I cannot THANK THESE GENTLEMEN ENOUGH! Last minute I realized I had a flat and didn t get a tow until 5:15pm. The tow showed up at 5:45 and by the time the tow got it down, it was nearly 5:55pm (keep in mind Discount Tire closes at 6:00). These guys were so nice and kind and understanding to work on my car and get my tire replaced when it was time for them to go home. Now that is customer service! Thank you to the guys at this location. You re AMAZING and I m SO GRATEFUL!!!

Continuing in the tradition of Discount Tire excellence, this location did not let me down! I've only been here once but they were great to do business with.See pic below for before and after. They installed my jeep's tires for a reasonable price. Got me in and out quickly. The staff were friendly and professional. The work was done to standard. All around, it's a great place to get tire stuff done.

First of all, an absolute huge shout out to Nick! But all these guys deserve a shout out as well!! I came in with a flat and walked out with 4 new tires. But Nick took the time to show me all my options and worked with me on getting me what I needed. But on top of that, Nick was able to recognize I was just going through it! He had so much compassion and empathy. I'm not sure Discount Tire knows just how lucky they are to have him.I've been a customer before but will definitely remain a lifelong customer because of Nick! Cannot recommend these guys enough!!! Thanks guys!

Being a return customer I am most pleased to say that I am still impressed. I was able to buy purchase and set up the installation appointment all on the Discount Tire website. Ordered the tires and made the appointment. Arrived on time and within 30 minutes the car had all 4 tires replaced. A good business shows when you see all of the customers being taken care of as they walk through the door. Great experience overall Great Job to Jasper (assistant manager) and all that made sure my vehicle was taken care of and has good quality tires for years to come. I know too that I will have to have tire repair in the future and great knowing that I can rely on Discount Tire.

Excellent customer service, great attention to detail! I was a little late to my appointment on a rather busy Saturday morning and they still fit me in very quickly. I brought my own set of brand new wheels and tires of which they took excellent care to mount and balance without any scratches or scuffs on the wheels. They mounted the raised letters outward and used black weights on my black wheels, all without me saying a word. I've had other places put silver weights on black wheels, scratch brand new wheels saying it's unavoidable, mismatch how the tires were mounted, and I've even had a place that threw all of the packaging from new wheels back into my vehicle. But this location did everything right without me even having to ask. They also shined up the new tires and disposed of the packaging from my new wheels. My new setup rides perfectly so I'm confident they are balanced well! I would highly recommend this location for all of your tire and wheel related needs. Thank you Discount Tire for going above and beyond!

Jasper was exceptionally wonderful in handling my tire need!! Went in for a nail and the tire couldn't be saved. He definitely worked a miracle for me to get a tire same day! VERY appreciative and I highly recommend!!

I'll be a customer for life! Their ability to squeeze in an urgent fix despite what's already on their plate has saved me more times than I can count. They really know their stuff and would never push a sale on you just for the sake of it. When I had a tire pop the other day, I drove straight here and since the tire was in stock, they were able to get me in and out in 45 minutes without so much as an appointment!!I've had my tires inflated for no charge several times, and they may even patch your tire for free (or cheap) if possible! Sure, you can't exactly get a full service on your vehicle at Discount Tire, but they will always be my first choice for tire maintenance. It's so refreshing to have kind and honest service in an industry that is often deceptive. Bless you Discount Tire.

I was extremely impressed with Nicholas who helped explain how Discount Tire works and Kendall who repaired my slow leak (nail) in my tire. I was shocked since it was FREE! Yes, no cost to me. I am telling everyone how quick my wait and how relieved I am to have it fixed. They do complimentary air in your tire checks too!

I took my car there and they quoted me $325 then after they finished they charged me $425 when I asked why is it like that they give me a really bad attitude and they made me look that I m lying and I told them that how much you quoted me for each tire they said yeah but that s your total now and they still charged me $425 I do not recommend anybody going there. After everything he is telling me that I m cheap because I ordered the cheapest tires and other customers was there. He said it loud enough for them to hear it and I will not take this From discount tire

My visit to this location was during the month of December 2021. I have been driving around with my new wheels for some time and I do not have any complaints. The customer service at this Discount Tire location is professional inside (lobby area) and outside (garage area). My appointment was early and I was finished within an hour. Furthermore, I really appreciated the music that was piping through the speakers. The inside music (lobby area) was low-key, pop/country laid back music. On the other hand, the garage area was alive with hip-hop/rap which really made me feel comfortable. A business that can balance the diverse needs of their consumers is always a plus. I ordered my wheels online and they were at a reasonable price. Overall, great customer service with excellent taste in music . I uploaded before and after pictures of my 2021 Trailblazer.

Absolutely fantastic! I had the wonderful experience of working with Mario who gave me all my options didn t pressure me to buy some thing I didn t need showed me the condition of my tires, explained to me thoroughly how long before I should replace all of them. Before I was even done talking with him. They had my vehicle and two new tires replaced and ready to go on the road. All of this took place over the course of a half an hour the day after I called and scheduled with them. What a wonderful experience I will definitely be back.

I highly recommend this location for all your tire needs. Very professional front desk staff, great costumer service, and amazing prices. I ve been to the location multiple times and have had the same awesome experience each time. Shout out to Nick for great customer service!

I love this organization. They always take care of my vehicle needs. From big or small. There's no place else I'd rather take my car. And they always have my specialty tires in stock which is great. :)

Not a good expierience overall, I've done business here with all 3 of my vehicles and the last time with my jeep was ridiculous to say the least will not be returning I do not recommend. Long story short I had to replace a wheel stud they blamed on me on a tire they were not even supposed to touch after telling them more than 3 times, I said oh well as I did not want them touching it further as I was already there for valve stems they didn't check and my new tires went flat. On a separate occasion I showed up in my renegade and an employee dinged my car and did not realize I was sitting I side of it as he was going to walkoff. Not a good experience and I've given them so many chances to prove me wrong because I have ALWAYS used discount tire my whole life. Big O here I come.

Went in without an appointment...was greeted in the parking lot upon exiting my vehicle. Immediately diagnosed my tires and by time I made it inside he had suggestions. Wanted Hankook tires and of course they didn't have in stock had to order...BUT...we paid at 2pm and tires were delivered a d installed and ready to pick up at 4 (2 hours later) which is great for tires they had to order! They even mounted one of the better tires I replaced for a spare tire thanks a lot Gabriel. Disappointed they dont service suspension or brakes but that will be another day and another review. Thanks Discount Tire!

The manager jazzy was very informative. And he told me everything that we needed to do. To get new tires period good customer service, stood by what they said they would do period would recommend them for new tires.

This was one of the most respectful and courteous businesses I have ever been to. Blake was very professional. He took care of our flat and had us on our way in under 30 minutes.

Ordered tires and setup appointment online for the first time ever so I really didn't know what to expect. Pricing for tires with installation was inline with the other big box tire stores. Communication after the order was excellent. Once checked in, start to finish was less than an hour. The only negative thing that comes to mind is that they were so busy seating was limited so a few more chairs or benches outside would have been nice. We will definitely purchase tires here again when our next car is due!

Update: Took a look at my tire and realized that 1 lug nut was missing. Discount tires a) forgot b)didn't have the lug nut lock and did not replace it with a new lug nut. Either way, if I was taking my car to be inspected it would have failed. The great experience I thought I had is now just a good experience. Where I am glad I noticed the mistakes and the mistakes were fixed but overall disappointed at the inconvenience and lack of communication.- had to drive back and get it replaced with a new lock lugnut.Old:Had a great experience with the efficiency to order and replace my damaged tire. Friendly and knowledgable staff. What would have taken my experience to the next level is for the spare tire to be put back in the spare storage compartment. I am not sure if this is the norm but this is a first for me.

I just left after getting tires mounted on new wheels. The crew in this shop works as a team to get the job done quickly and correctly. Everyone pays attention to detail. They were careful with my new wheels, and asked to make sure things were done the way I needed and nothing was forgotten. I have used Discount Tire many times before, and today reminded me why I keep coming back.

The people here are very helpful! I have been doing business with discount tires for many years and have been very satisfied! Tire discount price matches their competition without any hassle! They also offer a certificate program that covers your tires for anything to be replaced for 10 years or a tire depth of 3/32. Go see Chad or Jazzie they were very helpful in getting my new tires!

If you ever want to see what teamwork looks like, watch these guys! Very clean shop, professional crew, no pressure. They treated my vehicle like it was their own; with the utmost respect. Prices are VERY fair! This is why I continue to use Discount Tire for my wheel and tire needs!

Went to discount tires because I had two flat tires, knew I had to replace one but knew one should have been fixable, but they told me both needed replaced so I had to pay for two new tires. Thankfully they let me keep the tire that I was questioning if it was fixable, took it to where I got my car and they fixed it right up. Pretty sure it was just a bigger sale for them by selling two tires. And called and complained and dealt with someone who did not seem happy at all. Horrible customer service.

Alrighty, my partner and myself have been to this location three different times. Everytime, EVERYTIME (promise that I'm not being hyperbolic), they have been nothing but amazing, accommodating, polite, and kind (Did I have you in the first half?). It is incredibly refreshing to go into a shop and have someone listen instead of being met with a "Wellllll, akshually..." type of response (IYKYK). These folks have never done that; they just ask what issue you are having and proceed with addressing it. They rock and/or roll!

They happily fill my tires with air at no charge when they need them. I recently had a slow leak and didn't know what was causing it, brought it in, they found a screw in my tire and they took it in same day, patched it, and haven't had a problem since! Great customer service!
