Should be ashamed tried to get me to do over 3,000$ worth of work that wasn t needed. Got a diagnostic from them and when they quoted the part prices & labor. I knew immediately they were trying to get over. Because parts they said were bad were replaced less than 2 months ago. I took vehicle to another person more local & they showed me under my vehicle and actually explained everything too me . only 2 of the 8 parts Firestone told me needed to replaced actually needed it. I wish I could give them 0 stars. My mom went here a while ago & experienced the same thing !

Staff ALL very friendly & personable, waiting area clean & accommodating.Had full tire replacement service... car runs a lot smoother & I'm very pleased w/the service I received.Only reasons I didn't submit 10's to all survey questions is despite arriving early for my appointment {the 1.5 Hour Est Wait Time} was doubled to 3hours for a tire change (plus inflation of all 4 tires varied between 2-6 PSI).My decision to choose Firestone was governed by a price assessment in comparison with several competitors ...The "Out The Door Price" calculated by Firestone's web site Won Out...However, it ended up being considerably off mark.Despite price discrepancy, it was still comprable & somehow I feel more assured with Firestone's Warranties & Services.Ultimately I'm Happy with the decision of choosing Firestone for my Car Maintenance & look forward to repeat future business. THANK You Firestone... Joel.

I was talking to my agent about my appointment and a guy with a whole other customer rudely interrupted and started scolding me like a kid. I only finished my appointment because the guy helping me was awesome and apologized for him. Come to find out the guy yelling was the manager. I will never do business there again

Called the day before to make sure they could fit me in for a simple oil change and tire patch. Dropped off my car at 8 when they opened. Came back at 5:30 pm and was told they couldn t get it done. I told the rep I left it here at 8 am and didn t get a call all day. Nothing. No apology or anything. Not even a shrug. Just asked if I wanted to leave the ticket open and leave the car or bring it back tomorrow. I thanked him for my keys and let him know I don t have time for a repeat incident so I wouldn t be having the work done there. Still no attempt to make it up or even a simple apology.

The guys in the shop are very easy to work with. I got great advice selecting a snow tire and wheel package for my 2017 Miata a few years ago. I have them switch up my snow and summer tires every year as well as have other work done there. I trust these guys.

When I got the road hazard package, I was not planning on using it less than a week later, but in KCMO you can't take a chance with the roads. They got me in and fixed with a new tire in less than a day with no appointment. These people are great!

We made an online appointment for a simple oil change for noon and it sat there all day with no one working on it. They close at 6 instead of 7 like their website says so if we hadn t gone to check on it right before 6 we wouldn t have been able to get the car back, and no one would have told us.

Very helpful and informative. They do the diagnostic. And relay the importance of what needs to be done and what can wait. I also like that their credit card has the delayed interest on the card if you pay within 6 months. The larger the bill, the months are extended. I have been dealing with Firestone for 15 years. If I have a problem with a repair, they honor it and fix it.

I just called because my tire is flat and I'm stranded with three kids in the car. The person who answered the phone asked to put me on hold and I hadn't heard him because one of my kids was talking so I'd asked him to repeat what he'd said and he said "Can I put you in hold" in a very slow and very condescending tone. He then later answered and said he wouldn't be able to look at it today but I can drop it off. I explained that I couldn't do that with three kids and he then rudely stated that he has 30 appointments he's trying to get through and then sighed loudly and said "But you can come by and I can try to see if I can look at it today" in a super annoyed tone of voice. He then said to someone else who was there "I'll be with you in a minute sir." in a tone clearly meant to imply that I was wasting his time. It was so off-putting I just told him I'd call somewhere else. I'd rather have my car towed then go to someone who is so insultingly rude just because they are close and I have a flat. That's supposed to be their job. I get that they're busy but there is no cause for rudeness when someone calls about a flat. It's a tire shop. That's what it's supposed to be for. I'll take my business somewhere that respects their customers. Unless you like being talked down to I would recommend calling someone else.

Nick was great. Kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and options. He even applied the coupon before I asked. Overall a great job.

Went in because I needed my car inspected for tags...and felt they tried to scam me. The repairs recommended are a lot cheaper elsewhere.

Ok. This sadly is a part 2 complaint. The Truman location had our car three different times over a span of a month. Not going to list their dirty laundry on here as I laid them flat already on that review. This location at least could diagnose the problem correctly the first time. However, the diagnosis has to do with our brakes, which were not a problem until after the Truman crew overtightened them the first time they worked on our car. The Wornall location wants over a 1000$ to fix their screw up. Luckily we have family in the auto industry in St. Louis who informed us the parts even at a premium level only cost at best 300$. Nice try Wornall go pull the wool over someone else's eyes. Firestone seems to have a nice little racket going on I guess. And not only that we had trouble getting our car back from the Wornall crew. Firestone website for this location and Google maps both said the place closes at seven. We walk in at 630, DOORS UNLOCKED, to be aggressively told "WE'RE NOT OPEN". We didn't owe any money, everything was already paid for, we just needed the keys. AND WE THE CUSTOMERS, politely responded with that information even though we were being talked to unprofessionally. The guy throw his hands on the air while telling us he'd still have to process us through the system. We had to return the next day to get our keys to our car. So folks. Save yourself time, money, stress, and your overall peace of mind and DONT GO TO ANY FIRESTONE LOCATION. This company needs an overhaul.

1st class service. The online appointment did not work. The store never got that request but they still took in our car and had the repair needed done quickly.

I made an appointment for a simple tire patch and they kept my car for several hours and did not service my car at all. When I went to pick up the car, they initially refused to give me my car back, claimed the tire was "impossible to repair," I had transmission failure, my battery was shot, and I had no oil in my car!? when all i had asked them to do was patch the tire. I drove the car to be patched elsewhere with no issues. Do not go here. Waste of time.

Don't bother trying to make an appointment. They just say that the online system is useless but have no solutions for fixing it. The employee I spoke with when I showed up was a bit patronizing and questioning why I'd use the online scheduling system instead of calling. This was my first experience with a Firestone and will be my last.

Rating 1 star because I cannot rate 0 stars. Made a appointment for tire repair, but they kept the car for 2 days and never made the repair. No calls or updates. When I said we would take it somewhere else, the response was "Fair enough." I guess they just don't care. Over the past 15 years we have bought four sets of tires there. We will NOT be back.Service: Tires

They did amazing on my car. I had a flat tire and several other issues and they took care of everything super fast, very PS patient with me when I needed to pick my car up a bit later than usual, and always tried their best to explain what they were doing. Highly recommend!

I generally have a good experience at this location and continue to make it my first choice for inspections, tires, and alignments. The Firestone card allows me 6 months same as cash for those bigger purchases. My only complaint is that the wait is always insidiously long, even with an appointment - so drop it off if you can.

Today, after picking up groceries at Aldi, my Honda would not start. I walked over to Firestone and they very kindly gave me a jump start, out in the rain, no less. I offered to pay but the gentleman said no. Thanks to them I was back on the road in no time.

I bought a set of new tires here last year and had a fairly pleasant experience. They appear to be under new management, and I would avoid at all costs. The employee's I dealt with were extremely rude. My wife dropped our car off in the morning and when she asked if they would be able to do a simple tire repair that day the person she spoke to was dismissive and said they will get to it when they get to it. I called back during the day to check on the progress and was left on hold for 15 minutes before I hung up. When I called back in the evening to see if they would be able to have it done at any point THE NEXT DAY I was given the same dismissive attitude, and told my wife should have made an appointment. I asked if people usually made appointments for getting tire damage and was told: "usually people just deal with it, or go someplace else." I will definitely be going someplace else in the future and I encourage you to do the same.Service: Tires

I bought new tires from here less than 6 months ago and have had problems ever since. The morning after I had them installed, one tire was almost flat. I was able to drive it up to put air in it but I wasn't able to get it back for repair during business hours. When the tires were installed I asked them specifically to check the valve stems. When they repaired it I was told it was a valve stem leak. I've had to put air in at least one tire almost weekly. Friday one tire was very low. I could not get it to hold air but called them Saturday morning to tell them I needed to once again have my tires checked. It's still under warranty. I was told they could not get me in for 9 days. I cannot do without a car for that time period and tried to explain it to them. After asking to speak to the manager I was told he'd have to call me back. In the meantime, I contacted the store in OP to get an appointment for Monday. Ill have to leave my car there and take off work.My tire is now totally flat so I'm either going to have to pay for a tow, have someone put on the spare for me or buy an air pump and see once again if I can get it to hold air. I've had to go without a car over the weekend and am thankful I did not get a flat while driving. I regret not going to Costco. I'm very displeased with their serviceService: Tires

Rude and poor customer service. I see several reviews here on the rude customer service being common. They took a while on my vehicle but was able to get it done.

Zero stars if I could, in fact I'd like to subtract stars from other reviews. This was straight-up the worst customer service I have ever seen - DO NOT TRUST YOUR CAR TO THESE PEOPLE. So I had a pretty long trip planned and noticed the tread on one of my car's tires was very worn. My old shop had closed down a few years back so I decided to throw some business to a local neighborhood place rather than Costco. I called first for an appointment, so maybe they could get me in at THEIR convenience. and it might not take as long I asked the woman for whatever day looked good, which was first thing in the morning 10 days away, so I went ahead and took it. She told me it wouldn't take very long to just change one tire (Lie #1). On the day in question I dropped the car off to them at 7:30 AM; the guy said "Okay we'll get on it" (Lie #2) and "I'll give you a call when it's ready" (Lie #3). About 5 hours, later I happened to be at the CVS in the same strip and walked over to check on my car...yup you probably guessed, it hadn't moved from where I parked it that morning. Around 3:00, I hadn't heard anything so I called and was told "Oh yeah, we're real busy but they're gonna get it done today" (Lie #4). By the way, their phone tree said their hours were 7 AM-7PM (Lie #5). At 6:00, still having heard nothing, I decided to drive over there before they closed, but found the place already locked up. An employee was still hanging out behind the place and agreed to go back in to get my keys. Otherwise they would've had my car hostage, but luckily it was still in the same place I had parked it. This was a nothing job, change one damned tire, and they not only blew it off, they never called to tell me they couldn't get to it. I will never step inside that place again and I'll make sure my family and friends know to run the other way. The only bright side is that after reading so many stories about their incompetence I'm glad they never touched my car. Costco it is!Service: Tires

Extremely poor customer service. They are dismissive and rude. I have given them more than several chances as I live in the neighborhood, however each time I m reminded why I need to stop. I was hung up on after having the *audacity* to ask if they could provide same-day service for my vehicle with 2 flats.
