I have been coming here for over 20 years, management changes but the service doesn't. Doug and Devin and techs took care of my vibration issue on my Toyota 4Runner with large 33" tires. Now riding very smooth on the freeway after rebalancing.

They made schedule, dropoff and pickup process easy. They were also upfront and accurate on all the costs. They also went above and beyond being able to get in a safety check so I wouldn't need to wait another 10 days for that.

So I stopped by without an appointment to see if they could check on a check engine light to see if it was something that would need to be left for a long time or something that could wait. I asked if they could just check the check engine light and he said I would have to leave it for diagnostic. I didn t care about the amount of money they were going to charge, but it seemed crazy to leave it all day just to check out what the lcheck engine light says. Apparently, I wasn t allowed to question that issue and he proceeded tell me he was not interested in doing the work. That s fine I guess the thousands of dollars that I have spent without questioning fire stone at this location is irrelevant and I won t be doing business again.

I woke up to a flat tire this morning due to a nail. I chose this location as it was close to my work and opened at 7am. I do not have a flexible work schedule and needed a quick fix. I was able to get my tire patched for a low cost and within 45 minutes. Doug at the front was excellent.

I ve been coming here since moving from San Francisco for over 20 years. Never had a bad experience. I recently had my tires rotated and balanced. Smooth as silk. Not easy to balance 33 tall tires.Service: TiresService: Tires

Worst Firestone location, NOT women friendly. Didn t ask me which level oil change I wanted and automatically gave me the most expensive one. Also was rude and condescending over the phone. Will not be returning.

The staff was friendly and understanding when I had a financial situation. Although I did have to go back multiple times I don't think I've heard my car run this well in a long time. I do question the reasoning skills during the first visit regarding charging a battery versus just replacing it in order to work on the car since it was still covered under warranty. Still overall great service and I'm glad I was introduced to the Firestone card.

Dishonest. Went in for a diagnostic with my sister and we were quoted $1,400 to fix. I decided to get an opinion from a second mechanic who said it was a simple fuse repair and fixed it for only $120 later. It s sad they think they can take advantage of someone because they are young or a woman.

I wish I would have read the reviews before bringing my vehicle here. I called Tuesday and asked if they had any appointments for an oil change the following day. They told me to drop off the next day and they could get me taken care of. Perfect. Took vehicle in, they were running a special for $9.99 inspections, so I figured why the heck not and told them to add the service. They called me a few hours later and said my car was ready, but my battery was testing very low. Which was weird to me, considering I have had NO problems with the car. They mentioned how it was so low that it shouldn t even start. I declined thier service for a new battery. The only thing they reported was my battery. Now my tire pressure light is on again(after having tires rotated and air in them), my engine light came on, and the oil change light came on(which is weird considering that was the reason for the vehicle going to Firestone in the first place). I have called 5 times today and not a single answer. Take your business elsewhere if you can.Edited to add Firestone finally answered the phone. Spoke to Doug the manager that knows what he s talking about , and said it would be $1,300 to fix an issue that wasn t a problem until they worked on my vehicle. Doug was rude for absolutely no reason, and said this is a common problem with this type of vehicle. We posed the question, why d it s break, during the oil change process, and he said why does anything break .Overall terrible experience.Service: Oil change

My appointment was at 2:00 but they got me in and out by 3. So I was happy about that. But I sure it all depend on what you getting done also. But over all good service.

Not a tire shop. Had a nail/flat. Dropped car off at 845. Called at 3, hadn't checked it yet. Called back 5m later, couldn't be fixed and didn't have quote for a matching tire. 2 stars only because they were nice when they told me their company policy was that they had until 4:00 p.m. to check a tire for a same day drop off. Good people, bad policy.

Great experience. From making my appt online to the staff in store. Went to get the lifetime alignment. Was given a free alignment check (which they offer) and was told my alignment was good so wasn t charged anything. Also they didn t try to up sell me. They were all very well polite.

I took my car here to get my alignment checked after I had an appointment with Big O Tires and was waiting for an hour and half and Big O Tires still hadn't looked at my car.They were friendly and helpful on the phone and when I stopped by unexpectedly they went out of their way to fit me in. And then gave me an honest and helpful assessment. All much appreciated!

Went there to get my tires balanced and wasn't notified that my wheels were bent. They just "balanced" it and called it good. I went back there after purchasing 2 new rims to mount my tires and was told that they do not mount used tires.Update 3/30/19- John, the store manager, gave me a call back and helped resolved the problem so that this does not happen to anyone else. He was very friendly and professional. I changed the rating from 1 star to 3 stars and am willing to give them another chance.

Called them to setup an appointment for an alignment, and told them that I had the car aligned 9-10 months ago and was told it had a 1 year warranty on it. The guy over the phone laughed and told me it wouldn t be covered, without hearing me out or seeing the car. Real professional. I ll take my viper somewhere else and pay them to not be condescending.

Very bad experience. Went in to have 2 tires balanced. Pretty simple instructions. They rotated the tires instead. That should take 30 min or so. Took and hour and a half. Went back in. They were very sorry, put the tires back where they were supposed to be. They said they balanced the tires and they came out perfect. Left again, tires still not balanced. Went back. They told me it was my new wheels that were 1.25 pound out of balance. Knowing this was not true, I left. Figured 3 hours of my life wasted was enough. Went to another shop with people that know what they are doing. Tires balanced out perfectly and was on my way in 30 minutes. They have no knowledge of the equipment or how to use it.

I went there because I had a nail in my tire. I had purchased my tires from Firestone in Texas where I always got wonderful service. This store was the exact polar opposite. The guy wouldn't even look at the tire. He just kept telling me how he had only one technician until 9 am. Seriously, on a Saturday!!! This is the second Firestone in this area that wouldn't even look at at a tire much less work on it.

Went in on a Saturday morning to get several things changed and/or repaired. They told me it would be ready around 4:00 or 5:00 PM the next day, understandable. Sunday comes, and they call me around 10:30 AM, vehicle ready for pick up! Fantastic work in a very timely manner. Very friendly staff and great customer service! I will definitely be returning,

Went in for an oil change and to see what was wrong with my check engine light. They asked if I wanted to replace my air filter for $30. Ended up putting one that was $65. Said they were out of stock and had already put it in and told me after they had brought my car out for pick up. Ended up spending $112 dollars on an oil change and air filter. Deceiving customers of the price is shady and poor business practice. I hope their management addresses this with their sales team and don t do this to other customers in the future. Won t be taking my vehicle back to them in the near future.Thanks

We were 10 minutes late to our appointment that we waited three days for and they canceled it. I called them to let them know I was running behind but they sent their tech to lunch. Never again.
