By FAR the most professional mechanics I've ever worked with. Consistent communication and incredible quality of work performed. Wont go to anybody else besides these guys! Worth every bit of what you pay

Critical : professionalism, communicationFisher had my Audi for four months never fixed my problem.When I complained that I didn t believe they had done anything and had found the part myself , I was then told that he would have to research how and may not have the equipment. So I told them I would take it somewhere else to be repaired,they got angry, they did not charge me the diagnostic charge but left my car worse then I bought it to them. Worst customer service ever. I had to initiate calls and was never able to speak to the owner himself just the receptionist. Now beyond the initial repair my car needs I will also have to pray it can be repaired because of water left on my car floor and wires left exposed in the water. I am so angry if I could give a post lower than one I would Service: Electrical

I love these people. Listen, I've dealt with a bunch of places over cars, but Fishers is there best place in KC for electrical problems with your car. The diagnostic price is a little on the higher end but it is well worth it. The people here are friendly and know their stuff. Mr.Fisher and his team kept me up to speed on everything that was going on. I can say this. For what I payed for is half of what any other shop would have charged.I WILL NOT take my cars to anybody else for an electrical problem!

DO NOT RECOMMEND my car was there for over a week and the part I needed was $200 everywhere else and he charged $500 for the part! $300 more dollars then the part was for IN ADDITION to the $260.00 charged for labor!!!!! AGAIN THUMBS DOWN! I DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!!!! I will tell everyone I know BEWARE of this place!!!!!!

Excellent mechanics and fair treatment. Glenn is a hard worker and honest salesman. Forgive the tight squeeze - ya gotta work with what you've got, and parking space is a premium commodity in this area.If youre thinking of taking your auto repair work to Fisher Auto, you wont be making a mistake.

Was quoted a price of 150.00 dollars by owner.When I brought vehicle in he said the price was now gonna be twice that.It is so frustrating trying to support some of these business's.For someone to just price gouge in such a manner outrageous. Never ever get my business again

I had them replace my transmission and they didn't even tighten up the pan. They damaged my vehicle and they where suppose to fix it but he said he couldnt find the parts. Do not waste your money.. Go somewhere else

Well my car has been at fisher automotive for 2 years for a computer issue gave him 500$ just to get started on my vehicle kept giving me the runaround week in week out until a month ago he said he had to put wires back together and put fenders on today i finally had enough of seeing my car above another car on the lift im finally pulling it i wouldn't recommend going to them for anything unless you dont need your car for 3 years!!!
