Used to recommend them, not anymore. The lady that runs it is very nice but the mechanic doesn't seem to know what he's doing. Spent almost a grand replacing parts for the car to be worse then before. After multiple visits ended up taking it to another shop that isn't poking around in the dark replacing parts. Feel bad for the lady who runs it she seems like she genuinely cares*edit* other shop said they left off an important bolt, strippeda different important one that cant just be replaced, and bent another part. They did over 1300 dollars in damages. They had also broken parts when fixing it before and had to replace them.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Great shop, they did spot on diagnostics, and repairs. The prices were better than anyplace else. They helped me by breaking down what was wrong with my car and helping me get it done a piece at a time. They worked with me by showing me what needed to be done now and what could wait till my next paycheck. They've earned a customer for life with me!!

My ten year old car overheated on I-70. The fluid drained out of the radiator and I wound up having to get towed. The tow truck driver recommended this place, Fletcher's on Truman.I am so glad he did! The woman running the front desk could tell that I was having a rough day from the moment we pulled up. Even though I didn't have an appointment, and the place was obviously busy, she took care of me right away. They had the radiator replaced that same day, and put a new thermostat in.They didn't try to sell me a bunch of extras I didn't need, and they were clear about everything they were doing and what it would cost.This is my new mechanic shop. There are places closer to me, including national chains, but I've become a loyal customer here.

Helpful and professional, the mechanic was clean, the price was great, the lady that helped me was very nice, friendly & professional. The work was done quickly and my car looks great! Very impressed, will return myself and recommend Fletcher's to everybody!

Don't use them, the mechanic is always on break, the lady in the office can never give you a straight answer about your vehicle. They always give you the run around. They had my daughters vehicle for a month and half we spent over $1900 and it still don't run right. This place is a scam.

Took it in for a thermostat and water pump check (vehicle running hot) they didn't even look at it before they were talking about it possibly being a head gasket (a 1200 fix vs 400) they called the next day saying it was indeed the head gasket. Over the weekend we took it apart ourselves(a three hour job for this particular vehicle) and found the thermostat to be faulty. Replaced it, a distributor rail seal, and the battery. Still have had no indication of a blown head gasket. There was also no evidence that anything on or around the water pump was removed. Although we have had the vehicle run hot since, we have narrowed it to likely being pressure related. Altogether cost of the repair (excluding the battery) was under 30. Be wary of attempts to upcharge for unnecessary repairs. Update: Final fix was a thermostat and faulty radiator cap. about 50 bucks plus labor (0 for us since we did it ourselves). Hasn't run hot since.

I ve been taking my vehicles there for nearly 30 years. I have had body work and engine repairs both done there. The body work has always been excellent and the engine work is 1st class.

I took my 2006 dodge charger Daytona 5.7hemi there thay did a exelent job on my Dayton and I would recommend Fletcher to eney one ho loves thair car

Mechanic is incompetent. Doesn t know what he should. Receptionist/manager is rude and argumentative when told things were done wrong
