We've worked with this business for many years! Tires, oil changes, brakes, & alignment! Staff have always been courteous & competitive price wise.Joaquin has been especially helpful on several occasions!

I had a terrible flat tire and was stuck in the shopping center of this location. I called and spoke with Joaquin and asked if they were able to help put my spare on if I drove my car over there. He insisted on me staying where I was and he walked over to my car to check it out. He went back to the shop to grab some tools and walked back over to put my spare on for me. THEN he had me drive over to the shop so he could air up all my tires. He even refused to accept any payment! I have never encountered such kindness from a big business. I will definitely be going back!!

I had a scheduled 8am appointment for an oil change and tire rotation; I waited there for 2 hours and 15 mins while my car was being serviced; per the Manager Wes, it was because he had to obtain a filter from another location, which took approximately 30 mins and because his team was having trouble resetting my service light. Along with, I spent over $100 for this oil change; only for me to have to take my vehicle back in, less than 48 hours later because I was smelling oil burning and they were going to make another attempt to resolve my service light issue. Once my car was placed in the in the air, I was asked to come out to observe that coincidentally I now have an oil leak exactly where the oil filter was changed; although I did not have an oil leak when I brought the vehicle in, nor when services were rendered, or when I left. The team members that were working on vehicles, seemed to be young and not very experienced. Once, I stated to the manager himself (Wes) that there was no leak prior to me bring the vehicle there, the customer service became poor, and they did not attempt to correct the situation. Ultimately, they did not want to assume responsibility for the oil leak and they begin to shift blame onto me, as if I did something to cause the oil leak. Hence, I contacted corporate; spent 15 mins explaining the situation to customer service representative Mark, only for the call to be prematurely disconnected, with no return phone call. More importantly, after reading the reviews for this Good year location (store # 4229), it appears that oil leaks after a standard oil change and bad customer service is a part of this locations business practices.

I always take my vehicle there they used to be great and helpful , couple days ago I took the vehicle got my oil changed, vehicle was not leaking anything, I noticed after that the vehicle leaking I set an appointment online again a guy calls me at 7:50 am to tell me I have to drop it off for the whole day to look at it or come in October 4 so I gotta wait another week or leave it when I told him I have no way to get around without this vehicle. They broke it and not even trying to fix what they broke what a joke

Been coming here for tire leaks for the last year and they are always great. This time I needed a new tire and of course my particular tire was on backorder. Got it taken care of today and as always they were super quick and friendly. If they see this, I put batteries in my dang key fobs! Sorry about that, I'd ordered them and just got them today! Thanks as always!

One of the worst places I've ever been to in my life. Very unprofessional with customer service. I also caught them in the middle of a lie trying to scam me into replacing parts on my vehicle that didn't need to be replaced. I took my vehicle there to have service done, and had recently had my oil, oil filter, and break fluid replaced. I schedule an appointment with Goodyear to have my exhaust leak diagnosed. I left there facility confused and violated in the sense of them telling me that I needed my oil changed and oil filter. Needless to say my exhaust was never fixed by them. I would consider no one to go to this location.

My family and I trust and respect Wes with all of our vehicles' needs. He always shoots you straight, and him and the team will do everything they can to get you and your car taken care of!

Very! very!! very!!! very!!!!! RUDE!!! LADY! Wouldn't even give me a price on 2 new tires!! n said no time for me anyways!! I spent my 300 bucks at (tire plus)!!........ Update!! Got a email saying to call want to speak to me!! well never did!! waited on hold for over 20min!!! Not doing it!!

I used the Goodyear Service Center at 2699 NE 52nd Terrace, Kansas City, MO 64119. The staff went out of their way to make sure I received excellent service and best pricing including rebates. They made their waiting experience good as well, with a computer desk available to work from my computer while waiting on my truck. They also provided coffee and bottled water while I was waiting. Jacqueline and the other staff also provided excellent customer service. It was a good experience.

(July 2022) We had a flat on our way out of town and this Goodyear was the only place on the north side that was willing to get us in for replacements, pulling some strings to get the tires we wanted same day without delaying travel. This kind of service is a real differentiator and so much appreciated. Thank you!

I have received excellent customer service and the repairs are done quickly and the waiting area is nice and clean! I will always use them for any tire service! Be prepared to be Wowed!

I can t commend your employee Jackie enough - she provided outstanding direction and customer service and delivered on getting our car in/out with new brakes while traveling from out of town - and on a holiday weekend! What a great problem solver and quarterback for your outstanding team there! She deserves a big pay raise!

There is a reason I prefer going to Goodyear service centers, and that reason is they don't try to oversell you on what you need to address your issue. This was my first visit to this Goodyear, but they did not disappoint. They found several potential causes of my issue, which would have led to a very expensive repair. Instead of doing it all, they recommended fixing the likely causes of the issues and waiting on the others (that were not a big concern and not a safety issue) until they become a bigger problem. They took me back and showed me the issues. It is always nice to know that they aren't trying to make the most money, they have your interests/costs in mind. I would encourage others to visit this store.

I was in town from Oklahoma (5 hours from home). I called a few places telling them my story and I needed a new tire or a flat tire repair, no one could get me in until next week. Jackie and the staff told me to bring my car in and they d get me taken care of. They sure did! Got me back on the road within an hour! They made sure I was taken well care of! Could not recommend them enough! Thanks y'all!

This is literally the only 5 star review I have ever left for an auto repair shop. Being a female, I ve been taken advantage of in the past when it comes to repairs. At this Goodyear, I know that I ll be charged fairly and my vehicle will be fixed safely and correctly. More importantly is the team at this location. The manager Robby was truly amazing and treated me with respect and took the time to explain the problems and even taught me a lot. Wes is a great mechanic, he even just got my car done early so I could still make my trip out of town. And Britney is definitely the heart of the store. She is always positive, fun and goes the extra mile to make sure I feel at home there. Give these people a raise!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I was so pleased with the service they provided! Britney was so sweet and helpful! She is great at what she does and I honestly can t thank her enough for her help in making my decision so easy to choose them!! Wes was also very helpful and pleasant to work with! All around a great team!!!

Robbi was so helpful and professional in getting my truck right in and tire replaced. I had a damaged tire on my F150 and thought it would take all day to get it repaired. When I showed up, Robbi was quick to check the schedule, and even though they were busy, he got my truck in, tire replaced, and back on the truck within 30 minutes. Great quality service at a reasonable price. Definitely my go to place for tires and alignments.

Brittany Meyer is by far the best person I have ever had the pleasure of encountering in customer service. I watched her work extremely hard while I was there to tend to each customer s needs. She maintained the best attitude when handling the most difficult customers. She deserves great recognition for her excellency at her job!

This shop is awesome with excellent customer service! I found out 2 days before going out of town that I needed new tires prior to leaving because they were in such bad condition. I called Goodyear, they had them in stock, and the squeezed me in the same day to have them put on. They were so kind and amazing to work with. I highly recommend using this Goodyear! They absolutely came through for me!!

Long overdue review. I moved here a couple years ago and have had my vehicles serviced at this location on multiple occasions. I shop around and they always do a great job at the best price. The guys that work there are knowledgeable, have been there for decades, and have never tried to sell me anything that wasn't needed (in most cases just the opposite). Thank you for doing a great job, you are my first call when I have a problem.

Wes, Larry, and the guys at Goodyear went above and beyond for us!! We were heading back home from our mini vacation and had to get a wheel bearing replaced last minute. After calling around to repair shops - they were able to get us in right away. Of course our car needed a specific part that was impossible to find - but they went out of their way to find it, stayed almost two hours past close, and made sure we got back on the road to get home! Highly recommend these quality guys! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Set off to work this morning only to discover my tire pressure was low. Stopped by Goodyear in the Antioch Shopping Center, they were able to get me right in and fix my tire. Excellent customer service and tire repair! Thanks to Brittany and her team for getting me into the office in a timely manner!

Shoutout to the this store and all the staff in there! I needed a tire changed and got an appointment by walk-in for early next day. Robbi helped me out right away, he was courteous, informative and just all around a pleasure to make business with. A truly awesome place to do business with. I had a blowout on my Dually while traveling from Ms to Or and Robbi, the manager, came out and put my spare on. Yes, the manager. First class business and I highly recommend anyone to do business with them.

Patronized this location regularly until now. Took one of our vehicles in for a simple inspection, first we had to make an appointment, then they had to keep the car over a couple hours, then they failed the inspection on our vehicle because of a SURPRISE $1100 Power Steering Fluid leak. No explanation, we can get you scheduled for this or that, just failed. Went to 2 different mechanics - no leak. I realize the state took away some business by lowering the requirements for everyone to require an inspection but to take it out and hustle your neighborhood regulars is immoral. So long Robbie and Wes!
