonderful cheap used tires cheaper than anyone else around called all over this morning checking price's for used tires know one else had any changed two tires and a oil change for $105.00 dollars little slow but cheap great looking used tiresAfter having this location do this work come to find out they didn't put any oil back into my car. Your choice if you use them but they won't be wasting my time and money again hell know lies don't work for me called and talk to andy who is the management at this location he had my hauled in to look at. Called me back saying there was oil in the car asked what i was talking about. I had checked the oil myself when i seen they hadn't put any in it. I have pictures of the dipstick also of all underneath the car where oil was everywhere. So Andy ended up charging me to haul my car bad idea. Didn't bring the car back to me like he agreed too. Bad idea.Lies don't work for me.

Call around 830 am to set an appointment to have a tire with a screw in it repaired. I was told by the manager no appointments opening but to bring in my vehicle around 1130 as a walk in only one appointment before me at 1100 he would get me in /out in about 30-40 minutes on my lunch. It took 2 hours to repair my tire the first technician went on break while I was waiting in lobby after a hour. Technician 2 took another hour during this period I ask the new manager on duty now because the first had left. What was taken so long I only get a hour for lunch and this taking way to long. He informed that he had to go and make sure someone was in fact still working on my vehicle. This is the most unprofessional tire and repair shop I have ever been too . No Apology, just a that's how walk in work. I call around and this was my last choice. But I won't even bother them with my business again.

I have been using the Goodyear store on Congress for 20 years. My cost for an oil change was $38 for years. 6 months ago $58 3 months ago and $90 yesterday. Called a Toyota dealership for oil and filter change $49.00..

10 year customer not going back ever! I had no issue when buying tires over the years so I give them two stars for that. However I have had my second bad experience in 10 years with state inspection findings. They keep finding things that were not in the state it was in when the vehicle was dropped off. Iet it go one time bet two times I can't so that is why I will not be going back. We had a good run Goodyear :(

My sister in-law took her car there for work to be done, she picked up later that day and the hood popped open and bent back on the windshield. So there was hood, windshield, and the top of car all had damage. Went back to confront them about, the manager said they had no reason to open the hood and so on, so on......heard all kinds of excuses. So I wouldn t recommend anyone going there for car work, they seem careless and won t admit to blame!!!!

Went to Walmart to get 4 news tires were unable to get lung nuts off was told to go to Goodyear or Firestone. I called both shows was quoted a price called Firestone first was told it would be $200 if they weren t damaged. Called Goodyear was told $160 plus labor. Dove up there explained what happened they went to ford picked up the lung nuts and was done in a hour. Total was $183 yes only $183 called Ford and was told the lung nuts cost $160 so Goodyear only charged me $20 labor nit to mention they said some of them were hard to get off. They not only charged the cheapest price but also checked my tires and aired them up I recommend anyone to come here they know what there doing and won t overcharge u.

Went there for a slow leak in a tire (had an appointment). The guys took care of it no problem. Friendly, courteous and very reasonably priced.

Love those guys. Quick and efficient. They explain everything to you, will check with customer on pricing before the job. My go to mechanics for all of my car needs.

Quality 4 wheel alignment at a fair price. You receive a computer mapped print out of the before and after settings.8 am appt and out before 9 am. I do not believe you can beat the quality of their work.

1st time here, sent to another Goodyear for a new set of tires. 2nd time here, everyone was too busy messing around in the garage, so I left, needed shocks changed. 3rd time here, needed a simple tire repair, quoted 3 hrs turn time. Took it to another shop and was fixed in 10mins. This is a horrible shop, look for another shop.

Do not come here. I repeat, do not come here. Made an appointment with them (8 am) and they tell me they will be done at noon on the same day. Get a call at around 3 and they say they wont be able to get to it till the Next day. Just for a diagnosis. I come to pick it up and they charge 130 some dollars just for a diagnostic test. Seriously, Dont come here. Total rip off and unreliable service.

Went to get a plug on my tire and my Apple Watch got stolen from out of my console of my car from one of the workers . Definitely would not recommend this place

My wife went to get an oil change and they stripped the the oil pan screw out and tried to charge us 700 dollars to fix it I'm getting legal service to sort this out.
