The owner of Shields Auto refused to give me a refund after they admittedly didn't do the work to get my car to be able to pass inspection. D&M took good care of me. The mechanic is so knowledgeable and the owners are really nice. D&M for the win!

Customer service was amazing, and didn t take any time at all for the work to be completed. My serpentine belt broke off on my way to work, first time I ve ever had to deal with this, so I was very upset. Called this business and was greeted by the most kind and welcoming spirit. Would 10/10 recommend to come here for service to your vehicle. Efficient, great service, and they also give a 12,000 mile warranty.

Pros in my opinion. They worked great as a team, they took care of my vehicle. I enjoyed the time I spent there. Collin was great. I will be returning if I need anything done for my vehicles. I highly recommend D&M Automotive and Tow.

They were quick to get me in and extremely thorough. Not only with the car, but with explaining what was wrong with my car. Got it in immediately and fixed promptly. Aside from all this. They are all extremely friendly and I will use them again and again when needed. Car runs great. Thanks D&M!!!

I have been doing business with Davis for several years. He is honest and has excellent mechanics. I live in Platte City and bring my vehicles to him. You will do yourself a favor by bringing your vehicle to Davis

Service provided was on time, but very expensive body shop. Also my car was starter replaced butCame back with Check engine sign I have no idea why, it didn t have that before.

I had the best experience with this company. My car was at another repair shop that keep my car for over a month. So my extended warranty company sent me to them. They had to tow my vehicle to there shop on a Monday evening. They kept us updated on a daily basis through texting. And today we picked up the car that they had only for 2 days. It runs Great and they are the friendly people there. I will definitely be taking my car back to them when it needs fixing again. I have a car hop warranty so they told me to take it there got it towed there they said they didn't get a hold of me and let me know when I could get my car and I know it's the holidays and they're busy but I had no idea that did not work on Saturday and they're not open until Wednesday which I understand with the holiday time but I had no idea no call they just had I don't even know where are my keys are if I had to get some out of there cuz I only have one set and my IDs in there and I came and get to it because they're closed not mad just irritated hope I get a good service

I took my 2000 Cadillac Eldorado to Tires Plus just down the street from D&M for an alignment and AC recharge. Cadillac being Cadillac was difficult to recharge and ultimately they said 'it would'nt take the charge" but charged me $180 anyway! I took the car straight over the D&M and they were able to get the car blowing COLD air in about 20 minutes. I have 4 vehicles and he works on the all...Thanks guys!

Excellent mechanics and front staff was amazing at keeping me updated via text and phone. Glad I found a mechanic shop in KC that's honest and does amazing work. The before and after of my repairs was mind blowing. If I could give more Starz I would.

So far so good We have been looking for a new "life long" mechanic that is honest and fair, with price as well as truthfulness about what is actually wrong and not just make stuff up. Nor make stuff be wrong for greed. A honest mechanic stays in business a long time..

They were professional. I just feel like instead of saying they didn t know what was wrong with my vehicle they just guest. It was still problems with my vehicle and instead of working with me because they wouldn t give me my money back they just told me it was my lost. Their policy I couldn t argue with them. Great people just really wasn t honest from up front.

Absolute worthless shop. Apparently it s not a real mechanic shop but a place that just makes attempts at fixing random things. Had an employee that brought a company van in who had thought they were decent. Multiple visits back each time they said it was done and just kept charging another $600-$900. He even asked them if they just weren t capable of the type of work and they kept claiming they knew how. Each pickup an immediate check engine light back on minutes later. After the last visit the next day the van could barely get down the highway and began to leak antifreeze everywhere. Cooper automotive is amazed with their findings and is redoing everything D&M did for $1600. Including a whole new intake again as the one that was put in is cracked and they had slopped some kind of adhesive all over it they had never seen someone do. No idea how we deserved this kind of treatment, literally every quote/ additional quote they made my only answer was go ahead and proceed .

Went in for an estimate. Very professional and honest. I'm very impressed. I will be dropping off my car later this week.My car, I know it's a piece of junk, is currently being repaired here. I just wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate you all. I'm disabled and they are working with the Salvation Army to get my car operational again. You guys are amazing. So many repair facilities wouldn't help, but you all stood up and did. You all will never really know how much I appreciate you. Thank you so much.
