Just stopped by to check it out and glad I did because this is some of the best customer service I have ever received in a shop! Talked to Adam on the phone multiple times and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. When I arrived for my oil change Dustin greeted me and thanked me for coming in today! Used to go to vavoline for a quick oil change but Express has me as a customer for life!

Very happy with my oil change today! I typically get my own oil filter because it s so hard to track down and I did, but it was wrong. The manager Mitch went to go get one himself. The staff here is great and prices are reasonable.

I hit a pothole just up the street on N Oak, my tire went flat right away and I couldn t believe my luck that Express Oil and Tire Engineers was right there for me to wobble into.I was immediately greeted with smiles and kind service. Mitchell was fantastic. He presented all my options and was friendly, communicative and helpful in every way. This location has a fantastic team of people, I will definitely be back.Thank you!!

My car was riding rougher than 60 grit sandpaper so I had to do something about. I heard great reviews about this place (which was surprising with how new it is), but once I pulled up, I knew why. Mitchell greeted me with a smile bigger than the Grand Canyon. He asked what was going on, told him, and he wanted to take a drive around the block to better understand. Upon doing so, his exact words were oh this is gross.. . So I knew he was going to be honest and upfront with me. To make a long story short, we took it in, had it checked it out. They had checked a few different things that it could ve been and narrowed it down to the transmission. Throughout the time being there, he made sure I was fed, thirst was quenched, and was comfortable in their VERY nice waiting room. Will be taking my car there from here on out with any problem. Big or small. And hoping Mitchell is there to help!

I was amazed by the kindness and the thorough walkthrough that I received at express oil change. Matthew was amazing, and if he treats everyone with the same kind of respect that I received then he deserves a raise. Everything went smoothly for my oil change, and the price was fantastic. My wife will be in the next one to come over there, and then I'll recommend my friends

Honestly, as someone who has worked in dealerships for about 7 years. These guys were phenomenal. Very thorough, didn't push unnecessary services and has absolutely amazing prices in comparison. I will definitely continue to go here and I recommend my friends and family to do the same.

Can t recommend this place enough!!!! I was there twice in the last week after buying a used car and everyone was SO nice and professional. I must give an extra special shout-out to Mitchell the Store Manager bc he was so nice and helpful explaining everything that was going on and definitely went the extra mile for me! And as a woman who admittedly knows nothing about cars, the level of transparency is a breath of fresh air! I will definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a mechanic. I will most definitely be back!!!! I even saw them helping a woman who randomly just stopped by asking if they could help her with a missing screw or something that she needed and didn t even worry about charging her!Thanks again

This company provides excellent customer service. I came in to replace two worn tires and the service manager discovered that I also needed new rear brakes. I appreciated Ethan s detailed explanations and advise regarding the much needed repairs. The accommodations for waiting were pleasant and comfortable. During my wait I was updated on the progress of the repairs. I will definitely return for future service on my car and highly recommend this company.

My best oil change experience ever. Yes, your oil change can be an experience. We were offered water, the kids got some suckers. They loved sitting in the car and listening/watching the whole process. I was thoroughly informed of my vehicles needs but not pressured to buy into anything more than the oil change. Customer service was top notch compared to other "quick lube" operations. I'll be going back soon for new tires.

I got a flat tire and they were able to order me a new one. I went back the next day and they already had my tires ready to put on. I was in and out in less than 20mins. Great experience all around. I will recommend this place to everyone I know.

Great service! Super fast and knew exactly what I needed. My car had been having trouble starting for the last week or so, the boys at Express Oil made sure I was taken care of and back on the road. I trust Mitch with all my car needs.

They were inexpensive. No appointment is needed. Got us in and out quickly for the number of people they had come in at that time. Had our oil changed, checked fluids etc, tires rotated, and balanced. Will definitely be going back!

I almost never leave reviews but I'm reviewing this place because of how blown away I am. I needed to get an oil change before going out of town this weekend and was quoted $110 from Valvoline and when I showed up there were huge lines so when I was on my way to another Valvoline I happened to see this place and pulled in. Mathew immediately came to my car and was so kind and informative. He got me in immediatelyand even brought me suckers for my boys.I had my oil changed, tires checked, windshield cleaned etc all within I believe less than 15 minutes. They also never tried to push more expenses or services on me. The store manager Ethan also came out and was very kind. I left with a ton of coupons and although the customer service blew me away the best part is it was almost $50 less than I expected to spend. They've gained a customer for life. Do yourself a favor and go here!

Extremely professional service completed very efficiently. Went in for an oil change and was out of there about 10 minutes later. We will continue to service our vehicles here and I highly recommend Express Oil Change & Tire Engineers.

Bravo...Best oil change ever and the most professional young men... Manager Mitchell and Dustin don't know if spelling is correct were fast and efficient the acting manager Mitchell was refreshing and Dustin was changing air filter in cabin inside my vehicle so gentle with my glove box...I will only go there so impressed..
