No I did not use this business. I encountered him on the highway as he Road raged because there was not a. Enough room for him to move over into my lane then he passes people unsafely without care cuts me off. I have video of the whole incident. I wouldn't use this company because of his ill mannered temper. Could care less about truck drivers?

When I'm in Arizona, there is a large selection of Mobile RV Repair technicians to come out and fix your rig, but when you start going north, if anything goers wrong, it often means dealing with the big dealerships who tell you they're booked out for a few weeks to a few months. I'm here in Kansas City on the way to Minnesota to see the grandkids when my water pump stops working. After contacting the top 5 Yelp reviewed Mobile RV Repair people, 2 contacted me to say they don't even do Mobile repair. 2 never responded. Then, Dexter from Elite Truck Repair called me, letting me know he could come out at the end of the day. Dexter texted me to let me know he would be here soon. When he arrived, he was a whirling dervish. He knew exactly what to do, where to get the part (which he left and was back in 20 minutes), and then had it installed 10 minutes after he got back. Super smart. Super experienced. And super nice. Having to travel without your water pump sucks. Calling Elite Truck Repair saved the rest of our journey from sucking. Big kudos to Dexter and the staff at Elite. They really cared and we did not lose a day of our trip.

Where do I begin? Elite truck repair is beyond amazing! They went above and beyond while fixing our semi. Joe and Dexter went out of there way twice taking us to the hotel. Yes they have shop dogs but they are the most well behaved dogs ever! They loved being petted by our toddler! And were so so gentle. And yes they barked but honestly what dog doesn't... They never once bothered us. Back to the repairs... Joe and Dexter and RJ fixed the rear main seal and the transmission output shaft. And when they found something else wrong they ALWAYS called and gave us a heads up and sent pictures of what was wrong. The whole 2 weeks we were in Kansas City getting fixed they made sure we were taken care of. They were all amazing with our toddler who liked watching them work and was running around outside . Oh and yes they all do carry firearms and it MADE US FEEL SAFE! We will be back and I will definitely recommend them to everyone in the Kansas city area needing work or even just preventative maintenance! Thanks Joe and team! 10+ stars!

Do not go here. Not only is the owner unprofessional he puts priority over trucks that have a higher bill to be paid and openly admits that he doesnt care what people think about it. Worse behavior by a so called business owner that i have ever seen in my life!!! And he never completed the job. The stopped because a larger company came in that needed work done.

Great service and employees. Brought my truck in for a rear main seal, shift solenoids, brake calipers, brake lines, and an entire front end rebuild. Brought it in on a Friday after work. The staff worked on it all weekend and made sure everything was in perfect condition. Any questions I had they were able to answer and make sure I knew what all was being done. I highly recommend Elite Truck Repair. I ll always bring my truck back. They even offered me a ride home when I brought my truck there. Then when repairs were complete offered to come pick me up. Thank you Elite, you have earned a forever customer.

They mark up prices on parts they pick up. They dont give u recipes with a breakdown of what u paid for. Guy hooks up a computer to my truck when i didnt even need the computer hooked up got charged 80 bucks for that. When it was all said and done i was the one who told the mechanic what the problem was. Last but not least they tried to charge me for 5hrs at a rate of 115 an hour because of miscommunication when the guy was there less then 2 hrs. I highly recommend u find another shop. I forgot Dexter threatened me with his 45 pistol as if i dont have one myself. I live by the wish creed anyways.

This guy knows his trade. I was told by the first mobile repair guy truck was dead in the water and it needed to be towed. Elite truck repair come looked over my truck found the doser valve leaking in these then 10 minutes. He ran to get the part and had me on the road in less then 2 hrs Thanks Elite

Need to give them another try for full accurate rating. Went in for either purge value or air dryer replacement... they automatically picked the more expensive part. Part seems to be working after a few hours.

Lobby area was a nightmare. A dog in the office barked the hole time and was annoying. The mechanics took 3 days to repair a drum on a tire and gave us the run around literally the hole time and charged us 3 times what it should have cost. Because we were from out of town and on top of everything when we finally got out of there. The front end shook horribly. If you want your vehicle fixed proper and right, I highly recommend that you not take your vehicle to ELITE.....

Always have had nothing but good things from here. Staff is always nice and they help with anything. My truck got brought into the shop on a weekend and needed a lot of work, the guys came in Saturday and Sunday and fixed everything needed. I ll definitely be coming back for all my truck needs.

Took truck for repair. Left lower radiator hose loose. Drained all fluids and engine overheated. Their staff came to our shop to resecure lower radiator hose. It drained all fluid again and shelled an engine.We took Truck to Molle Chevrolet truck center and had an engine installed. Now the owner is coming to our business armed with a gun. We also read he was going tonother businesses armed.Dexter must take responsibility for his mechanics actions. Own the mistake as it cost us 7k. Rather than sue this business for an engine we have left it alone. Police were called tonight and an arrest warrant was issued. We are filing ex-parts orders of protections and have hired security. I have authorized weapons at work to protect my staff. Crazy world we live in where you can trash an engine and demand payment armed!!

My Name is Richard I own a company and have been working here for months the entire time I ve been hereMy work truck has been broke down. At no fault of Elites I m on the third Transmission and have too move in to a closer contract near my family because they need me. I m married too Srgt Acevedo and she s The love of my life and our Five beautiful Children The oldest is Corporal In The US Marine Corp Currently serving all of us here back home. The wonderful Guys here at Elite are all coming in Tomorrow in Kansas City so I can finally go home and be with my family and teach our son to ride his new XMAS present a Honda CTR 80 Dirt Bike. Also I have too be at my new contract to work Monday Morning or I m not sure what will happen to my company . God Bless you guys. It s truly So So So Important. Also the is a winter freeze storm here. Very Slippery .

We had a billing issue regarding some invoices. The owner came down extremely volatile carrying a pistol intimidating our office staff. I would never recommend anyone deal with these people.

Horrible service. Came in with coolant leak, he found two leaks: egr valve, heater core. Release to change just heater core because got high price quote for egr valve replacement.After he change heater core it was still leaking, he told me that's not heater core, that's pipes that goes to heater core , they was no able to fix it because Volvo didnt have parts in stock. Its started leaking more..After everything try to charge me for 6 hours labor for heater core replacement, after long time complaints go down to 5 hours, all other shops take from 3 to 4 hours for replacement.Driving with leaks to other shop. .

Highly impressed with Dexter's knowledge in diagnosis with issues on equipment love the attention to detail he puts into his work to make sure the repairs are done correctly I always call Dexter before I call another shop have never had an issue with the repairs I ask to have done and if the shop catches something I have overlooked that needs attention they always let me know and leave it to my discretion first before repairs are done and constant updates during the repair couldn't ask for better service thank you Elite Truck
