This highly negligent shop has damaged my wheels too many times. Another time, they so poorly balanced a new set of tires, there were violent vibrations at highway speed. Love Costco, but take your vehicles elsewhere if you care at all about them.

I have a Ram 1500 that I bought tires for and had installed. I bought my tires online and then set up the appointment online as well.Everything was simple to do. Took about 5 days for my tires to be delivered to the store. It had let me know that ahead of time so I could select a time that worked for me.I received notices when my tires got there and for confirming my appointment. The day of my installation, I got there 30 mins early, and they got me straight in. They said it would be about an hour and were done in about 45 mins.Crew was nice and got the work done quickly. It's been a week, and there are no issues. Was pretty seamless. Will be doing this again when my wife's car needs new tires.

Terrible experience with Tire Center last two visits. First visit, I asked for them to look at tire to see if it could be fixed. Took my keys, went out to truck. Came back and said he didnt see nail. He didnt move truck to find nail! Appointment at 11am two days later to look at nail in tire. At 11:45 truck still in parking lot. Asked for my keys back.Never buy tires from these people. They wont hire enough people to man the tire center.

This tire center is terrible. Dropped my car to change one of the tires and it took them almost a week. Put me on hold for several minutes whenever I call them. Frustrating

Last I got my tires rotated, they never put my wheel cover back on, basically I've been driving with 3 black wheel covers and one bare rim. All I can say is, yikes.

Took my vehicle in for a flat fix. While they were working on the fix, they found another issue with another tire. There was a screw to close to the side wall for a repair so they did not repair the other tire letting me know that I needed a new tire. No worries, however they didn t have that tire on hand. So I did some research and called back the next day to let them know I'd like to replace the tire. On the phone, they mentioned they had one in stock and it wouldn t be a problem. However, I get to the store and then they said that I needed a different tire that they didn t have and could probably get the new tire on next day. I asked if they were certain that s what needed to be and then we walked out to the car together to make sure which then they said that they actually did have a tire in stock.TLDR: too much back and forth and lack of professionalism.

TLDR; Terrible experience here, they are liars and thieves. Go to a trusted mechanic.I came in wanting a repair for a tire, and they told me it wasnt repairable. They tried to sell me a single tire for $215, told me they didn t have a single replace tire and that those tires needed to be done on both sides of the axels at once, and then tried to tell me ALL of my tires needed replaced; I don t have that kind of money. When I went to get my keys back, they wouldn t return the $14 they charged me for the repair. I said they didn t repair anything, and they didn t care and brushed me off.I went to Big O Tires and they repaired the tire Costco said wasn t repairable, and didn t try to steal my money. 20 bucks for the job, with an awesome warranty.Costco will try to scam you.

We have had the worst expierexpe with Costco tire center. The rest of the store is fine but the tire center is a headache. First we order our tires online that's ok. But we are told they come in so we go to get them installed "actually your tires are not here". Wait another week. They get them in and on the car and then mess up the lug nuts so much that they have to be replaced. Take the car on the highway for the first time, it hops around like crazy. Ford dealership says the tires were 3oz short on the wheel weights. Which for a tire is a ton of missing weight. Hopefully they fix the tire center, it needs help.

Literally always having some deal. If no deal they are still cheaper than most places. They were fast and down when they said they would be. The workers are friendly and knowledgeable. All around enjoyable experience.

Never use this place, I'm use to having to deal with dishonest mechanics and tire shops, but never at this level.
