Very professional and great customer service. The shuttle service is wonderful. I dropped off my truck. The shuttle took me home. So my day was not interrupted. They call you when you vehicle is done and the shuttle brings you back to pick your vehicle.

I was referred to this location/business by a family member of mine as I needed a second opinion after being serviced at the local Volkswagen. First and foremost the discussions made during the appointment scheduling was very reassuring within seconds. I spoke with Jeremy who took the time to discuss and understand in full the situation/concerns I had. Walking into the establishment I was immediately greeted by Jeremy along with the background radio playing K Love, a Christian radio service. Being a Christian myself this was a very appreciative aspect of the business already. Overall, Christian Brothers handled my business with full care and went above and beyond. I would absolutely recommend this shop to any and all who have any concerns or second opinions needed regarding their auto needs. Excellent work!

I had a great experience getting the oil changed on our new (used) vehicle! The employees were exceedingly kind, explained the importance of their recommended additional services, and got me in and out pretty quickly. I also enjoyed their small but comfy waiting area while I waited for the service. I would definitely feel comfortable bringing my vehicle here again!

I have patronized this business for my automotive needs, and have found them to be courteous and professional. The mechanics do what they do best. On the other hand, this is really only a "one-star" review as to the way they do business. I like my cars. I try to take good care of my cars, because they take good care of me. My cars and I have a good relationship. When my cars aren't feeling well, I take them to the car doctors for help. When my cars are getting treated for ailments I don't mind waiting patiently for them to get better no matter the time that it takes. I make an appointment for them to get fixed. Sometimes the appointed time is four or five days later, maybe two weeks later, it doesn't matter. I expect to show up for my appointed time and have my cars looked at shortly thereafter. It seems that there are car repair shops that overbook appointments and tell you to drop off your car, and then get to it whenever they want to, at their convenience. I would not make an appointment at the doctors office for one of my family members and have them say "just drop them off and we'll call you when we're through with them", and have them sit there idly for hours on end before they can even get looked at. When I make an appointment, I expect action within a reasonable time. Isn't that why "appointments" are made? Isn't that what appointments are all about? If I have an appointment time, make it as close as possible to the time when you can actually get to it. Don't tell me to "bring it in in the morning when we open and drop it off" As hard as it is to believe, there are some automotive businesses that 'don't' do business that way.

They were honest. In the bid they listed the cost of the part and labor. They were the only mechanic/ repair shop to do so that I contacted. They charged less than 1/3 of the price the dealership quoted me for the same job. They were friendly and professional. The car works great since they repaired it. They also called me a week later to make sure I was completely satisfied with the job. I highly recommend them. I used the Barry Rd location.

I really appreciated how thoroughly things were explained to me over the phone, when I first made my appt. I also appreciated how respectful they were of both my vehicle and my time. Getting work done on my car in the past has always been quite stressful and anxiety-ridden. The team at CB helped to ease my mind with things. The layout of their receipts is easy to understand, regarding suggested future service. That is nice to have. My first visit was an all around good experience for me. I will definitely go back.

I like the communication given by the Christian brothers automotive team. I never felt like I was out of the loop and they weren t trying to sell me on things I didn t need. Also I like that they do quick work but it s also quality work. The only complaint that I would give is that their cost of work is on the higher end of the scale but skilled labor isn't cheap and cheap labor isn t skilled. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing any automotive work.

Very awesome guys!! I am astounded with their professionalism. They actually helped me save some money when fixing my car! They did a courtesy inspection, and got me in the next day to get the work done I knew it needed. I had got it looked at by a different company, and it was a way better deal. So impressed and I will be back anytime I need work on my cars done!

Christian Bros is such a great place. I came for the first time on the single moms free oil change day that they offered through Vineyard Church and they told me about their punch card program to earn a free oil change so i just went and did my first paid oil change with them last week, they did a free once over of my whole car and helped find several issue that i am now working towards resolving im so thankful that they offer that service! Also they have a shuttle service to take you to work when you drop off for the day and that really was a game changer!

I am extremely happy with both the auto and customer service that Christian brothers provided. I loved how many calls I got as they were working on my vehicle about any updates, and permissions to move forward when unexpected things came up. After inspecting the vehicle they were very informative about what things needed fixed or replaced, and never sounded like they were just trying to get more money out of me. I won t be going anywhere else to take me car for the foreseeable future!!! Thank you Bret and CB team for all your help!!!

I was truly impressed by the team at Christian Brothers. The technician who looked after my truck explained the issues they found and the reasons behind their recommended repairs in a professional and easy-to-understand manner.Before giving the green light for the work, I got quotes from two other auto shops, one of them being the truck manufacturer dealership. To my surprise, the cost at Christian Brothers Automotive was significantly lower than both of those options.Despite having a long list of repairs, I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they managed to address the issues. I was back on the road in no time.Without a doubt, I'll be returning to Christian Brothers for any future truck needs, and I highly recommend that you do the same.

I had a positive experience at Christian Brothers Automotive on Barry Road in North KC. They efficiently replaced my rear torsion assembly for my 2012 Hyundai Elantra, saving me a significant amount of money from what the dealer would charge me. The quality of their work is commendable. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience here. Jeremy was very helpful and informative. I appreciated that he gave me options to consider the pros and cons of so I could make a financially responsible situation. He was very considerate and kept me in the loop with everything going on with the car repairs. I have had some really awful experiences with car shops lately so I am grateful to find a location I can finally trust and bring my car back to. I definitely recommend this place and will return for regular maintenance and any other repairs I need. Ask for Jeremey!

The staff is very friendly, honest and answers all your questions. After your service, they go over in detail what they did and what they recommend to have done to your vehicle. Plus, they give you a printout of their recommendations with prices. They will even take you back to show your what they are talking about.

I am a woman in my 70 s and it s important that I can take my car to someone I can trust when it needs repair. I have put my trust in Christian Bros. for that reason and I have never been disappointed. They look for the least expensive way to find the problem and then explain the best solution and cost to fix it.Jeremy was extremely helpful and thoughtful. We brought our car in for a transmission appointment. However, we made a mistake and our appointment was for a different day. Jeremy worked with and got us in on a busy day for them. In addition, the price actually came in lower than what we thought it would. In a world where you often expect to be let down and taken advantage of, Jeremy and Christian Brothers did exactly the opposite. I highly recommend.

I paid $360 for a tire rod on an SUV which I thought was a fair price. It was an easy scheduling and they had a courtesy shuttle. While I was in the office they seem to be played with everyone they spoke to on the phone. And treated everybody equally

Pure liyers. They came out with a list of repairs that was unbelievable and not true. They told me my all tires were bad but in real I got 2 brand new ones just month before. Would never recommend to anyone use their service. And of course they don't let you bring your own parts. What a joke to have name Christian brothers, it must be their last name

I had some car problems back in April-May and had called many places to get in. Most were charging well beyond what I could afford. Christian brothers got me in fast and shuttled me to and from work! Which was easily 25-30 mins both ways for FREE. My cat had a coolant issue and they gave me a great price and threw in an extra for me because I needed that part too, but couldn t afford it. Luckily I was blessed and they took care of. Will definitely be going back if I ever need auto work done!

Love this one on Barry Rd even though I'm closer to the one on the Liberty side. The people are always really nice. The courtesy ride and the punch card just add a star! It's always quality work and quick. And I don't have to worry about being taken advantage of.

Direct honest people who care. They take care of their customers!For the second time in less than a month, these people came to my rescue! My coolant was completely gone out of my Fiat. Temperature was red hot. They told me to pull it over, they would let it cool down while they took me home. Picked up the technician and will check it out. THANK YOU CHRISTIAN BROS.!

We had a wheel literally roll off our car. Jeremy helped us from the start. He fixed everything quickly and even helped us with some other questions we had about the car and some add ons we wanted. Would not go here unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars more than you would if you went somewhere else. They don t use customer parts, they only use parts they order in their store which is usually $100+ more dollars than you going to dealership and just getting the part yourself. Look at bad reviews on here all of them pretty similar. Went there to get something fixed on my car, they messed it up in the process and didn t say anything. When I noticed I didn t have much of a choice but to get it fixed there and they tried to act like Good Samaritans because they helped me with a payment plan after they ruined my car .. after I already paid $500 to fix the first problem. Didn t financially recover for months. They re dirty, they re liars, and you are guaranteed to be overcharged. Save yourself some time and money and just don t go here@chrisstian brothers no need to call not like you re going to take responsibility for anything just like you didn t take responsibility for ruining my car, knowing about it, saying nothing and charging me to fix it. I m not mistaken either this is the place.

Great experience here, scheduled an appointment for a vehicle inspection and when they did it they took pictures of everything that needed attention to show me at checkout. They have a great Christian atmosphere and values here. Integrity and honesty in all their work. They even texted me a detailed inspection report with estimates on all that might need to be addressed in the future. I would highly recommend this place for any car repair need.

Absolutely fantastic. I have a Jetta and finding someone to work on it is tough until I went to Christian Brothers. They got me diagnosed and repaired in two days. Got a ride home while they worked on my car. My car is now running great and the cost was way less than expected. It's hard finding a reliable car repair but I'm glad I found mine. We brought one of our commercial service vans here several months ago and so pleased with the work we now exclusively use Christian Brothers for the entire fleet of six vehicles. We really appreciate the detailed diagnostic reports they send before any work is performed showing info and pictures needed to make an informed decision. The quality of work is excellent.
