So far so good. We have brought our motorcoach to Cummins to see if we can finally get it fixed. We have had it at Freightliner twice and still not fixed. Fingers crossed! Update, so far so good! They have found the problem quickly and have ordered the parts. Update!!! This place of business has exceeded my expectations. They have installed the defective parts within 13 days of us bringing the problem motor coach in. It purrs like a kitten now!!! They also were under the price quoted originally! Could not have ask for more. I highly recommend anyone to do business with Cummins Sales and Service!Brought my motorcoach back in to get it serviced. Jarod Thornsberry was our service advisor. He gave great customer service!! I truly can't believe we found this place. I will tell everyone I know about what a great place to do business this is!!

Second time they ve worked on my truck for me. They diagnosed and explained what was needed and after the repair Mark showed me exactly what was done. Top notch service department and mechanics!

The New generator sells rep is worthless. I say that because I have never met him or even talked to him. But I have tried calling many times, even leaving 4 message on his voicemail and he s never contacted me. I even tried going in and all the service reps are telling me to call.

They couldn't seem to make eye contact with me and mostly talked down their noses at me in the parts department. Definitely not tech, customer or veteran friendly, but where else are you going to go?

James got the generator in my motorhome looked at and repaired much quicker than promised. The problem was an easy fix. They didn't try to charge me for things it didn't need. I will continue to use them for any future repairs.

Took weeks to get parts for my RV. Meanwhile, one of their techs left the interior light on killing the house batteries. When I informed the service manager my batteries were dead as the light had been left on he didn t care at all. Not even an apology. It has cost me $250 to replace the batteries. When I called asking politely for compensation I was blown off, not once but twice. I understand that mistakes happen but for the company not to take responsibility for employee error is unreal. When I did receive a call back the representative was rude and condescending. He basically told me I am screwed and they would do nothing to help offset my costs for their negligence.

Service department is awesome! Called ahead and James met me before I even got out of my truck he fit me into their schedule even though they was busy. Mechanic's got to work and had me out quickly. Great hospitality too!

A1 customer service! They knew their parts and they answer any of your questions. Can't say enough about this place! They had all of the parts in stock that I needed for my generator. They took the time to talk me through some troubleshooting. Good job guys! ( And no, I'm not related to or have any other affiliation with this place.)

Called Saturday morning, answering service answered and didn t have the time of day for my call. Asked to speak with on-call EPG tech about possible key numbers for ATS. Wouldn t take my call without accepting the 4 hour minimum overtime fee . Terrible customer service.

Not very helpful. One of my expediting vans has an Onan KY genset that stops running after a short while. I just had the oil, fuel filter and air filter changed in hopes of resolving the problem. The lady driver lives in the van and really needs the generator working to power the A/C.. No one there could take a look at it in an emergency situation.

We went in for our Onan generator. Chris and Matt got us in and after ordering the starter and getting it the next day we were back in business. Thank you Coach Care!

This is only for receiving part of this business just ridiculous 4 hours to unload 24 pallets and people say driving is hard I always say driving is easy dealing with people like this is what's hard about being truck driver

I will go to this place over and over for my RV coach. They told me what was wrong and how much it would be. Stuck to what they said and the service was great!!! Thank you

Horrible communication, service rep was rude and did not give updates. You would think since this is a Cummins dealer they would be a lot more professional. Definitely would not recommend.

Broke down 9 miles from dealer got towed in on a Thursday ,got the run around for 3 Days ,finally they looked at our coach on Monday found corroded battery cable going to starter solenoid ,took them a day and a half to put on a battery cable and cable end going to solenoid ,we had to throw out all the food in our fridge as batteries went dead after sitting for 4 days ,then get he bill for $885 to change battery cable and clean starter solenoid terminals ,
