I stopped in yesterday afternoon to get a quick tire pressure check since my TPM alarm kept going off due to the very cold temperatures lately. A very nice mechanic named Antonio approached me and asked if he could help me. I said please and he jumped right in and assisted me in Reestablishing my tire pressure To proper levels. He was polite, courteous, and efficient. I hope To see him again soon when I stop in at some point for assistance again At the Goodyear tire!!! Five stars!!!! Thanks Antonio & stay warm! We need

For the most part the staff was very nice, It was a little frustrating that I scheduled my appointment online for 8:30 a.m. and my car didn't get finished until around 2:00 p.m. at least they called me to let me know I needed to come in later so I didn't have to wait the full 5.5 hours. I understand unexpected things occur but the store overbooked themselves, maybe it is an online scheduling issue but not everyone can just drop off their cars and pick them up later.

5 Stars is not enough. I wish I could give 10! This store goes ABOVE and BEYOND on my vehicle every single time I bring it in. Its not only the service that they provide but the quality in their work. Michael actually takes the time to understand my vehicle questions and concerns. His quality & service is TOP NOTCH. I will continue going out of my way to this shop for service and will be sending my friends and family as well. Thanks again!!

My Nissan Rogue dashboard showed all four tires were low. I drove to Goodyear and asked them if they could put air in my tires. A nice girl said, If course! I told her I had to be at work in 20 minutes and she said, No problem . How refreshing. Pleasant, helpful, quick customer service! And no charge!

Do not take your car here.I wouldn t have them work on a tricycle.I do business with Goodyear because I expect a certain degree of competence and integrity. I can buy tires anywhere (even a Walmart).So I go to the Wornall location to BUY A SET OF TIRES. I am quoted a multi tire price. Amd promised an alignment if I need it.First problem when I pick it up it s 37 degrees out of alignment and they want me to take it like that, saying they can t align it. So I have to wait an additional three days for the manager to fix that.Then after I get home I notice the spare is NOT even the same size as the tires they put on. I don t like that and call to get my spare tire matching what they just put on. He says he ll do it for the same tire price as the $800 of tires I just bought a few days ago. A multi tire purchase.But when I get in there he s up charging and charging me to mount the tire. NOT WHAT WE AGREED TO. And he claims free mounting is only for multi tire purchases. I just bought $800 worth of tires in this same location a couple days ago. Not to mention he said he would do it for the same price.They also charged me $17.00 for tire disposal of 4 tires. I took my take off tires with me!!! RIP OFF!These guys are incompetent and they DO NOT honor their agreements or responsibilities to customers.They have seen my last dollar! Purchase here at your own risk. SHAME ON YOU GUYS. How short sided. I own 7 vehicles. And buy a lot of tires.BUYER BEWARE!

This place totally rocks the customer experience. Rob the service manager is extremely professional and patient. Great guy!The techs Jesse and Demetrius are so helpful and super friendly. If you re looking for a standup experience and not get taken advantage of then this is a great business to use. I ve used them twice - both for punctured tires living and driving around KCMO.Rob - thank you again, very much appreciate your team. My jeep doesn t even have 50,000 miles on it.When they called to give me a quote on brake services they told me I needed new rotors and brakes for $500. I told them I only needed pads. I was then told well we have to take everything apart anyway and with all of that labor the rotors really don t cost anything So basically trying to tell me that they have to take my rotors off just to replace the pads and it s going to basically cost the same either way (yea, sure). I told them I still wanted just pads. They said they had to call me back with a different quote.1.5 hours later I had to call them back. They told me they had had the quote for a while but we re just busy. They then quoted me $219 dollars. I ve only ever changed my own brakes so I was a little shell shocked. I understand with labor it was going to be more. But, I had such a bad taste in my mouth I just told them I didn t want any services. Over An hour later my jeep is still up, no tires on.I dropped my car off at 9am and it s now 4pm great service.

My wife and I had a great experience with the entire team. Nichole and Robert are very service oriented and when we had a minor problem with my wife's tire they took care of it without hesitation. Great customer service and very friendly team.

Took my car in for an oil change, got a call that there was a nail in my tire and it couldn't be patched and that i needed to pay $300 for a new tire. Took it to costco where i got my tires and there was no nail, no hole, no need to pay $300. Never coming back again.

Caleb and Robert were great! I had taken my car originally somewhere else to get diagnostics checked, but called good year to compare pricing. After deciding to take it to Goodyear instead, I was informed that the other shop had actually lied on my diagnostics and was setting me up to buy updates that were not needed. Goodyear saved me time and money and I cannot thank them enough. Recommend to any and all car owners.

Easy to schedule appointments, very friendly service, they stand behind their work, Quality service. They are very competitive priced, and reliable. I won't take my car anywhere else. Robert at the front desk is awesome to work with!

Don t bother trying to get work done here, they ve given me the run around for two weeks now. My first appointment was canceled due to the wrong availability being displayed. Frustrating but understandable. They told me I could reschedule for Monday or Tuesday the next week. Then the morning of my rescheduled appointment I get a call saying, once again, they don t have the availability to help me and this time they would be booked out for ANOTHER week. What a scam. Don t waste your time with them like I did.

Great service. Got a flat and called to see if they could fix it. They told me they were super busy this whole week, but made an appointment for a couple of days later. Called me the next day to see if I could bring it in early, and they were able to get it done that day. Thanks for your flexibility and effort, even when you're slammed!

I am reposting because this was deleted!!!I have come here for years. Now, however, the service has become terrible. I made an appointment, brought my car in before 8am, and the repair was not even attempted that day!!!! When I called to ask about progress, the man on the phone offered NO apologies, just said that he was not responsible for how the shop was run, he was only responsible for the front. He said I could speak to the person who took my keys that morning, but how was that going to help? The car was not repaired, and I would have to leave it overnight or possibly bring it back the next day. Why would I want to do that? So I could walk to work again? So I could reschedule my life around this repair again? So they could elect to not fix it aagain? The complete disregard for my time and the lack of even an apology is ridiculous. There have been other instances when this shop has overextended their service people, but it was communicated to me and as an understanding person, we were able to find a solution. Now, however, they are not only overextended and over promising, they don't care to communicate or even apologize for MASSIVE inconvenience. Its ridiculous how bad this shop has gotten. Go elsewhere.

Promptly greeted me as soon as I walked in the door. Assisted me in determining the appropriate tires for my vehicle. Informed the installation would take approximately one hour. In one hour my vehicle was completed and ready to go. I appreciated all of the plastic barriers used on my vehicle interior to protect it. Professional service, great customer service.

They set a Saturday early appointment and was professional throughout! I was in and out in a hour! A hour you hear? Manager Mike was great as was all the technicians. Fastest tire change ever and Goodyear tires to boot. Highly recommended.

This Goodyear location is one of the finest and most reliable in the Brookside/Waldo area. Mike, Robert, and the entire Team is very courteous and accomodating. Even with the labor shortage, they still get the job done in a timely manner! Highly recommend!

I came into Kansas City from Ohio. I had a concern with my car when I arrived. I searched the web for a local shop. I found Goodyear on Wornall. I called them and they said they didnt have any openings but if I could drop it off they would work me in. I dropped off my car at 8am. By noon I recieved a call from Mike. He was super helpful and did not try to sell me anything I didnt need. I would recommend this business to anyone local or from out of town. I do not normally do reviews but wanted everyone to know this is a great business.

Had a very good experience here. I was ready to pay $200+ for a new battery, but they investigated and found the problem to be a loose wire. My dead battery issue was solved within the hour and they charged me nothing. Honest guys.

I have been a customer here for years after choosing them based on Google reviews. They constantly impress with timely work, friendly and helpful customer service, and excellent work. They also refrain from constant upselling that other chains will sometimes engage in. Because of this, I know that if they recommend a part or service, it is actually something that I need. I recommend them wholeheartedly.

This place is next to Big O Tire, and across from Firestone. What's with the placement of three tire stores right next to each other? Well someone recommended me to Goodyear, and the people were super helpful.

My experience with this Goodyear Automotive repair shop has been nothing but painful!! I was quoted a price & how long it would take. They took advantage of my situation, by me being in St. Louis and my daughter going to school in KC. They said the job would about 2.5 to 3.5 hours long. 7 hours long!!! Then they crack a plastic tube that they can't get until Monday!!They told me the price would be $478. Not even close $ 652!! $100 to put anti-freeze in. Apparently Gravity doesn't work the same way in KC as it doesn't in St. Louis and the rest of world!! They have to use a machine to put it in the anti-freeze and get all the air out of system. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THESE RIP-OFF ARTISTS!!!

Had a pickup truck that needed a new starter. They got me in right away and installed a remanufactured starter in just a few hours. I was very pleased with that. But 14 months later, the starter failed. It has a 12-month warranty, so I'm out of luck--no break on the price of another one. I know that a warranty is a warranty, but I expected the starter to last a lot longer than 14 months. Must be a parts defect. The factory starter lasted 19 years.

Love this Goodyear Tire location!! They are super friendly, efficient and effective. They give you spot on easements and they don't try to sway you to fix something that you can't afford or don't need. They are truthful and not greedy. I've been to other places and they are not as good as Goodyear Tire. I recommend them to people all the time. I'll be coming back here always

Almost all Tire pressure shops were closed... There was this only guy working here in the shop.... He helped me with my Tire pressure & was really nice & professional.Such employees are an asset.

They had my oil change done within an hour and had fair prices. Synthetic "blend" was about $65 and it came with a free tire rotation. I'd recommend this place for a quick oil change!
