I went in to Gerber a year ago to get both of my bumpers fixed. I didnt have any luck with Vincent or John king when I found out two weeks after I got it fixed my bumper was falling off again. Recently I had the pleasure of speaking with Paul Watson and he was very professional and explained everything very well and even though it wasn t his mistake that caused this in the first place he was lots of help and made sure my bumper was taken care of correctly.Service: Body & Trim

It was an absolute pleasure to work with the Gerber team on Vivion Road! John and Marsha were always friendly and very responsive. My insurance brought us to Gerber, but I would recommend Gerber to anyone with collision and glass needs, whether on your own or through insurance. The entire process was easy and stress free. Most of the front end on my Ford Escape needed replaced. John and his team had it in, repaired, and returned to me in 9 days. My Escape looks like it just rolled off the dealership lot! I am so impressed and pleased with the entire process. Thank you!!

I had my front and back bumpers repaired due to garage parking problems. They are very nice and professional. They did a fairly good job, especially for the time and the price. However, I always take a picture of my mileage before I get work done anywhere and then take one after. They put 60 miles on my car. I don't even put 60 miles on my car in a week. They had it 2 days. For bumper work. When we questioned it, they said that we were wrong and they wrote down a mileage that did not represent what my picture showed. Sometimes, I think I would have more respect for a company if they were just like "yeah, we drove your car around", than straight up calling me a liar. That's really the only issue, but it's kind of thing because how did they treat my car when they were driving around for 60 miles?Service: Body & Trim

Between the tow truck company, and Gerber they cleaned out my car before I could even find it. After a week of searching for it. And they lost my key, Did nothing to fix it. Just called my mom and i, telling me to call the tow truck company to figure out where it was .... I had important documents and expensive sunglasses and a few things that I had will never see again.

CAN YOU SAY GREAT SERVICE???I don't even know where to begin!Through this whole process Troy and Marsha have been amazing and very transparent with communication. Long story short, there was some water damage that my car endured and I was so worried. And Why wouldn't I be? This has never happened to me.Thankfully I was blessed to be referred to Gerber Collision! Troy has been very straight forward with me through this whole process and took the time to explain my options in detail, which gave me a sense of comfort knowing that I and my vehicle were being taken care of. I went to the shop and met with Troy and he gave me a step by step process of what would or could happened and it really gave me InSite on what to do next! Marsha was very quick to relay communication between Troy and I and it made this process so smooth and painless as well. I will NEVER take my car to another shop if something like this happens again. Gerber is now my place and I am happy to say I would recommend them to friends, family and strangers! Not only is their work pristine, the customer service will blow you out of the water!Thank you Gerber, and HUGE thank you to Troy & Marsha! :)

Going through the process of USAA insurance to get my car repaired: Gerber is a USAA approved location to get an inspection before you can actually get your vehicle approved for repairs. My experience was nice until the woman who schedules the repairs called. She s very off putting.I informed her that I would like to make an appointment but I would like to explore my options as I have the right to use any body shop and I would give her a call if I didn t want to move forward with them. This was the moment she started to have an attitude with me, she inquired as to why, I informed her that I was more comfortable using a Toyota certified auto shop because color matching to my decently new vehicle. She gave me more sass and said I better call her back to cancel, which I repeated that I said I had planned to.I called back today, the next day, to cancel because I definitely wasn t going to use them due to yesterday s interaction. She continued to speak to me in a snotty tone while I was canceling my appointment, so she might just wake up like that.

"Marsha" needs to learn some phone etiquette. The whole place does really. I called in and was treated like I'm wasting their time.We were told *by our insurance* that Gerber will Valet our car to the shop. "Marsha" sternly let me know they "haven't done this since before covid"Covid is over, and you probably need to get with your "in-network" insurance providers to make sure your shop and the providers are on the same page.

Marsha was nice at the front desk,greeted me as soon as I walked in, friendly, answered all my questions. John helped on the dealing with my vehicle, he was also quick and nice and answered questions. I highly enjoyed that there was a link sent where I could easily check the status of my repairs. My quoted time was roughly a week and half through the web page but I dropped it off on a Monday morning, and was able to pick it up that Wednesday before they closed! Super fast and friendly, and worked with my insurance. Good place!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I walked in here in a frenzy my anxiety out the roof. This people were amazing. Customer service was on point. They got my car checked in and kept me updated thru the whole process. I didn't even have to worry about getting to my rental car because it's a satellite office for Enterprise within an hour I was set for my car to be fixed and with my rental

Took my car here for an insurance quote. Not sure if she was just having a bad day or what but the woman working the front desk seemed annoyed with my presence. Just basic customer services goes a long way and I did not receive that here. Plenty of other shops to choose from where they value your business.

Nobody wants to be in an accident, it can be a major inconvenience. Gerber took all of that stress away the moment I stepped in the door. My CSR Amanda walked the car with me, discussed what was going to happen and had a rental car company on standby. I received status updates via text message twice a week letting me know where my car was in the repair process, and my repair was done more than a week sooner than the projected time. The whole experience was painless. I hope I never have to use Gerber collision repair services again, but it's good to know they're there.

Wrecked my car back in November. Took it here. They failed to fix everything wrong with my car. I now have put in 2,400 dollars of MY money to fix what THEY didn t. Yes, I m getting paid back by my insurance BUT this shouldn t be my responsibility. If I could I d rate this place 0(zero) stars. PLEASE TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. Gerber took care of me like no other! Back when this location was originally CarStar I had some bodywork done as a result of an accident on my brand NEW car. I ended up with a paint issue and after fighting with the original company(CarStar) Gerber took care of my issue just to help. They ABSOLUTELY did not have to do anything, but there are still good people and good companies in the world. Please, if you value respect, come see these people. It is worth your time! I can not thank you enough for everything, Vivion Rd. Gerber Collision, you still prove there are honest and genuine people out there. They did the work we needed for what insurance paid us. They did a good job. I appreciate all the communication Devon gave. There were some hiccups that couldn t be helped. They frustrated them as well as my family and I. I tried to make sure they knew that sometimes that s just how it goes and they were great through the whole process!!!

VERY RUDE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY. I went to Gerber for an estimate and repairs to my vehicle after I was hit by another vehicle.I had a feeling the entire experience would be painful, because it was a matter of dealing with someone's insurance, but Gerber went above and beyond. A Mr. Rob wrote my estimate, and he was very curt and demeaning throughout the experience. He also did not even take pictures underneath my front bumper, which would have been very easy to do and would have revealed further damage. His estimate did not include in it other damage that was revealed when I went to another mechanic to confirm the estimate. Now, Gerber will not amend the estimate and will only guarantee the bare minimum work revealed in their estimate.
