We were in quite a predicament with our back tire on our fifth wheel smoking. Recommended by my brother s mechanic from Prairie Village to contact Croft Trailer Supply. We gave them a call and Chandra said come on in and we will look at the tires. They ended up putting new hub and brakes on all four tires. Nothing but great service and positive attitudes from the employees and Chandra. A huge, huge thank you

Went to the Olathe location today. Way different than other locations. Watched an employee at the back of the store be rude to a customer and a coworker. Treated them like dirt right in front of everyone. The store was busy and he didn't even try to help. I saw this because I had to wait. It didnt make a lot of sense. If I were that guy's boss I would fire him. I should go back in and ask the guy at the counter if he needs a job. He was doing his best and shouldn't have to work with that jerk. But I won't go back to buy anything from that location. I'll be surprised if it stays open with such poor customer service.

This place was great! I lost a wheel bearing going across country and it destroyed my axle. I was referred here, by Paul, at Heartland RV (Thanks Paul). I had my Camper Trailer there at 8:00am with no appointment, just a serious need to get back on the road to make it to a job. Mike jumped right on it and started giving me different options to get me back on the road. Long story short, Mike, Ruben, Chandra, Myra, and a fresh pot of Coffee all worked together to get me a new axle built and replaced on my trailer by NOON. All while being super pleasant to work with. I know they were busy, but they got it done and I got to my Job that was 500 miles away. Thanks gang for helping me out of a bind, you guys are the Best!!!!

Absolutely LOVE, LOVE, LOVE Croft! Truman road location is top notch! They have the best customer service and you feel so welcomed when you walk in! They take pride in their work and in their amazing customers! Croft isnt like just any regular trailer supply store, Croft is one of a kind! They treat their customers like family and that is why ill always go to Croft to fix my trailer over anywhere else! Not only do they care about their people, but they always get the job done as quickly as possible but also as efficient as possible! They can fix just about anything and can answer any questions you might have if you ever need any advice or guidance on your trailer issues! Highly recommend this amazing company! They ve never let us down!

I received fantastic service on my trailer! The price was incredibly affordable, too. I appreciated the professionalism and expertise of the mechanics and office sales reps. Please give this business 5 star! We had a broken leaf spring while driving nearby and they gave us the name of another business to find the part they did not carry, we came back later with the part and they had us in and out in less than 2 hours and it did not break the bank, thank you Croft Trailer

Great customer service really nice crew on Saturday. They went out of there way to get my hitch carrier assembled and even found time to put lights on it for me. First impressions are important and they did a great job of that for sure. They were funny also working with each other troubleshooting a few minor set backs. Great job thanks!

I went in to have my brake controller checked for a possible malfunction. They were able to get me right in and found no issues. I inquired about installing a 7 pin 5th wheel harness in the bed of my truck and they were able to do it right away too. Thank you for the great service!

The people here went out of there way, last-minute, in order to get my trailer fully running to carry a skid steer in order to get down to Florida for Hurricane Irma relief as soon as possible. There were three staff members including Jake and Karen (I believe) that stayed 30 minutes after close to make sure everything worked including Jake having to swap out my old (broken) brake controller, on-the-fly and not scheduled, to set me on my way. Fantastic excellent service!

I want to thank Croft for quickly getting me back on the road. They had to order and replace two axles. Thanks to Shaundra, customer service was excellent, very professional,knowledgeable and courteous. Also a special thanks to Nick for helping me, in below zero weather, with unloading and loading trailer. I didn't have to ask. I appreciate all of you so much. I wouldn't think of going anywhere else for all my trailer needs.

I worked with Jake he was amazing with my trailer repairs to meet my deadlines heading to Miami to do disaster cleanup from hurricane Irma. He did the work and exceeded my expectations I highly recommend this location to everyone and will continue to patronize such a knowledgeable and fair staff. Awesome customer service and great craftsmanship! I live less than 3 miles from the Lee s Summit store but they where too busy to help me so I drove 19 miles out of my way so I could receive quality customer service!!

I've spent a bunch of money here, and personally found out they get their tow dollys for 850$ shipped completely assembled. They did not want to work with a valued customer and sell me one for 1050, I even offered to wait for another order to come in, and they were still not interested, making 500$ just for ordering something and throwing it in your lot is a bit much for me.

In and out very quickly for a hitch install on a 2013 Subaru. Took less than 1 hour, and very nice folks. Price was a little less than U-Haul quote. Easy to find.

Went out of their way to build us a custom axle for a camp trailer. Had us back on the road on the same day after losing a wheel bearing. Excellent customer service!

Looked all over town for weeks for one item . A friend said " la trailer . Truma ro " oh Croft near the cemetery " si " . Easy peezy stepped in instantly saw what no one has . Maybe spent three minutes and $ 1.35 . Fixed my car went back in bought two more the next large size . Two minutes and $2.50 more .

Very disappointed in the service received. I received a different hitch than the one that I thought I was getting. But, when you drive off the lot you are stuck with it. No refund whatsoever. To add insult to injury, they proposed to charge me to remove the unwanted hitch. No thanks.

Best trailer place period. Shurlaunada or whatever her real name is , is very knowledgeable with all the parts they carry. Then there's Jason and the fix your wiring guy, awsome. The trailer fixer mechanic, Mike was sooooo great at fixing trailers they sent him to Olathe Ks. To fix all the trailer in Johnson County Ks. But luckily for me, his replacement is great, just not Mike great.
