I went to Christian Brothers Automotive Liberty to get a motor vehicle inspection. They were super fast and very friendly. I had a rear bulb out, which they replaced at no cost. I also needed brakes which they said they could replace for me immediately or I could have them fixed somewhere else and could then bring my inspection back and they would sign off after checking that the repairs had been completed. I chose to have Christian Brothers do the repair. They offered to give me a ride home with a return pickup once they had installed my new brakes. Everyone there seemed to be there to provide excellent customer service. I would not hesitate to return to Christian Bothers for any of my automotive needs. Thank you for being such a great business!

Had my car inspected here. They were very prompt in sticking to my appointment time. After failing inspection explained everything in detail and estimate. Took back for re-inspection, again everything done on time with my appointment. They sent texts as reminders, letting me know when the job was done, etc. I was very appreciative of that. The staff were all friendly and personable. Very clean (extraordinarily clean) waiting area with very comfortable furniture, should you choose to wait. They also offer a shuttle if desired. This was the cleanest, nicest most honest company I've ever dealt with. I would/willrecommend them to everyone.

Excellent shop. Dropped me off at home and picked me up when my Jeep was finished. Price was very reasonable. Staff very friendly. Most important, issues with my Jeep were resolved.

Since, I moved to Liberty, Missouri. Everytime, I go to Christian Brothers Automotive. They are well experienced auto mechanics. More importantly, all the staff members are super generous and friendly people. I love their service as a customer. I highly recommend to go for their services in decent price compared to other mechanics store.Service: Air & cabin filter replacement

I've come here for the past 8 years and do all my repairs here. Best service hands down. I recommend to all my friends and family. I've never had a bad experience at any location. Either im lucky or they are just that dang good you decided. Amazing work here they set the standard.

They got me right in, they were friendly, professional, easy to work with. Dustin kept me informed the entire time, and my car repair was completed before the expected time! They even sent a shuttle to pick me up and bring me back to pick up my vehicle. Highly recommend. Love the shuttle bus driver also ( I believe her name is Carla- absolutely delightful)

Short notice, tight timing constraints CB got me in 30 min ahead of appointment and out by my appointment time on a busy Friday. Super accommodating, everybody outgoing and friendly. Spotless clean, efficient and text communications outstanding. Would/will drive way out of my way to use CB from now on. 10/10

Excellent service from Dustin and Carla, and great work done by the technician. Was given pricing options for upcoming work I need done, and I appreciated that they take pictures of anything needing service. Will be a returning customer!

The people at the Liberty location are wonderful. The dodge dealership I first took my van to wanted to replace parts that were not even the issue and would have charged me so much more and it wouldn't have fixed the problem. CBA found the problem and saved me a lot of money. Even fixed some other issues that I didn't trust the dealership to handle.

I just needed an OD inspection because I bought a car out of state. They got to it immediately, and I was there for maybe 5 minutes. They were also super friendly. Highly recommend!

I set up an appointment online with no problems, but had to reschedule, so I called and they were so helpful and kind. When I got to my appointment, they were very respectful and within an hour had my vehicle taken care of. I highly recommend them and will go back!

I have been using Christian Brothers Automotive for years. I have tried other places for auto repairs, but know I can trust them to deliver great service, quality repairs and good prices. They always take the time to make sure. I know what is going on and explore options and recommendations to repair and maintain our cars. We have 6 cars in our family and the our 4 kids have been tuff on their cars.Thanks Christian Brothers!

Amazing service. They were able to get my car in and diagnosed in less than 3 hours. Had my car back very next morning. Keep me up on what was going on and very quick to respond to my texts. Will not be using any other shop from now on.

Very good very professional and fast with the repairs! Ford took a long time and over charged by a lot and Christian Brothers Automotive did the job way faster and cheaper, also they contacted my third party insurance and set the hole thing up ready for repair. Awesome!

I took my 2001 Pontiac Grand Prix due to having a misfire that I wasn t able to locate. They were able to figure out that the misfire was caused by a faulty ignition coil. I m glad that they were able to figure out the issue, however they were trying to charge me over $500 to replace the coil and the serpentine belt. Which I couldn t do cause I thought it was too much just to pull two screws and put them back on with the new coil.

I got a wheel alignment and my steering rack alignment at Christian Brothers Auto. They were courteous, professional and quick and did a fantastic job. My wife and I will continue to bring our cars to Christian Brothers. I do think the online scheduling needs to be integrated with the staff schedule board. My tech was surprised when I walked in at 8:25 am for my appointment. Price is comparable to other around and they offer free shuttle service. Parking is minimal when dropping off you car. This is also due to their credibility and apparent popularity! Did wonder if they checked my other fluids and tread. No information on work sheet. Very convenient location.Service: Oil change

Was told our vehicle needed a new timing chain. Took it elsewhere for a second opinion and it was a $180 O2 sensor and not a $3100 timing chain. They did nothing to the vehicle and charged us $150 to diagnose it, but didn't even get that right. I won't do business with them again. Always get another opinion!! Scammers

I didn't actually have to talk to a person if I didn't want to and I appreciate that more than words can express. They also sent me a full breakdown of everything on my car including what looked good and what was required right now to fix and what can wait a little while. I called all over to find someone to fit the issue with the back wheel. Everyone too busy, acting like they wanted to help, but no. Then I came across Christian Brothers. They found the issue, fixed it the next day, and I got to go visit my daughter, which was the only reason for the urgency. Thank you for making holiday time special.

Christian Brothers Automotive is top notch service. They were able to get me in and fixed, in a matter of days. Friendly customer service. Top notch technicians. We're able to pin point my issues, and explain all of the issues with my vehicle.Had little hiccup with ride, no problem. Gave me a ride to and from home. Definitely recommend Christian Brothers. I had both " Front Lower Forward Control Arm Assemblies" replaced. I had some bad noises coming from the front of the car for the last 10-12 months when the temperature was 80+. I was very pleased that the technician could find the problem and fix it the first time I took it in to CBA.

My experience has ALWAYS been very good at Christian Brothers Automotive! The three people at the main counter are very cordial and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel welcome, and that your business is appreciated. I hope I never have to go to anyone else for my automotive needs.
